I got an email back from Zimbler...they are working on finalizing a few license deals for some of their NOVI products and although they can’t discuss details yet with public, announces will be coming soon. He said positive changes and major developments are happening that will allow them to discuss what they are working on. All stuff we kinda already assumed, but great to hear from him directly. I’m as excited as ever for them to reveal everything. If people want to continue selling at these cheap levels...that’s fine, I’ll keep loading. Profits from my other tickers just keep coming here :)

Someone selling for cheap here today. I got an email from the company that they have been getting inquiries regarding funding....and they are working on getting the annual report filed. Should hear something soon I imagine...

They will be investing 8 million...probably more. Like I said, there is a process that needs to take place...anyone can contact CC to verify.

And the previous announcements of 50M financing access as well as 20M...well it wasn’t BS. They just decided not to go that route because they didn’t need to...they opted not to purchase big foot or DES. USR technology license was purchased in a stock and cash transaction, and this is their focus right now. And GS coming on board shows that previous financing announcements weren’t BS...he wouldn’t get involved if they were.

They have the IOI. The Reg A has to be qualified first and from my correspondence the ‘shell risk’ designation needs to be removed before the investment happens. There’s a process and order of things that has to happen you know. Having GS on board to help with the process is a big reassurance. It really was great news this week and should leave everyone with zero doubt about what is happening here.

I plan on buying shares through the Reg A if CC doesn’t buy it all up first...I’m betting the open market price will easily be $1+ by that time. Would you plan to do the same maybe? By then I bet you’ll be a believer in MKGP.

Great news today and churned through a lot of sellers. Going to be a lot of new investor interest coming to MKGP now.

You know what’s interesting...the price here was .08 BEFORE we even got that 8k about Recommerce acquisition. And what was it that caused all interest? Well, it was the Novi/Availa connection with Gietl and Cannaworx connection with Dr. Ghalili...not to mention their SaaS platform as well.

Recommerce will happen, but there’s so much more going on with the reorganization. I expect we’ll be hearing some new details soon to offset the delay news. Today was an awesome day to pick up a lot of cheap shares. I think it was a bit of an overreaction sell off, but not surprising. Looks like a lot of people are willing to buy high .03s based on the end of the day.

Oh wow. Looks like they copied the old Recommerce site to this new domain...maybe just placeholder until they update the text and company name to iRecommerce? The fact that it’s now on iRecommerce domain is pretty convincing about the acquisition going through!

We’ve been over .05 for over 2 months now, and I believe just about the entire float worth of shares traded in that time. Anyone that bought sub penny that wanted to sell has done so already.

Nice to see there’s no real selling happening. Even when they whacked it down to .052 the other day, no one freaked out and sold. Looking great here IMO. Can’t wait for next week!

Someone doesn’t want this going past .07. There were two MMs that put up a 1.7 million share wall today.

I’ve been picking up shares at these levels. It’s impossible to know where the bottom is...could go lower, or maybe this is the bottom? I don’t want to miss out if this is the bottom though, so I’m accumulating here. Market cap under 10M at these levels...very undervalued IMO. If it goes lower I’ll continue to buy more.

And it’s $0 to put out a tweet every now and then.....they could easily share progress with shareholders on social media. Wish they would do that. Who knows, maybe they’re putting together a series of PRs and they’ll have a bunch all at once. Back in October they had 3 PRs within 2 weeks.

$SLCH just got their Reg A offering qualified at .20 a share, and this is currently trading at .03. Under the radar gem, no convertible notes, SS unchanged for years, market cap at only 500k.

Grab some .03s, definitely worth a lotto...could shoot to .25 in an instant.

The way I understand it is that an extension allows for an extra 5 days, which would be the 22nd. The company states in NT 10-Q that they expect to file within the extension period.

I’m just trying to be prepared to buy a ton more here as soon as I see confirmation that the Recommerce deal is complete....so watching closely anything the company puts out.

With the extension, I believe the 10-Q has to be filed no later than this Monday...so that’s what we’ll see next. Will be interested to see what new details they include in that.

I think we’re all excited for expected 8-K filings over the next couple months. I think this is going to be a fun ride :)
