Buyouts are always possible, especially in the cannabis industry lately, but Delta 9 just got a lot more expensive to acquire with the large revenue increase in Q4.
The recent share price rise has pushed the market cap over $100M. That's chump change to their partner Canopy, but I don't think they will sell cheap now that revenue is pouring in.
CEO is young with ambitious plans for the future. Don't know if he wants to become a cog in the corporate wheel of a cannabis behemoth like Canopy or Tilray.
Having said that I'll take a reasonable price for my shares somewhere over $3 :) GLTA
Now that Alliance has their financing in place they should be well along on phase one of the Quebec grow facility, and beginning the cannabis complex in BC. Hopefully there will be some license news upcoming, along with a production start date for Quebec. Everyone waiting on Health Canada licenses. Frustrating. GLTA
I've been watching Delta 9 for awhile now, and liked their concept for using grow pods to minimize crop failure. Also liked their plan for rapid expansion without costly acquisitions. Not that they shouldn't be looking for really good deals.
If Delta 9 continues to increase revenues each quarter, and turns cash flow positive, major investors should begin to take notice. The partnership with Canopy will be a key ingredient to Delta 9's success.
Glad to finally own shares in a licensed revenue generating cannabis company. Watching plenty of cannabis stocks with potential waiting on a license, but they are long plays for the future. Delta 9 is growing right now. Literally;) GLTA
I Just took the company's Q4 estimate and multiplied by 4 for 2019. I'm hoping it will be much more with them reportedly tripling grow pod production during 2019. Purely hypothetical math. GLTA

Company Q4 guidance. https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/delta-9-provides-guidance-for-fiscal-2018-results-anticipating-revenues-of-7-6m-to-8-4m-300812219.html
From the guidance PR it looks like Delta 9 may have finally hit full production capacity in Q4. PR says Delta 9 will bring in 5M to 6M up 300% over Q3.
If this is the beginning of a perpetual harvest cycle we could reasonably expect 20M+ in revenues in 2019. This doesn't take into account the current production expansion taking place, or the value added nanospere products in the pipeline.
Company seems to be holding down share dilution, and talked about paying for expansion with cash flow in a recent PR. Surprised at the light volume after a big revenue increase with positive guidance going forward. Still flying under the radar at the moment. GLTA
News: Delta 9 Provides Guidance for Fiscal 2018 Results, Anticipating Revenues of $7.6M to $8.4M https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/VRNDF/news/Delta-9-Provides-Guidance-for-Fiscal-2018-Results-Anticipating-Revenues-of-76M-to-84M?id=221463
The best part is 5.3M to 6.1M came in the 4th quarter alone. Means that even before expansion the company should bring in around 20M to 24M in 2019. With the new grow pods it should be much more. Delta 9's cash flow is ramping up big time to finance expansion without dilution. Great News for shareholders!!!! IMO
Looked over Delta 9 and Supreme Cannabis, since they were in the same price range, to decide which one to buy. Supreme has a boatload of shares outstanding (285M) to Delta 9's (48M). Delta 9's debt to equity .13, Supreme 34.99. Just more undiluted value with Delta 9 IMO. Plus Delta 9 seems laser focused on increasing cannabis production, over costly scattered acquisitions like Supreme. Also Delta 9 should reach profitability well before Supreme. Of the two companies in this price range Delta 9 is this clear choice for me. GLTA
Biome Grow is currently flying under the radar, but not for much longer. Company should have PR's coming up on their 5 new dispensaries being under construction, along with two new expansions of existing facilities. The CEO has also hinted at a big CBD deal coming from the international market. With the new Mega supply deal with CBD Acres, they will have plenty of high margin product to sell. Price has been fluctuating some toward the downside, because this company doesn't pump fake news. Expect there will be plenty of real news in the near future. GLTA
Liberty Leaf trades lightly on the OTC, but trades heavy on the CSX. Today's CSX volume 2,195,881 OTC volume 109,200. Way above average for both, and way up. License news maybe? Americans are still buying Tilray and Canopy when these small caps will probably beat them to profitability. Why buy over bloated behemoths when you can invest in lean mean small caps hungry for growth. Literally:) GLTA
Horst don't leave us hanging. Whatcha got for us to mull over:)
I was intrigued by this statement in the PR.
"Cold River Capital is currently engaged with various private equity firms and high net worth individuals to provide investments in to industries that KYNC is pursuing."
Sounds like Cold River is "pursuing" the upcoming CBD product boom like everyone else. Lots of money getting thrown at these CBD small caps.
I'm in ALGWF who just secured 4M financing for a cannabis plantlet supply complex in BC with only a 5.5M market cap. Wild times.
KYNC & Cold River are in hot pursuit of something. We'll see...
Repeat PR was probably accidental. Remember this company is run by algae growers with a healthcare focus. Cold River Capital will probably bring in their public relations expertise when the new financing is finalized. Company seems to be flying by the seat of their pants at the moment. I treat this investment like seed money for a start up. Maybe ride the algae train all the way to the NASDAQ like CDXC. Derailment is also a possibility. GLTA

Agree. The Whole Algae World Website/Twitter is about sustainable agriculture and feeding the world. Not the type of people you would usually associate with bad intentions. Hopefully they raised enough capital the last few days to fund the product launch partnership with ATM for CBD Algae products. As a spirulina user for many years I can attest to its benefits. Combined with CBD it should be a winning combination. GLTA
CBD + Spirulina = Revenue. Like the new business model. Company is breaking news weekly. I'm sticking to see how it ends. Other CBD cannabis stocks moving up today $ALGWF $LIBFF. Cannabis is strong and getting stronger. GLTA
I'm in long for the CBD potential. Company making all the right moves. Projected 10M in revs sounds good. Also check out $ALGWF & $LIBFF for more CBD/Cannabis action. Up big but still cheap. GLTA
Day trading is fun while I wait for Health Canada to issue cannabis licenses to my real investments FFRMF ALGWF & LIBFF. I had two runners last week PNTV & SGSI. GL!!!
This company could actually make money on spirulina CBD products. At least the concept seems sound. Can't say that about most sub pennies. Blue Green algae products are staples in APAC countries. Other CBD penny plays I like are cannabis growers ALGWF LIBFF. Nice run you lucky longs. GLTA
It's frustrating that Health Canada is making all these growers, with state of the art facilities, wait so long for their licenses. Especially with a supply shortage.
It's obvious from the Liberty Leaf website photos that the facility is complete, and ready to grow. Health Canada is forcing small cap growers to sit and wait while they shuffle papers.
Over 1000 businesses are waiting for cannabis licenses right now. Hopefully since LL was ready early in the second wave they are near the top of the stack.
Getting a license is the golden ticket. Investors will be moving to licensed companies for the safety of licensed revenue streams. As a shareholder I'm hoping Liberty Leaf gets that golden ticket soon. GLTA
Did you see where the Florida A&M trustee said he wants to have equity in the research winners to, "ensure we have economic opportunity throughout the life of this process.”
That would be great to have a university invested in the company. Could open the door to other universities where Future Farm is located for similar projects.
Big win for Future Farm Technologies.

Like the new PGA BC sponsorship. Start moving product through the 1000s of Pro Shops in North America.
Company has made some smart moves recently, especially their partnership with Wahupta for extraction equipment for CBD production.
Wahupta just announced a harvest of 2.5M lbs of hemp biomass. This should give NSP plenty of supply for high margin CBD sales. Looking forward to NSP getting their new extraction facility online and producing CBD income.
Also Redfund Capital recently announced their desire to work with Wahupta and NSP to advance proprietary hemp products. The Wahupta partnership has given NSP a path to higher margin products, which could lead to a higher SP, if they can move rapidly to production. Sounds like they are moving in the right direction. IMO GLTA

Hopefully a PR about selling out their 2M Cherry Wine hemp seeds for some increased cash flow. The new cannabis stores in PR should help ramp up cash flow as well. Think the big money will come from proprietary tissue culture plantlets from the planned lab in California. They have a nice mix of opportunities right now. Even got a nice credibility boost from the Florida A&M research win. Now they just need to quickly execute on the opportunities. GLTA
Like the local grow approach Biome is taking to expansion. Builds local brand loyalty. Good news they are already delivering cannabis to NL. Like the new agreement with CBD Acres for bulk hemp product. Looking forward to construction updates on the two other facilities in progress. Company should look into micro grows in smaller communities for quicker construction at lower costs. Just use vertical grow rooms for max production. Spread their footprint as fast as possible. GLTA
Should be about time for a PR announcing Phase One completion of the BioCannaTech facility in Quebec. According to their last PR on the subject Phase One should be just about done, and Phase Two a few months later with growing to commence in Q2. Brutal winter weather this year could have slowed the construction somewhat. Company just announced some solid financing to get it finished. Should do well supplying the Montreal market. Hopefully when tissue culture reproduction tech gets some traction investors will find Alliance as a first mover in the field. GLTA
