I'll bet it's a heckuva lot closer to 3 than 3M! With the kind of promotion we've seen with this company, it's a sure bet if this PO was anything non-trivial we'd have heard the details.

The Duf does dinars...
http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/070328/20070328005965.html?.v=1
"We are on our way to become large investors in foreign currency," stated Daniel Duffy, President/CEO of Sebastian River Holding's Inc. "Since Iraq has the largest natural gas reserve in the world and is the 2nd largest proven oil reserves in the world, with over 100,000,000,000 barrels of oil, the company feels that the Dinar reaching 1 Dinar per US dollar is feasible. If the rate goes 1 Dinar for 1 US Dollar, this would give Sebastian River Holding's Inc. a profit of well over $99,000,000 from this one investment."
Edit: spot check on dinars to dollars:
1 Iraqi Dinar(s) = 0.00078284 US Dollar(s)
Quite a return to get 1 dinar = 1 dollar. LOL!

This guy won't quit! This is about dabbling in foreign currency...
"This is going to be a huge division," stated Daniel Duffy, President of Sebastian River Holding's Inc. "This division is going to be the sleeping giant in our company. We do great due diligence, in all investments, and we feel this will be one of the company's most profitable divisions."
http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/070326/20070326006074.html?.v=1
LOL! Didn't we read this story before? The ending was not too happy as I remember. I think that if you are going to play the same game over and over, you should at least be required to change the plot.

Here's my favorite line"
"Pelican Capital has audited financials," stated Daniel Duffy, President of Sebastian River Holding's Inc. "We will use these financials to possibly move to a higher exchange and the companies goal is to acquire a listing on the American Stock Exchange, which will give our shareholders and company a more governed place to trade."

Financials posted on pinksheets. I'm surprised none of you kool-aid drinkers noticed. Or perhaps you did, but were too embarrassed to post? I'm no accountant, so perhaps I'm not reading this correctly. In the report for the period ending 9/06, there were sales of 133K. In the report for the year ending 12/06, there were total sales of 158K. That's 25K in sales for the quarter. Wasn't there a sales prediction of 12 Million for the year? I forget exactly. Better get selling to meet that goal. LOL! Also, 500K of operating expenses for the quarter. That's 20 times sales. Oh my. 60 Million shares issued also.
--
I also still cannot find a single place offering these ballasts for sale and naming a price. All I can find are PRs announcing distribution agreements.
LOL! Perhaps that is because they found that selling stock instead was far more lucrative!
--
Dang, you can't swing a dead cat without hitting an Axis distributor. Heck, even the sparsely populated states are getting their due now. But what I wonder is, how many of these things have been sold? At what cost? And how many shares currently outstanding? Where's those financials, Jiz?!?!?
--
LOL! This stock doesn't need my help to go to zero. It'll get there all by itself. It certainly is heading that way, just not quite as quickly as I would have imagined.
--
Gee dude, that's what pink sheet companies are for.
In 10 years, none of the above companies did anything except cause huge losses for shareholders and big gains for insiders.
By that measure, they seem to be reasonably successful.
--
Good news for AXTG! SEC suspended trading in 35 purported turds today, and AXTG was not among them. Nice!
Also as I understand. You will take origional shares purchased, multiply by .46, divide by 200 and you know in advance as to how many shares will be issued to you.
Ragz
You forgot the most important part of the equation, the value aspect: ((OriginalShares * 0.46) / 200) * $0.00 = Value
Does anyone need a calculator to do this math?
The information he has turned over so far is completely worthless.
So the information has the same value then as the shares you are all want so badly?
You keep on and on and on about promoting the company products. If you are referring to the promotion of ballasts, you are mistaken. Now it could be you are a company shill but it is quite possible you are simply naive. These paid promotional campaigns promote a single thing: the company's stock. Period. That is what they do. Some are pretty effective. Even AXTG gets a decent pop every time they ratchet these things up.
--
This says it all:
"...The advertisement is provided by Wall Street Enews, a division of Stock Market Alerts LLC, an electronic broadcaster and publisher of this release, and hereafter referred to as "the company". The company received compensation for services performed for Axis Technologies, Inc (OTC: AXTG). The compensation was sixty four thousand dollars in 2006 and forty two thousand dollars in 2007, all from third party, ATN Enterprises LLC., who may hold a significant position in the stock. Because the company received compensation for its services, there is an inherent conflict of interest in the company statements and opinions and such statements and opinions cannot be considered independent..."
Question: How can you tell if a company's business plan is a loser? Easy, tally up the paid promotional reports. Another wave of promotion taking off for Axis. Must be more shares to sell. Too bad there's no way for the hapless shareholder to know.
--
Dang, this turd is sinking faster than a submarine with a screen door. Who'd a thunk that, though? I mean, promotion has withered away to nothing, unknown number of new shares, no meaningful press releases (even absurd ones), etc. etc. etc. How many periods of 10% decline does it take to halve the value of something? Approximately?
--
Gee, the company has been so quiet recently. No promotions, steadily decreasing volume and price on the stock, no entertaining posts on the board. Too bad, I wonder what is up? Perhaps they are all busy preparing for the Small Cap Stock Expo coming up next week. You remember, where they announced they were one of 20 companies 'invited' to present!?!? LOL! Check this out, it is the list of 20 (actually 16):
http://www.smallcapexpo.com/exhibitorlist.htm
This is really too funny. Look who is right in the middle: Cornell Capital. Anyone know what they do? LMAO! And right below Cornell, one of my all-time favorite turds: USXP. Nope, doesn't get more elite than this group.
--
Gee, thanks dude, but that would be the Calculus teacher, eh?
--
LOL! The longer you hold a pink sheet stock, the closer to zero its value becomes. Some stocks asymptotically approach zero, but never quite actually get there.
P.S. Wil and Jiz, where's that financial report? LMAO!
--
Sup with this latest press release? This isn't even news, its just ramblings. No baseless revenue projections, no lofty share price targets, no screaming buy recommendations, no letters of intent, no distribution agreements, no sales, no evil short sellers. A couple of references to global warming (not bad) but mostly just rambling. LOL!
--
My browser must be broken. I just checked the SEC filings page for IGTG and a RW form is showing up twice. At least I think it's a browser error. I mean, how could a company thrice try to register some shares and thrice have to withdrawal? This latest one is for the same reason the last one was:
"...Such withdrawal is requested, as the Company is uncertain of the basis for
determining that the transaction is appropriately characterized as an offering
to be made by or on behalf of persons other than the registrant, consistent with
Rule 415(a)(1)(i). As a result, the Company determined that it should withdraw
the SB-2..."
Now I don't know what the hell rule 415(a)(1)(i) is, heck I had trouble just typing it, but I'm pretty sure I could get it figured out in four months.
--
LOL at the new website. I miss the bio's. Looks to me like they deserve a refund: while I could not find 'freindly' anymore, I still see 'independant' and 'saftey'.
--
Nice! Yet another PR implying good things in the future. Sort of the like all the distribution agreements, and the wild revenue predictions. Did I miss the PR where it said some ballasts were actually sold? It would be easy to miss something like that with all the promotion going on. Have any ballasts been sold? If so, it's not like Boston Market, is it? You remember, where they lost money on every meal sold, so the more revenue they had the more money they lost? Jizman, end of the month tomorrow. We going to see the financials or what? LOL!
--
It is an Internet message board. I can only think of one thing more useless with regards to legitimate investing, and that would be spam. The message boards are good for two things: entertainment and separating hapless souls from their money. If you are on the taking side of the separation, then it can be profitable. There is no good DD to be found on the boards, because by definition no good DD exists for pink sheet stocks. They are all turds. However, they are frequently manipulated, so coin can be made given the right circumstances. You bought some AXTG at $2.50 and figure to hold it for the 'long term'? LOL! You'll be looking at nothing sooner or later.
P.S. I hope your day job (you do have one, right?) is not an FBI profiler. LMAO!
--
Gee RogerWilco, astute investors such as yourself and M80 and the Jizman are my role models and since I get virtually all of my DD from the world of Internet Message Boards, of course I would look here first. Now correct me if I am wrong, Roger, but didn't the Jizman post that financials would be released this month? And, if I remember correctly, isn't he some sort of relation to you? Wait, I won't bash that. Anyhow, a reliable source like this Jiz wouldn't post willy-nilly like that, would he? I'd like to see those financials, I might indeed feel the need to spend some coin. Remember, though, financials from non-reporting companies are the siren song of the pink sheets! LOL!
--
Jizum, how are those financials coming? Only a few days left till the end of the month. I know you are a reliable source of information, so I fully expect to see this by Wednesday next week.
Right. Let's think about that. We have a company that is relentless about promotion, even going so far as to promote news that does not exist. They'd be all over this like white on rice if it was the daylight harvesting ballast. LOL!
--
'misinformation' jizman? Surely you jest. Please identify any false or misleading information I have posted. I believe my posts have pretty much been limited to the following subjects: rampant and relentless promotion: fact, and passing off self-promotion as news (re: the wealth expo and the amex expo): again fact. I may have also harped on the wild revenue projections which is obviously opinion but only for the moment.
--
Expo?!?!? There sure are some expo's coming up, but not ones where they promote ballasts. LOL! Oh no, this company appears to prefer putting its resources into promoting its product, which seems to be shares of stock. In any case, they are now featured on one of my favorite websites:
http://www.stockpatrol.com/article/key/axistechnologies
Gee, this turd's rampin' down pretty hard today. Wonder why that is? Oh wait, those are all 'buys'. LOL! Maybe it's the evil market makers 'shakin the trees'. Or perhaps its the infamous 'Canadian shorts' selling shares they don't have and can't borrow. Maybe its a new round of insiders. Anyone request a copy of the paper filing from the SEC? This can be done pretty simply, I think, even by email. Nominal charge applies. I'm too lazy, myself, especially for a stock I don't own. Thinking about jumpin' in though, sounds like money for nothin!
--
LMAO at that 'news'! That is just too funny! If the product is so promising, then why all the BS? Promotion, paid research report, misleading PRs, etc. etc. etc. Just no need for that stuff if all is as rosy as predicted. I guess that gives us all a good feel for how accurate the 13M in revenue, doubling to 26M next year is! LOL!
--
News?!?!? If this isn't the biggest turd indicator yet, I don't know what is. Wealth Expo. Right. And they've been 'invited' to exhibit. LOL! Didn't we hear about this before, or am I confusing this turd with another?
--
Edit: sorry, it was the "2007 Small Cap Stock Expo" I was thinking of. SOS.
http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/061218/20061218005450.html?.v=1

Promotion ramping up again. This stock is unbelievable. How many shares need to be sold? You'd have thunk they got what they needed by now.
--
Why is it taking *so long* for this stock to go to zero? The heavy promotion has been over for some time. Anyone who needed that to sell is out. I see some secondary promotion is around today, but that is too feeble to move any more weenies.
--
Jiz, the 'audited financials this month' is one of the siren songs of the pink sheets, and never gets worn out. Anything less than audited financials (from an outfit other than Dewey, Cheatum, and Howe) is just more noise. However, if such a thing does appear for this operation, and shows anything even close to the rosy predictions bandied about, I'll admit I may have been wrong.
--
Check out numbers 2 and 7 from Stock Patrol's 7 Red Flags:
http://www.stockpatrol.com/article/key/7redflags
Number 2 is good (The Absence of Public Information), but number 7 is my favorite:
7. Promoters.
Research reports and recommendations from paid promoters are inherently biased. These one-sided company “profiles” are distributed by e-mail and fax to thousands of investors. In general, the reports have no credibility. They offer few details about the company’s operations, little information about management, and no independent financial information. They virtually never disclose the company’s lack of cash and revenues. Basically, these reports are worthless.
The individuals who issue these reports generally are compensated, in cash or stock, for their services. Often that fee is paid by an unidentified “third-party” who wants to generate investor interest so that they can dump their own shares.
These profiles undoubtedly will paint a rosy picture for the company and its stock. In the end, however, only the promoters and those unidentified third parties are likely to profit.
--
What is supporting this stock price? It can't be fundamentals, there are none, at least no independently verifiable ones. The promotion seems over, and yes the volume is but a trickle, but still the price has not collapsed. This is very interesting, I must say. Since I am never wrong, I must be missing something, but what can it be?
What happened to last week's promotion from Iron Consulting? It's no longer on Pink Sheet's news page. And here I thought the promotion train was rolling again. LOL!
Iron Consulting a bit rusty? LOL! AAAoOooooOOOWwwwwww!!!! Seems to be some back door promotion going on today from an outfit called Iron Consulting, but they can't even get the ticker symbol correct.
