Yes this is looking amazing. Best looking chart I have seen a awhile. Here's what could make this a high flyer....
The government in China does regulate VoIP; you need a license. So that would mean CVDT would need to have partnerships with some of biggest chinese telecoms in order to get a license. Well they do, CVDT's partner is China Tie Tong. China Tie Tong is one of the largest of the 6 state owned telecom companies in China. So this is Huge for CVDT as they have pretty much exclusive rights to this VoIP sector within China's hot and emerging econonmy. Skype can not even gain access to this market!!!
And here's a huge fact on the growth and market CVDT has access too:
Independent industry analysts have forecasted that VoIP service volume in China will have grown from 13 billion minutes, a few years ago, to an incredible 324 billion minutes by the end of 2007; this represents an overall increase of 2,390%
CVDT Chart strong and at new HOD. This breaks $3.63 watch out imo.
The chart on this is really looking strong. It is following the 5-day EMA in this uptrend. When it breaks the $3.63 high it will really start to make a major move higher imo; A great time to accumulate is now before such a move. I just added more at $3.43
Interesting Article on Water.....
The Ultimate Commodity
Not everyone needs gold, silver or copper. And all it takes is one technological breakthrough to cure our oil addiction.
But the same can't be said of water. It's our most precious commodity, and perhaps the only investment for which demand is insensitive to inflation, interest-rate hikes, recession, war or changing consumer tastes.
Demand for water increases with each new addition to the global population. According to research from the U.S. Census Bureau, that translates into an uptick of more than 140 people every minute - the equivalent of one Boeing 737 full of passengers.
Estimates vary, but with each person conservatively using 80 to 100 gallons of water per day, you start to get an idea of the crisis that lies ahead. Especially since there's not a drop more on Earth than there was 2,000 years ago.
To be sure, from the comfort of the developed world, it's easy not to think about water. It's everywhere. And for the most part, it's completely safe.
But don't be fooled into a false sense of security. On a global scale, water is already scarce, and quickly becoming scarcer…
A Looming Global Crisis
Some of the world's fastest growing economies illustrate the impending crunch for water.
Take China, for instance. The country has roughly as much water as Canada, but 100 times more people using it. Naturally, this leads to per-capita water reserves of roughly a fourth the global average. And at any given time, more than 60% of China's cities suffer from moderate to critical shortages.
In India, the situation is not much better. A few decades ago, farmers used oxen to haul water in buckets from just a few feet below the ground. Now, they are forced to pump it out from millions of "tube wells" that extend 1,000 feet below the surface.
All and all, while the global population has doubled to 6 billion since 1950, water usage over the same period has tripled.
There are currently at least 80 countries in which water is in critical need. And many more will join these ranks in the next two decades, as Goldman Sachs projects water consumption to spike another 27% in that time.
The Perfect Fundamentals, But Limited Exposure
As all the data clearly suggests, we're barreling toward a situation in which more and more people are competing for a limited resource. Tack on pollution, diseases and cyclical rain patterns, and the 2% of the earth's water that is actually usable dwindles even further.
Given such a situation, basic economics confirms prices will go up. Case in point: the Water Services Regulation Authority (the economic regulator of the water and sewage industry in England and Wales) recently set the stage for multiple years of price increases - as high as 7%, if you factor in inflation.
As water becomes more precious, expect the price increases to become more dramatic, too.
Good investing,
Lou
Nice article, thanks for that. Well, it looks like the sky is the limit for CVDT as it seems thay are the only one's with a license and therefore authorized to offer VoIP service in China. That is Huge.
Well, if you look at where the company is operating, in the hot China market, and the growth/room for expansion that exists in the VoIP market in China, I believe it can be valued much higher than many can imagine. Especially if they keep getting contracts like the one announced yesterday. Add to that the low float
Thinking about this some more. If China does prohibit companies from selling VoIP services to customers unless they have a license, then CVDT has a huge untapped market here all to themselves. So seeing that CVDT has a license and a partnership with China Tie Tong (one of the largest of the 6 state owned telecom companies in China), it would seem like they are in the drivers seat.
Yeah, will do. Would you like to help out? I get busy at times so it would be great to have a few sets of eyes here.
I believe this should run for some time as the company just IPO'd and seems to have some significant developments occurring with their product and expansion into other redgions within China, we'll see.

News, CVDT adds nearly $1 Million Revenue
China VoIP & Digital Telecom's Subsidiary Adds 30 New Retail Telephone Calling Facilities
Tuesday December 12, 9:56 am ET
Company Anticipates Additional 'Telephone Cafes' To Add Nearly $1 Million in Revenue For 2007
HENDERSON, Nev.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--China VoIP & Digital Telecom Inc. (OTCBB:CVDT - News) through its new wholly owned subsidiary, Jinan Yinquan Technology Co., Ltd., today announced it has added 30 new retail telephone calling facilities or "telephone cafes" in and around Shandong Province. This brings to 50 the total number of facilities the Company currently has in operation. Similar to "Internet cafes" these retail telephone calling facilities are a growing trend in China. They are extremely popular with rural citizens who are flocking to the cities in search of job opportunities.
"With our economy growing at such a rapid pace, more and more Chinese people from rural towns and provinces are migrating to the more popular cities in search of employment and a better way of life," said Li Kunwu, President and CEO of China VoIP & Digital Telecom Inc. "These "telephone cafes" provide an ideal place for them to economically make long-distance calls to their families in a quiet, friendly atmosphere."
Kunwu said the Company anticipates the 30 new centers will add approximately one million dollars in revenue in 2007. He also said the Company intends to continue to expand the "telephone cafe" concept as it expands its VoIP service throughout the country.
Jinan Yinquan, a technology company offering VoIP services in the People's Republic of China, has been developing telecommunications solutions for China's burgeoning Internet industry for more than half a decade.
The Company's proprietary NP Soft Switch IP telephone system, which enables users to access Voice over the Internet Protocol (VoIP) services allowing customers to use the system to make telephone calls to anyone in the world at a much lower cost than standard telephone rates, is currently available in 19 cities and 3 provinces in the Peoples Republic of China. The Company plans on expanding into all of China with its current and future products and services.
"To understand the potential for VoIP technology in China you have to only look at the numbers," said Kunwu. "There are 1.3 billion people in the country and only 25 percent are landline subscribers. While less than 10 percent of the total population have access to the Internet that number is growing exponentially. Put the growing demand for quality, affordable telephone service with ever increasing Internet availability and it adds up to VoIP as the most viable means to satisfy that demand."
More information on the Company and its wholly owned subsidiary can be found in the Company's 8K filing of November 13, 2006 on the Securities and Exchange Commission official website at www.sec.gov.

Remember GOOG and other chinese internet IPO's? That skyrocketed. If something is in demand and people see huge potential for growth and revenue then it will continue higher. GOOG opened at what a little over $100, I dont remember now, but it never looked back. Same with Baidu.com, SINA and other china internet high flyers. Very nice share structure here, a low float and low O/S. I have to say I love their product and the room for growth in what is pretty much an untapped market in China.
Yes, MM's have become very, very active since yesterday. Maybe they were waiting 3 years for us to get that patent. Like whitesands was saying yesterday, even just by having this patent, many large companies will pay a premium just to obtain the intellectual rights to the product. Dont forget how closely we have been working with HP, could be something to that. Seriously what large company would not be interested in this mouse since it can be used as a regular mouse and also be converted to treat carpel tunnel. It really is the only mouse you will ever need for all people, left or right handed, to treat carpel tunnel or to just use a a regular mouse.
I honestly could see someone coming along someday and offering us a $1-$2 buyout per share, hopefully SOON That's just what I think due to how big I believe this really is; I see it as something HUGE.
Sweet TRBY 's persistence on this section 508 compliance finally paid off. Now maybe others will begin following suit as they should be and begin ordering the mouse in bulk. The government is a HUGE entitity so that means large revenues for Torbay.
Alleged Tainted Water In Wynn Hotel Forces Recall
Nov 28, 2006 11:10 PM
A batch of bottled water is causing concerns at Wynn Las Vegas. Operators have now taken the big step of ordering bottles with a specific label removed from service throughout the hotel and casino.
The removal order from the hotel applies only to water bottles with the Wynn or the Le Reve logos. It went into effect on Friday.
Eyewitness News obtained a copy of an inter-office memo written by Jim Portese, director of safety at the Wynn. The two-sentence note went to every department and ordered the removal of all 12 oz. and half-liter bottles with the Wynn and Le Reve labels.
An Eyewitness News source indicates a sample of water tested from a shipment was tainted in some way. Portese wouldn't answer questions on Tuesday instead referring Eyewitness News to the hotel's public relations department. They did not respond to our calls or e-mail.
Wynn and Le Reve bottled water was not sold at Wynn resort's convenience stores Tuesday. Eyewitness News did find a bottle of Wynn water in a display case at a snack stand, but the clerk there wouldn't sell it.
Eyewitness News tracked down the Wynn's distributor, Nevada Water Company. The company told Eyewitness News it bottles and distributes water to several hotels and casinos in Las Vegas, including the Wynn, but that the bottles involved in the removal came from its subcontractor, Niagara Water, based in Irvine, California.
A spokesperson for Niagara indicated the company would give us an explanation. But we haven't received one yet.
Nevada Water Co. says it sells 100 million bottles of water a year and says it uses city water, then does its own purification before bottling and selling it.
Niagara Water bottles and sells filtered and purified groundwater. And it's not aware of any issues at its other clients. MGM-Mirage Resorts is one of those clients.
Tuesday, that resort chain told Eyewitness News it has no problems with its bottled water.

ok, just wanted to pass it by someone with a little more experience than myself in the legal department. I wasn't sure if we would have any teeth or not for one. Thanks for the response.
