So much for all the dilution.

Looking at the pps of SNNC this deal would be equal to a massive r/s for DRNK. The higher the pps the less shares current holders will receive. With no product in production and on shelves for retail sales and plus Mersky's rep it will fall like a rock. JMHO!
That being said i hope that the long term bagholders here can at least be able to get out with something!

If this is going to be so great then why is the volume 0. Sounds like another dilution scam for Mersky. Something tells me there will be a really big r/s to go with this deal if it even goes through.

Fact is if you buy in the spread it shows as a sell. Slap the ask and shows a buy! Has there been dilution? Yes. But the S/S is still very very good IMO. A lot of the spread buying is to keep it in this range to load! Not all but just Saying!

This can run on the s/s and speculation alone. S/S is still very good on this. That is why people are buying it. I feel a big promo coming soon. It will be like the run to .14. They will come out of the woodwork!

I read the 1st Q and yes they are issuing shares and looks they have the dilution machine running. They have to raise some capital to do the things they want to achieve. At the moment the SS still isn't bad at all as far as we can tell. They just need to slow it down and turn it off. One thing i saw was they changed the par value of the shares issued to the note holder from 2016 or 17 for the $200k+ Tim got back then. That is also still an issue. We shall see what happens.
What is going to become of CYIO? Who knows. Not liking alot of what i am seeing with people installed in it. But it can still get a good run out of it if given a chance. Playing it for what it is at this point. Not basing my retirement on it! lol
