Please provide pictures to prove that both phases for MMEX is "small-scale regional, stranded, isolated, and land-locked serves no market need. There are no refined products in the vicinity of MMEX's location, and there are no crude transmission lines."

Now the "no refined products in the vicinity" should be a MMEX positive.
