stating they planned to continue raising funds through equity financing for a while..... a vote would take place at the November meeting. Have you received your proxy yet?

If left up to us, connecting the dots does not look incredibly promising...... big product, no mention of revenue, equity financing. We need a solid piece of news.

If MMTC does a pipe or convertible debenture deal, it is in their best interest to get the share price up so the financier can do their thing and extend the better of deals available to the company.
