I wonder how long would it take to make $78,000 at a 10,000 bpd CDU. I'm guessing not long which makes this loan somewhat insignificant in the grand scheme of things.
MMEX
Its alive! Its alihihihive!!
Muah haha.
MMEX
I just finished working at a very large newly built refinery site (not oil). I started there just as commissioning for some areas began. It took about 5 years to build the whole site and we got our own potable water at around year 4 (rough estimate) for most areas on site. Up until then water was trucked in for wash trailers that serviced a work force of about 500, and more than that during the heaviest phase of construction.
I agree CEO, there's no problem here.
MMEX
I heard that Fred Flintstone and Barney Rubble was in on a quarry development scam with Jack way back in the day.
MMEX
lol. That was only 34 years ago. Are you serious. lol. MMEX is Jack's way of paying for all the mis-steps in his ancient past.
MMEX
I believe you are correct my friend. No reason why this venture should not proceed... lots of reasons why it should and will.
MMEX
If this is true and accurate, it indicates financing is already complete and that all is left is the announcement. Otherwise, an announcement would be dependant on completion of financing and therefore an announcement time would be, as of yet, undeterminable. Confusing, but you know what I mean.
MMEX
I doubt it, but who cares. I'm here until MMEX builds a refinery. It won't be in the .002s then. And it is going to happen don't you know. A refinery that is. It will be built. It makes sense. Land purchased, road built, permit approved, design complete, off take agreement signed, financing term sheet completed, heck, the prefab CDU is probably already built and waiting to be rolled down the beautiful road to the site for final assembly.
MMEX
Lol. Man, if you don't think a road is necessary than nothing I say will make sense to you. All the best though.
MMEX builds an awesome road so it is ready to move the pre-fabricated CDU on site as quickly as possible right after financing is complete. Jack doesn't waste time sitting around. But you just suckered me into debating a road which is ridiculous lol.
MMEX
Folks, debating the road is a little redundant if you ask me. How are you gonna get the stuff you need for a refinery to where you want a refinery if you don't build a road there. A fence is needed to secure the site. The road and fence are necessary elements of any construction site that I've seen. I have never seen a construction site that didn't have a road. Has anyone here ever seen a construction site that did not have a road. Its the first thing built. That's why Jack built it first. Makes sense.
MMEX
Only if I sold. I didn't sell so not a bad day. The day I sell will be a good day.
MMEX
True, but that's the chance you take. Jack has done everything he said he would so far, and I'm satisfied that financing will be approved and a refinery will be built. It just makes sense. Do some research and you too will see that it makes sense. Land purchased, road built, fence built, permits approved, off take agreement, etc. etc. . Lots of money invested, and to be invested, in the Permian Basin. Its been described as an infinite supply of oil. Hyperbole yes, but makes a point.
MMEX
Well Pepeoil, since you asked, I sold some way back last year for a profit. Since then I've been accumulating as I wait for financing. The 004s you mentioned were part of that. Got some for a lot less too which matters if you're familiar with averaging. Shares will be worth a lot more when financing is announced. Nothing mystical here. Common sense prevails. Only an idiot would sell now, with financing imminent.
MMEX
I for one have made money with MMEX. And I'm gonna make more... a lot more. That's the bottom line. I think that's why we all invest money. Period. So far, its working quite well.
MMEX
No, there's another reason for that. But remember, for everything there is a time and season. MMEX's season will come in due time.
MMEX
Please provide pictures to prove that both phases for MMEX is "small-scale regional, stranded, isolated, and land-locked serves no market need. There are no refined products in the vicinity of MMEX's location, and there are no crude transmission lines."
Now the "no refined products in the vicinity" should be a MMEX positive.
MMEX
Obviously there is a need for more refining capacity. All good for MMEX.
MMEX
You say large oil companies are planning on investing billions in the permian, and that there's going to be a huge demand for refineries. If true, how is this a bad thing for MMEX?
MMEX
The people that matter know the terms. Those negotiating the deal know. So far Jack is batting 1000. No reason to think it won't continue.
You are correct! Its actually a terrible con job. Its such a terrible con job. The worst in history probably. There's a perfectly good explanation though... Its not a con job. Its the real deal. MMEX IS building a refinery on the Permian Basin where all the good oil is. Not a con job, just makes good sense to build a refinery on the Permian Basin where all the good oil is.
MMEX
You can't catch meteorites with a net. It will burn right through. Actually it would be better to stand back a ways too. Be safe. Its much safer to buy MMEX shares and wait for financing to make money. Meteor catching, while lucrative, is very dangerous. IMO.
MMEX
Forget the price of toilet paper, how much is a barrel of oil lately? How much is a gallon of gas? How many electric cars are there? The Permian basin is spitting out money right now. Lots for re-investment in things like railways, pipelines, refineries etc. Oil is king.
MMEX
When financing is announced the price of toilet paper will stay the same. However, MMEX share price will... you know what it will do. That's why we're all here. Financing = refinery = money. Simple. Who cares what toilet paper costs. Worst comparison ever and you think you've nailed it. Lol. Says a lot.
MMEX
This stock is a hold on and wait stock for me. I think if the price of oil continues to rise, the subsequent boom in oilfield and related services will be huge. In a year or so this stock will be worth pennies. IMO.
I'm thinking my millions of shares at .005ish per share will be worth a lot lot more when Jack builds the refinery. I could be wrong though... lol. I really can't be wrong though. I mean how much is your average oil refinery stock worth now-a-days? I'm betting a lot more than .005.
If you believe Jack WILL build the refinery, and I do, it should be a no brainer.
Also, check out the impressive list of other impressive people who also believe. Its floating around here somewhere.
MMEX
Too bad someone doesn't build an oil refinery on the Permian Basin, you know, where all the oil is. Who ever does this is gonna be rich for sure. It makes so much sense. Why doesn't someone build a refinery on the Permian Basin, where all the oil is?

Great day for the obviously sophisticated MMEX investors. MMEX is building a refinery on the Permian Basin. Don't need a degree in sophistication to understand this is a good idea, but it helps to have at least some good common sense. No need to be sophisticated, complicated, convoluted etc. . Its rather simple. Buy at less than penny now...sell for dollar later...
MMEX
Nothing new here. I thought you had some new information... you made it sound so bad. Anyway, MMEX is building an oil refinery on the location where all the oil is. Sounds reasonable to me.
MMEX
How many? Billions? Please provide proof for your statement. I'll believe you if you provide proof. I'm assuming you want people to believe you. Provide proof that billions of new share have been flooding the market. Otherwise, you're making false statements based on lack of knowledge or with the intent to mislead.

Save your green crayon though. You're gonna need it for illustrations on MMEX stock price movement in the coming weeks. You might even have to buy a new box of green only crayons. Custom order.

Some reading material for a Saturday.

MMEX is gonna turn some heads soon I believe.
Would love to know what you know. Please PM me if you have time.
MMEX
Somebody touch a nerve?
MMEX
I think it means this - suppose I'm selling a few cows, but someone else is selling a lot of cows much cheaper than I want to sell my few for. And then one day, the guy selling all the cows cheap is shut down and not allowed to sell them anymore. Well, my cows just became worth more.
I think it means something like that.
MMEX
Like $1000? That's beyond even my expectations, but you never know I guess.
MMEX
Its a love/hate thing for me cause I picked up a bunch more today at .003.
Will work out eventually. By May 31, max, we should be well above this price.
MMEX
With the PPS where it is, and Rep Hurd saying a refinery is being built, I think this could almost be considered a government hand out.
MMEX
Does Rep. Hurd have to spell it out for you. If an oil refinery is being built, I think we can extrapolate from this that an investment today at under a penny is a good one. Yes??
MMEX
