Here’s your PR proof that definitely happened, and court case showing still open regarding the 320M Pearl Street shares yet to be cancelled. 1.32M were cancelled in 2023 as seen in financial docs.

Actually it’s not. Talk to the company if you have any questions…no reason for them not to answer whatever they can. Or just wait for updates.

Was told those shares would “never see the light of day”. I know courts can take a while, so I’m not necessarily expecting the shares to be cancelled anytime soon. But the judge issues a temporary injunction preventing any selling, transfer, or disposal of said shares until the case is over. Again, need to wait and hear specifics from company to know exact numbers…update can be any time.

Float technically is the 3.9B number, but I’ve spoken with IR and they will soon explain what the real identified float is. $ICTY is fighting to cancel over 2.5B shares through the courts from what I’ve uncovered. I think they’ll be smart and try staggering those 4 acquisitions throughout the next 12 months…that’ll keep things exciting for shareholders for a longer stretch. Would love to see a strong 1yr+ run here, not something that just fizzles out after a month. Appears to be how they’re going about things here.

Same, I just removed all my sell orders to open this up a bit. I am not in a rush to exit any of my position here…think we got a long ways to go. Chart is absolute fire…one of the strongest charts you’ll find in the OTC, and with low volume.

This should easily be out of trips before that first acquisition announcement.

Some significant hits on T7 today. Loading T7 is the final step before this blasts off. Trading beautifully…you don’t see this kind of trading unless it’s a setup for a massive move. It’s obvious at this point…

I said that’s what it would take to even remotely have a chance at $1+. It’s not realistic. However, I think everyone can see this trades like a 500M-1B float. Who knows what deals may be in the works if most of the supply is locked up by just a few holders. IMO
