I read the 1st Q and yes they are issuing shares and looks they have the dilution machine running. They have to raise some capital to do the things they want to achieve. At the moment the SS still isn't bad at all as far as we can tell. They just need to slow it down and turn it off. One thing i saw was they changed the par value of the shares issued to the note holder from 2016 or 17 for the $200k+ Tim got back then. That is also still an issue. We shall see what happens.
What is going to become of CYIO? Who knows. Not liking alot of what i am seeing with people installed in it. But it can still get a good run out of it if given a chance. Playing it for what it is at this point. Not basing my retirement on it! lol
