Please do a little DD on the process of law. There is a difference in court systems. Do some research and you will use that paper for what it is good for, toilet paper...
The term “state court” is almost always used used in contrast to “federal court”, which is the system of courts established under the Judiciary Act of 1789 and Article III of the constitution. Federal courts are said to be of “limited jurisdiction,” meaning that only certain cases may be heard there.
States, as well as Puerto Rico and the federal territories, have their own local systems of courts, usually established by the state constitutions. State courts have general jurisdiction, and generally can hear almost all sorts of cases.
All states except Alaska are divided into counties, and generally each county has a court house where the court sits. So “county court” means the state court for a particular county. I work for my county court, more properly known as the Court of Common Pleas of Lebanon County, Pennsylvania.
Sometimes there are intermediate units called “judicial districts”, which are used when counties are too small to justify having their own full-time judges, so a judge (or sometimes a set of judges) will cover several counties in a district. Often other officials like the district attorney will also cover the several counties in the district, though each county usually has its own clerk of court.
A “state supreme court” is usually the highest state-level court of appeals (in Maryland and New York State, the highest court is called the “Court of Appeals”, and in New York, rather confusingly, the higher-level trial court is the “Supreme Court”, but it’s still organized on a county basis). If you are reading a U.S. Supreme Court opinion, a reference to “the state court” may mean the state supreme court to which the writ of certiorari was directed, but this is a specialized usage and normally you’ll hear “the Pennsylvania Supreme Court”.
Whether “district court” at the state level is even a thing, and what sort of thing it is, varies by state. Some number of states do have “district court”. In North Carolina, “district court” and “county court” are more or less the same thing, and they are in between small claims (magistrate’s) court and Superior Court, which is usually heard at the judicial-district level. In Virginia, “district court” is below the Circuit Court and hears mainly small claims and minor offenses. In these states, district court is organized on a county basis, though they may share judges with other districts/circuits. But in Pennsylvania, “district court” is another name for “DJ court” or “magisterial district court”, which exists at a lower level than county court, which is the Court of Common Pleas. There are a number of magisterial districts in each county.
In any event, all of these are “state courts”.
The lowest level of Federal court is called the “United States District Court”. Occasionally an opinion from a Circuit Court (United States Court of Appeals) or the U.S. Supreme Court will refer to “the district court” where the action originated. However, in common parlance, we say “federal court” and only “district court” when in contrast to a federal appellate court.
An Aesop fable explains this concept well. I believe the stronger of the cannabis industry are becoming more united to make a final push. This industry is at an apex and companies such as Massroots know this. In singularity they are weak but together they have strength. I believe MYDX has strategically aligned themselves with these organizations in the last year. MYDX is consolidating efforts to focus on data and the cannabis market for the short term. While I know other products are not being abandoned or left idle, this focus will generate much needed revenue to finance future operations without the need for additional debt. I believe 1Q filings will show movement in that direction. Additionally, Massroots obviously has the same aspirations as MYDX in they both seek to up list and see data as a key player. MYDX has a decidedly better chance of not getting shot down by NASDAQ as a sensor technology company. Lots of possibilities here as well. Regardless of the theories, the facts are MYDX has a connection with many leaders in this industry and it is growing. One thing is also certain, MYDX has nothing to offer Massroots unless their products were working as advertised so that should give some proof Massroots is seeing a future here as well. I have said this before of Mr. Yazbeck, he has gone all in here with MYDX if it fails he has no retreat and all his work will be lost. That is a leader I am willing to follow.
I leave you with a couple stories for perspective.
The Four Oxen and the Lion by Aesop:
A LION used to prowl about a field in which Four Oxen used to dwell. Many a time he tried to attack them; but whenever he came near they turned their tails to one another, so that whichever way he approached them he was met by the horns of one of them. At last, however, they fell a-quarrelling among themselves, and each went off to pasture alone in a separate corner of the field. Then the Lion attacked them one by one and soon made an end of all four.
“UNITED WE STAND, DIVIDED WE FALL.”
Napoleon Hill in Think and Grow Rich:
A long while ago, a great warrior faced a situation which made it necessary for him to make a decision which insured his success on the battlefield. He was about to send his armies against a powerful foe, whose men outnumbered his own. He loaded his soldiers into boats, sailed to the enemy’s country, unloaded soldiers and equipment, then gave the order to burn the ships that had carried them. Addressing his men before the first battle, he said, “You see the boats going up in smoke. That means that we cannot leave these shores alive unless we win! We now have no choice—we win, or we perish! They won.
Every person who wins in any undertaking must be willing to burn his ships and cut all sources of retreat. Only by so doing can one be sure of maintaining that state of mind known as a burning desire to win, essential to success.
This ran on news. Tanked on news. It will run again on news...
LOL! Little lesson for you. Some of the best buyouts and mergers were done with companies that had terrible fundamentals. Kind of a way to get them undervalued...
Follow the big money it is seldom wrong and often first.
CASE IS MEANINGLESS. Anyone assuming otherwise has no understanding of the legal system or the difference between our court systems.
It had something to do with Kramer. He will find a way to skin that cat....
R/S probably
FDA will notify the company several days before you will see it official.
Right on!!!!!!
New product lines for use of data. Business model expansion based on 4 month old plan seems to be moving right along. Vape pen, MYDX360, news sensors out, etc. 1q should be interesting because this doesn't happen with "non revenue, non wealthy" businesses.
I wonder if networking here is paying off?
Pay special attention to mentor section and business location.

Got to Edgar. I have pro so I don't know if you can see the information. Says next business day not morning afternoon or otherwise state a time.
How long does it take to EDGARize a document?
The process of EDGARization into either ASCII or HTML format is very labour intensive. The time needed to convert a document depends on the skills used by the creator of the original document. As an approximation of the time required, estimate a conversion rate of 10 pages per hour. For example, a Form 10QSB consisting of approximately 25 pages will take anywhere from 2-4 hours to put into an acceptable format. If a PDF file is to accompany the official EDGAR filing, allow more time for that production and also be prepared to proof not only the ASCII or HTML file, but the PDF file as well as paper documents. A filing accepted by the SEC after 17:30 EST (14:30 PST) will receive the next business day?s date.
You can strategically introduce your filings to some extent. If they thought investor perception would be poor I think having it present in the morning would be more beneficial. If they think investor perception will be good then end of the day giving investors time to examine and shorts time get worried would be ideal. IMO
Sarcasm is wasted here lol...
Not if it was posted late enough. They can take up to 24hrs to assimilate data and post. But regardless my money is on someone knew it was coming and looked good.
Well this explains why it shot up "unexpectedly" then retraced a little today. If 10 is out now that means it was submitted yesterday most likely. People getting out today didn't know why they got in but when it didn't follow through today got out. Filing doesn't look terrible or unusual for a company like this so I expect to see some upward momentum tomorrow with anticipation of RMAT approval.
Ummmm OK. I'll bite, one time what?
Lunch is obviously over...
3 out of how many??? Doesn't tell you that does it? Look up laser eye surgery and see how many complications were in the beginning verse how many successes...
Correct. And it depends on your position at the FDA in relation to the company in question. FDA has many departments so if you have no connection then unless birdies are flying around your golden. Like it or not insider info is what his game is about. Yes an attempt is made to keep it from getting out of hand but it is there none the less.
I think that close to EOM myself but had a trader friend in Miami ask me if I had heard anything on this because he said something was floating around about a positive outcome. I do know the company will know a while before it is officially announced so who knows...
So you think nobody at the FDA plays the stock market?
You would think so. He texted and ask me but I haven't heard anything official. I know the company will have knowledge before it is released.
So is that rumor I heard about RMAT true?? A trader friend in Miami said it was approved and news is coming. Is that why the spike?
Medical market is where I would spend my money. I agree with promotional consideration for celebrity endorsements but they have managers and they don't let the clients work for free. That being said I would still attempt to reach out to that demographic. But medical marijuana industry will be the first to market in every avenue so I would focus my attention on that. They will be able to test/verify analyzer accuracy, most reliable data source for application and I believe you could make a dressed down version to market as a "glucose meter" for medical cannabis users where a doctor could link to a user profile and see results of data on his patients. Then suggest changes from there to the patient as well as aid in database growth by entering strain information from a professional diagnosis platform.
As for BO/merger potential MYDX could not look better...
MM's and shorts hate MYDX. To many investors with large share size holding. They don't make any money if it doesn't move. It is doing what a long-term investor wants. If it's not going up then it doesn't drop. Through all the negative hype it stays put is a show of strength.
Strainprint has 100 downloads after month old PR. Enough said...
Call TRD and ask... But you can find the answer to your question here "10K 13. Subsequent Events ". All people pay for are novelties or you wouldn't see people with Bluetooth watches and tablets...
Yes. Coupled with some other things I don't believe a merger or B/O is off the table. When you ask certain questions and get a yes or no answer then you have your direction. Even maybe is a direction but no answer at all tells me something is happening IMO.
Or they are trying to pull it down lower...
Someone has determined it is not going much lower that .0118 today.
I dislike predictions because they tend to make a person look foolish but I know business very well. With the present overall scope of MYDX, considering data, applications, software, patents, analyzer, consumables, smart pen, debt reduction and the new push in US and Canadian markets I see a possible B/O or merger opportunity in the near future maybe by a Canadian company(don't forget Mr. Yazbeck has strong connections there). This would also account for the lack of promotional PR which normally accompanies such proceedings. If I were a larger more solidified company in this sector and wanted to increase my footprint MYDX would defiantly be on my radar. Obviously just conjecture here but...
The lawsuit proceeds will pay for the office and laboratory basic operating expenses for most 2017 as well...
I notice nobody commented on the 10K in regards to Mr. Yazbeck financing CDXlife operations through capital from his investment company. He can see everything we cannot so this is not something you would expect an investment group to do in a failing entity. The most positive sign in the 10K IMO.
Yesterday I watched large bids come and then disappear only to appear lower all day. This is still a game now matter how you look at it. That is why so many of you successful here also play poker...
I know MYDX is aware of PPS and OTC needs for constant catalyst. But you know as well they need to be careful.
Nobody is selling so MM's are moving the PPS to find sellers because buyers are in line waiting for low entry.
If you do some hands on DD MYDX has positive surprises coming in 2017 and the least of which is the Smart Pen.
