Press Release Source: BizAuctions, Inc. On Thursday July 22, 2010, 7:30 am EDT
SAN DIEGO, July 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- BizAuctions, Inc. (Pink Sheets:BZCN.pk - News), a prime provider of commercial eBay and Amazon liquidation services for excess inventories, overstocks, and returns, and La Jolla Liquidation and Auction Co. announced today the Joint-Venture is in the final stages of opening a retail store in early to Mid-August of this calendar year.
Delmar Janovec, BizAuctions' CEO, comments, "Due to the availability of name brand merchandise such as Polo Ralph Lauren, Buffalo and Lucky jeans, and other name brand clothing merchandise from BizAuctions' major retail contracts, BizAuctions and La Jolla Liquidation's Joint-Venture are in the final stages of opening a retail store in early to mid-August of this year. The retail store location is approximately 3,000 sq. ft. in size and is located within BizAuctions current 23,000 sq. ft. office-warehouse in Otay Mesa, California. BizAuctions office-warehouse is approximately two (2) blocks from the Otay Mesa Road or 905 Highway and approximately four (4) miles from the 805 Highway and border crossing into Mexico. The combined traffic flow at the Otay Mesa Road-905 highway and the 805 highway juncture carries in excess of 60,000 cars a day so with the correct signage and adequate marketing, BizAuctions-La Jolla Liquidation can draw from a large base of potential customers that utilize these highways each day.
"BizAuctions opened its 1st retail store on May 29, 2009 in the Chula Vista Center in Chula Vista, CA, next to Macy's, an anchor store, and PacSun retail stores, under the name of Lucky 7's in order to sell its name brand products such as Polo Ralph Lauren, Buffalo and Lucky jeans, Ed Hardly shirts, PING sports apparel, and other name brand clothing merchandise that brings higher retail prices at Lucky 7's versus its customary outlet, on eBay and Amazon business platforms," noted CEO, Janovec.
Romy Ashjian, President of La Jolla Liquidation remarks, "Since our formation of the Joint-Venture with BizAuctions in early April of this year, I have had the opportunity to see all of the hundreds of name brand products in the areas of electronics, clothing, and general merchandise that are in great condition which are received weekly by BizAuctions - it was then that I realized the true value in the merchandise that was being sold by BizAuctions through eBay, Amazon, and the Lucky 7's store. So, after discussions with management of BizAuctions we decided the Joint-Venture would open the retail store in the warehouse of BizAuctions current operations. The combined management of La Jolla Liquidation has in excess of 25 years experience in the retail, liquidation and auction business, and coupled with the traffic flow from Otay Mesa Road-905 highway and the 805 highway, we believe the retail store in time will develop a strong customer base that is looking for great buys on name brand merchandise."

From Rick DiBiase's company's board, adapted for SREH:
Somewhere is a lonely quite, empty office. The initials SREH barely ledgible from the removed lettering on the door. I opened the door to see a desolate office with a single phone, some crumpled up post-it stickers, and a worn T-shirt sitting in the middle of the floor.
I stood there as slow tear trickles down my face in what I was lead to "Believe", and extensive DD told me to do. My hopes, dreams, hard earned profits from another stock, GONE!
*fade out*
*fade in*
Somewhere in the Carribean, two lounge chairs, a lonely table with two lit cigars, half full glasses of Gentlemen Jack and a brief case full of shareholders money. There is distant laughter coming from Anthony and his brother... "That was so easy" I hear them saying. *Sigh
I'm going to buy more tomorrow, I think BEDA has a run coming once they announce the status change....
I think 0.0015+ is possible short term.
That is not a lie, look at the board, the O/S has been going up 500M a week. Look at the trades today, obvious dilution. The PR was fluff to help them dilute more. Sure, they'll buy back at some point, after they've diluted 10X that.
Check out the other DiBiase's company.....there's a pattern going on here. Fluff, dilute, lies, fluff, dilute, lies, robbery...IMO
The other DiBiase's company diluted about 100M today, they both belong in jail.
Same thing's happening to Rick DiBiase's company. The DiBiase brothers deserve to go to jail.
LOL, NITE on bid at .015 and ask at .0151
I've been warning about the DiBiase's diluting. The other DiBiase is still diluting daily...sad
This has taken a beating after the spike...any particular reason?
raise the bid to the ask ;)
LOL...ok, a very small step in the right direction. 2% retired is better than the piles of dilution they've been doing.
What would be the point of diluting at this level?
I see this as a step in the right direction...
Good morning everyone!
Let's get over .016 this week before news comes out!!
I'm with you, it'll see .0003-.0004 again in the next year, we'll just have to wait...
You called it...
Just like every other company PSC pumped, it did more harm than good. Sure, they brought a ton of attention to their picks, but 90% would buy and dump the same day. They were more of a circus show than anything.
WDRP would be in just as good if not better shape if PSC was never involved. WDRP has a strong group of investors, and yes, they will need news to run again, but they will move strong and sustain value when they do IMO.
Yup, we need no dilution, published apps, and legitimate PR's...i still have some faith.
Hello? hello? hello? (echo)
Is anyone out there?
Sounds like a plan, keep an eye out on it though. If things go as planned, you definitely wouldn't want to miss out on the next run.
PPS has been flat, no major selling...doesn't seem like confidence is slipping to me.
The stock has been and continues to be very stable overall. Remaining stable during this low volume period is a good sign IMO.
LOL, You're taking a beating today beer. Just like roadrunner and the coyote, gotta appreciate your persistence.
No one has information that's not yet public. The company has been very transparent, but has also not divulged information until its ready to be shared.
Has the share structure changed recently?
e*Trade shows 1.4 Billion shares outstanding, I don't remember it being this high.
Nice work!!
Yeah, POS or POC, either way. I bought in about 10X higher than where it's at now...
Time to have a beer or 10 and celebrate the first green day in a while, even if it was just to .0004.
Nice paint job at the end.
A lot of buys came in at .015, with the bid sitting at .013. You'd think the bid would've moved up.
What a P.O.S., I don't know what compelled me to buy this one...
We might actually get a green close.
If dilution ever stops, the people buying in at today's levels should make a killing.
Nice work!!
Still not what i said or meant, I said "strong shareholders and no dilution" not buying opportunity. You changed my words again, this is getting really sad.
I'm done replying to your messages.
Ok, quick english lesson: "without a lot of bid support" is a prepositional phrase.
What I said is Holding strong for the last couple months without a lot of bid support indicates strong shareholders and no dilution
Please don't change my words around...
holding strong with low bid support means that, not what you changed my words around to say.
The buyers will come when the right news comes, the bid support will be there, and we will move up very fast.
Doesn't matter right now, no one is selling at those levels.
Holding strong for the last couple months without a lot of bid support indicates strong shareholders and no dilution.....
Imagine what'll happen when this thing gets some hype and strong bid support ;)
Gotta look at the whole picture before you make judgements.
It's been very stable for a penny stock, and is starting to look bullish over the past few days.
Low float, with a lot of longs tying up a very large portion of it.
I'd say the stock is ready to come alive too...
Robert sitting here on third....waiting for someone to wave me home.
Just giving him a warning, I'd be confused if I posted a question, and someone started calling me Andrew and asking crazy questions....
I know a guy at work that calls all the girls "Sheila", it's pretty funny. We should call everyone on the board Andrew.
Can you point out a few of the specific errors?
SREH has the highest share volume traded so far in all OTC markets, for all the wrong reasons.
I really hope the dilution stops and we can make some sort of comeback.
