You are correct! Its actually a terrible con job. Its such a terrible con job. The worst in history probably. There's a perfectly good explanation though... Its not a con job. Its the real deal. MMEX IS building a refinery on the Permian Basin where all the good oil is. Not a con job, just makes good sense to build a refinery on the Permian Basin where all the good oil is.
