They have the IOI. The Reg A has to be qualified first and from my correspondence the ‘shell risk’ designation needs to be removed before the investment happens. There’s a process and order of things that has to happen you know. Having GS on board to help with the process is a big reassurance. It really was great news this week and should leave everyone with zero doubt about what is happening here.

I plan on buying shares through the Reg A if CC doesn’t buy it all up first...I’m betting the open market price will easily be $1+ by that time. Would you plan to do the same maybe? By then I bet you’ll be a believer in MKGP.
