"squat" volume formation on Tuesday close eom
Using daytrader id tools....
I would say tomorrow (Tuesday) should have an upward close.
Actually, despite the negative closing price on Monday, accumulation was greater than distribution.
Understanding the difference......
between Alvim Alpha and Alvim-like is critical for the user. If you Google Alvim Alpha you should find it is the origination of trend change as it occurs. Alvim-like only appears to be an Alvim Alpha and is not much more than a bump in an ongoing trend.
This coming Alvim-like event will be short lived and perhaps the last best opportunity to exit. Of course, the share price could be so low at that point an exit from a more distant historic position could prove catastrophic in result. A long waiting till then could have passed the proverbial point-of-no-return.
I ran an Alvim Alpha on MMTC.........
and found no genuine events coming in the next few months.
There were two Alvim-like events visible: One negative, which is occurring right now; and one positive, which should be coming around November 20 (+ or - 5 days).
Alvim-like events are often short-lived but relatively powerful in result compared to ongoing trends. A genuine Alvim Alpha is a mathematical technical event in result to diverging data point intersections. Alvim-like events appear the same only without divergence utility.
glta
Kinda funny you mention.....
December/January. That is a seasonal period when things can happen. However, I would not put much on such a wager. If I can remember, I will run an Alvim Alpha on MMTC and see if such a thing is visible out in that time period.
One good thing about increasing the a/s...... it will be necessary to pump the share price up and a nice trade can be made during that event. But the inevetable will come.... the death spiral accompanying the pipes and convertible debentures.
To me and those with cheapie experience are near certain MMTC is pretty much done. It has all the markings of a cooked goose. It has one more leg to finish before being ran into the ground and covered over with shareholder anger and disgust. You will fight to the end and ride it out. You will learn the hard way. You want to believe.
Yes. The share price will bounce upward now and then but will never be a sustained run..... just trading opportunities for the quick and nimble.
Good luck
e
do the math.....
Let's say they will have 100 as and os on 11-30 @ .001
rs
Then have (say) 50 os with 100 as on 12-1.....
they would then have 50 as to sell without raising the as and the share price is much higher
That is one possibility. It depends on the agenda, objects and creativity of the hand on top of the hat.
You have to be real..... The os increase has been officially mentioned and a vote is likely. Consider who has the number of shares to influence that outcome - finaciers have the most shares/votes. They make their living financing ridiculous businesses through convertible debt.
Any direction longs turn a serious problem stands. And it all comes from a management not being of good quality, being dishonest with shareholders and themselves...... afterall, if you are a crappy manager where can you get a half decent salary and kickback of debentures unless you play along. Has anyone seen the magical machine or seen a report from a genuine and reputable author/publication? Does anyone know of a sale..... I mean a good sale...... to a company that is certainly upstanding in their industry? have you heard of sale projections?
These are things real companies do to advance themselves and keep shareholders interested.
Has MMTC partnered with a large organization who could really push the product leaps and bounds or some nobody with little or no experience? A real company and product will be joined with real influence...... not a bunch of ametuers and small time grunts.
I am sorry. I do not see MMTC having much of anything. It is a high school science project at best with a bunch of loan sharks calling the shots. That is the worst of all worlds. If MMTC had the real goods it would be on the news all over the planet 24 hours a day for a couple days. Customers would be announced and a giant line formed waiting to have it. They would be the Tyson's, Hormel's, General Mill's and the likes of our world. You do not hear of anyone...... not one.
Either a product like it exists and is far superior or this thing is bogus or crap. There could be no other possibility.
I wish everyone well. I am sorry you got involved with this thing. But hopefully you can learn from it and avoid a similar event later on.

Hey, Ken.......
How's it goin'?
I did a scan and your SNEY came up as well. It made my stockcharts.com page too.
Thumbs up, buddy.
e
unfortunately, this is the tell tale cycle.....
of far-less-than-favorable companies and MMTC has proven it is one.
Painted air is all it is.
A USB connection device may exist and so may software but they mean little of nothing if they cannot generate widespread excitement and an accompanying market for it. The magical wonder machine MMTC has introduced means very little at best..... The air comes from the balloon. The koolaide bowl is empty.

disappointing eom
Thanks......
You too understand the underlying problem. Ya can't fall in love....... gotta keep it real. If the share price survives today a chance of natural improvement increases in the chart.
Trends do not travel in straight lines. So, if genuinely long, ya gotta give it a little zig-zagging room.
It seems many posters of late have exited or are bamboozled. Most educations are expensive, testing of the nerves or both.
glta
Well.......
I hope you are correct but I bet you $100 you are not.
Technically speaking, the stock is near a critical price elevation but appears to be trying to produce a favorable turn. Two annotated charts can be seen here http://stockcharts.com/def/servlet/Favorites.CServlet?obj=ID4714231 Page 1 and 2
Someone posted ownership ratios. It would be nice seeing those again. Be reminded that financiers are the likely controling owners and if voting will be the heavy half. Fully understanding these arrangements is important then, now and future. Mathematically, possibilties exists to circumvent perceived probabilty.
There was a pr........
stating they planned to continue raising funds through equity financing for a while..... a vote would take place at the November meeting. Have you received your proxy yet?
If left up to us, connecting the dots does not look incredibly promising...... big product, no mention of revenue, equity financing. We need a solid piece of news.
If MMTC does a pipe or convertible debenture deal, it is in their best interest to get the share price up so the financier can do their thing and extend the better of deals available to the company.
(edit) If, then and stuff like that.......
The Tuesday close warranted concern in that (ultimately) distribution had overcome accumulation. An expected argument (therefore) would be that price went up. True. But volume and its underlying currents are the real story. Mathematics often lend the truth in the matter.
As you can see, the result from the Tuesday close was negative.
The little off the wall statements from me offer insight. Trends do not travel in straight lines; Same as it ever was; In the best interest of MMTC to get share price up; etc..... they are truths too.
The interest then becomes where (how far) does price retreat. Intraday, it has neared a healthy price elevation to which longs can be somewhat relaxed. But the day is not over. So, concern still may be on the burner. However, what is occurring fits the plan to date. The lines drawn here were annotated before much of this ever unfolded. http://stockcharts.com/def/servlet/Favorites.CServlet?obj=ID4714231
This page normally gets 3 or 4K hits a month but got whacked a few days ago..... had to go to rebuild mode from scratch. It will be back together in a week or so. MMTC is visible realtime here. The page is running and about 1/3 of its normal content can be found.

e
ya ever hear of that song........
by The Talking Heads?
Same As It Ever Was.
It is in the best interest of MMTC to get the share price up before the new a/s come online...... Else, "How can you have any pudding if you don't eat your meat?" - Pink Flyod.
I'll throw up an intraday chart on my stockcharts.com page in about 20 minutes or so...... gotta feed the dogs first.
e
spd on tuesday close eom
ah, the humanity.........
I think. And I repeat: Trends do not travel in straight lines.
So we struggle with .0074. No big deal........ yet.
The important news is something only one person has touched on. That is the coming increase in a/s. That means they have nearly exhausted a/s in hand or have fully exhausted it. This is very good news. It also means a need is there to elevate the share price. Oh, yeah.
For now, .005 or .006 is our friendly support line. .004 may occur if a stray mm reaches out to the moe fella.
Well......... Nothing out of the ordinary here. Go back and look at other stocks that quickly double in price. See what happens? Selling near that mark, huh? Like I said, once long, you look for reasons to exit and vice versa. No such reason exists....... yet. Just keep looking for that bad potato.
I am going to grill a burger and drink a couple beers and poke around a little...... and go to bed knowing MMTC is still on track..... for the while.
Later
e
I have messed around with these......
kinds of stocks since 1988. About 98% have nothing worth buying. MMTC may have something..... it may not. I do not care.
Let me tell you about BIFS/BIFT. I traded this stock for months and made a killing from it. But I once stopped to read a bulletin board about its product and decided to go visit the company and do a test of the technology in Myrtle Beach.
I signed a nondisclosure statement, hooked up my own laptop and cruised around Myrtle Beach surfing the web and watching Internet TV simultaneously in September 2000. It was incredible. There was nothing like this on the planet. I met with the company president who told me RCN was about to do a national rollout of the technology. Holy crap!!!!!!!!!!! I called my wife and told her not to sell the stock but to put everything we had in it...... then drove home.
Subsequently, BIFT went down the toilet and I lost about $25K believing their sack of kah kah. RCN was never involved. There was no national rollout. The remarkable internet capabilities were accomplished by bridges and repeaters put in trees and telephone poles along the demo route. And the company president was arrested twice for stock fraud and other similar crimes.
I do not know what MMTC does and I don't care. I am not smart enough to know. But I do make a living from charts. I am gonna stick to something I know. There are too many con men out there trying to steal our money to think I understand technologies which may or may not exist. My dad told me something that is Gospel: Don't trust anyone with your money or your honey. He was very right. I make my luck...... not someone telling me what might be this or that.
Good luck to all
e
tweety..........
Hah!!!!!!!!!!! Feels good doesn't it?
Somwhere in technical analysis land there is something called technical compression. And this is where MMTC is at. Compression is where things reside in a parabolic state and confuse those who live by the chart. Exit signals surface as do new entry signals. It is a mayhem of mathematical garbage. But it can be navigated with success. I will post a couple charts below.
I usually do most of my serious work from about 2 AM Eastern to about 11:30 AM Eastern during the week. So, I will be scarce from time to time. If you visit my page link offered in my profile you will find an eod management of MMTC. However, be reminded eod can lack some degree of accuracy to any price extreme sought. I did make a couple remarks today but were probably lost in the hundreds of others in the new MMTC popularity.
........Anyway a daily chart is below:
The daily chart is quite healthy. You should be glad. Everything is looking quite good and few worries should be contemplated. It does not get much better than what is here. What is a bit of concern is the 60 minute chart where compression is becoming a reality. It will move into the daily chart on Tuesday or Wednesday. This is when position management will become more of a challenge. Until then, enjoy what is present. Have a beer and giggle.
The 60 minute chart is below:
MMTC is in an infancy event of compression. It will likely retreat a bit or consolidate just below the .006 area before resuming trend. If news comes and it is of stellar variety it may skip on through to .0074 to consolidate.
The diagonal lavendar line is a new trend line. The lavendar dotted horizontal line is our straight line which now becomes support. The solid lavendar line is .0074 - our first target. This may be a good spot to sell a few shares but save some for the toe curling possibilities that may come later. It will need some careful monitoring now that compression is becoming a reality. But it is doable.
Remember....... prices do not trend in straight lines; MMTC may have great stuff to sell, I personally doubt it has the tremendous goods some people profess; this is a trade vehicle, not an investment; blah, blah, blah, etc.
over and out
e
I think it rather unknowing........
if one believes big money is not already in.
Technically..... I think of this as something like a fishing reel that has experienced a backlash. The line is being sorted out and corrected a few feet at a time until it is time to begin turning the reel bosset and retrieve the outcast line in whole.
Take a gander at a 60 minute chart. The next sawtooth upward is about to unfold. A relative new high is not far from this event..... Relative meaning the last several days. Measure the ascending apex and an initial target is .0074.
TO KYMIKE: My Louisville address is in Yorktown North. I live on the front lake. After we cash in on MMTC we will have to go get a beer and giggle some.
talk to that luecro guy........
That alone proves without doubt TSNP dilution is ongoing. I simply prove it yet again mathematically without the reports he offers. I only tell how to tell of new shares are being sold without his help. He puts up info released by the transfer agents. Make no mistake...... new shares are being sold in the millions and millions and millions...... hundreds of millions of new shares, in fact.
Have a great day!
I know you guys do not know me, but......
I have a serious character flaw. I am terribly honest.
I mentioned in an earlier post I am intermittently watching for volume shennanigans and have not found any.
The problem with these kinds of stocks is their lack of mangerial skills, products that sell, etc and sometimes this makes for situations that prove to be escalating danger for longs. This is why I watch for volume games. Now that I have a sizeable long position my study of MMTC volume be more intense.
Unfortunately, those who monitor most of these boards are longs themselves and love their stocks. They will try to control damage to their position by selective censorship of their board. I sometimes find an ocassional post removed for being honest and factual. I do not curse. I do not abuse. I surrender to my character flaw of honesty.
I am a trader and hopefully discipline myself to not fall in love with a stock or any other position. Once in a position, I look for reasons to exit, and vice versa.
For now, it is all systems go for MMTC. No volume games are visible and the chart looks ready for a serious upward movement.
Good luck to all
e
MMTC charts (daily and 60 minute)........
Here are a couple MMTC charts. I have been dealing with cheapies since 1988. I trade the S&P500 Emini for a living but tinker with cheapies for fun.
You may or may not like my approach, analyis or personality but you should discover I am right a lot more than wrong. Still, I offer no guarantees. You can find my opinion on various items, genreral in nature through the link in my IHub profile. Good luck to us all.
MMTC came up in a technical scan about a week ago. I have been buying since..... all under .004 except one lot at .0044.
The MMTC daily chart is below:
I favor synchronous technical events History proves them 80% or greater in accuracy. I believe this chart has one such event annotated (vertical green). There have been a couple others recently but this one is shown on my page. Synchronous events are concerted mathematical conditions that often promote unity in momentum and volume. You can see both are beginning to activate. Subsequent candle prints are bullish in that lows are negated (tails) that indicate interest is genuinely long. Volume is sawtoothing upward.
The MMTC 60 minute chart follows:
This chart identifies two synchronous events. Unfortunately, the actual chart shows one but a second is marked without the correct mathematical studies. Fibs are drawn for the most recent trend low and subsequent price activity. A lavendar horizontal line notes a "straight line" - straight horizontal line where several highs were made...... This is a bullish scenario too. A trend line in green needs a third data point for validity. So I expect one more brief dip to touch that line before the coming run begins.
Now for the other side..... I have intermittently watched MMTC through time and sales reports in concert with adi/obv charts for volume shennanigans and will continue doing so. At the moment, I cannot find ill will from any particular marketmaker. Should I ever discover this activity, I will tell about it. Good or bad, I am terribly honest. Right now, MMTC is looking good.
ONE MORE NOTE:::::::: There is a price line configuration with a measured apex of .0025. If correct, a coming target of .0074 is in the cards. This does not mean an end but a priliminary resting point in trend.
glta
Technically speaking........
the MMTC chart is locked and loaded. I have been buying @ .003 to .004. This looks very promising.
glta
e
all they gotta do now is........
make a whole lot more and break even. TSNP is going nowhere. With continued dilution and destruction of shareholder equity what good will an InPlay raffle giveaway data base do?
I think you are finally........
beginning to catch on to the TSNP pr's.
Good for you.
I have read it........
Where does it say anything will happen or money will be made? Be honest.
Hecky..........
TSNP is not going to move this week either. No volume today? What is with that? People must be catching on to the empty pr's.
Dang!
Hey........
A few years back i was big on fresh water fishing...... bass and crappie. One day I was in my back yard after putting on fresh line and I tossed an artificial nightcrawler across the lawn and began reeling it back to me. Four different Robins came down and attacked that fake worm that kept on its track back to me.
I do not wish anyone harm or ill will. I am just sharing my experience accumulated with cheapies since 1988. TSNP is pretty much nothing whose intent is to fake people out.
glta
e
I bought some MMTC......
yesterday on the dip. I am not suggesting it...... only it may be worth a watch as the volume (for now) appears legitimate..... and technically it seems to be putting on its pants.
glta
e
It may bounce a little........
because people want to believe. But if you can be honest with yourself you have to realize these pr's are saying nothing. They boast of imaginable value and play on the greed of those wanting an easy ride.
A holding company not turning a profit and a private company bragging about a giveaway equals zero or worse. TSNP is a seller of new shares that destroys the longs equity. What is going on is nothing more than a continuing ploy to rid themselves of the authorized shares in hand.
A brief bounce is the best that can happen. Longs had best get out then or become the B word (if not sooner). Unfortunately, many already in are in denial.
The worst that can happen is occurring now: Low volume on supposed wonderful news and a maker operating on the in-between. This will result in lower share prices.
Well........
TSNP ain't flyin' this week either.
Let's see........
TSNP is rm with a private company whose financial reports are not available and claims to have a customer base of 700,000 plus but a pr states, coincidentally, InPlay has a 700,000 plus count of college students (who are usually broke) that recently registered for a giveway.
TSNP makes very little money itself and yet to be genuinely profitable but announces an INTENT to merge. Not a real deal but an INTENT to enter a deal months down the road.
Does anyone see anything of value in this? Speculation is great if there is something to speculate about. But there is absolutely nothing here of real value unless you have a bunch of new shares to sell to hopeful whatever they are people. And guess who is selling new shares? TSNP.
Foghorn Leghorn says it perfectly...... "Two halves of nothin' make a whole nothin'". And that is exactly what you have here.
New shares are being sold on the in-between that dilute shareholder equity with every breath while TSNP tells of intent to merge with something that to date has demonstrated absolutely no tangible value.
Those are the facts.
Have a great weekend.
e
Since when was the truth and.......
honesty bashing?
TSNP is going nowhere fast because it has nothing to go with.
oh, yeah.......
I'm feelin' better too. His TSNP updates are the best..... and consistently...... Well, you know. He'll get it one day.
on fire........
and spinning in the water.
There is nothing to buy. No profits. Nothing. And the specualtion here is based on a list of people signing up for a give-away. Sign up list is a customer base? C'mon. Get real.
I bet TSNP is based in Canada, Nevada, Boca Raton or Sarasota - capitals of con artists.
Oh, but it is true.......
You guys have been saying this is it. Once the 1's are gone this week...... to the moon. That was last week.
The reality is the 1's ain't goin' nowhere. How do you like that double-negative? I'm werkin' on a triple. (wink) The man behind the curtain ain't done pullin' down yer pants. TSNP is bound until they get finished unloading.
Do the math and look at the calendar. The authorized and os don't match and the deal will not be on the table until November. That leaves a couple of months of volume shennanigans to play out before anything happens..... if it does happen with TSNP. I have only had four classes in economics and don't know everything. But there is something called "opportunity cost". Google that one.
B 460 B
Good luck to all
e
I thought you guys said......
TSNP was going up in a couple days. What happened? It ain't happenin'.
I've been intermittent........
in my trading lately. Attending to life has taken a little more importance. Back to the grind tomorrow.
Good luck to all.
e
and I said.........
60 to 70% of volume is in-between
