The question I've asked them is where are their float numbers for IHSN coming from. Glad to see Yahoo's working on this. I'm sure there gonna say they took the O/S subtracted the restriced shares and that's your float.
I originally sold around .003 for a double and have bought some @.0008-0009 when they've shown up. We'll see what this brings, but damm that was one helluva a PR.
HOLY FLALUGGI BATMAN NOW THAT'S ONE NICE PR (and yes the caps were on purpose I'm standing on top of the mountain yelling). This guys for real! He's gonna take it to the wall and push through it! Get out Ken's way coming through a serious juggernaut.
JP you've spoken to him more than I have so your probably right. I did stop and pause when he started mentioning the other products. I even had him repeat it. However he was rolling pretty fast everything they had coming so he might have miss understood what I had asked. 2 sounds more reasonable, but for now I'm gonna stick with my notes on the 3. Truly I don't care if it's 2-3 lol just the fact that he's gonna be squeezing more into the years end is thrilling. lol at the end of the year you can tell me how right you were while you sitting on your pile of cash.
I given this a lot of thought this morning. If we are talking about one solid PR with forward looking statements, ex. The Forbes Riley xxxx xxxx product is expected to sell over 500,000 @ around $ 30 each before years end etc. etc. that's 15 mil in gross profits. Which means people would be looking forward to earnings etc. I could see something like between .05-.10c a share.
However I don't think that's all that there would be. Share holders love exposure and this puppy is going on national TV (infomercial) this will drive the PPS up as well. Chris also mentioned releasing another 3 products before years end (PR's will be seriously flowing at this point).
The HOLY GRAIL to all this would be and uplisting to OTCBB. You PR that... and that will bring in investors alone. If you've ever watched a stock on the morning of this occurrence you know what I'm talking about. People will buy in and hold if they know one is coming. The morning of you get a large Gap up in price and Daytraders take the price up another 40% (it's enough to make ya drool).
Now the share structures are nowhere near the same and while it was rising the owners where diluting the he.. out of the stock, but ZVTK had a similar run (Oct 09 to Dec 09) to what I expect we will see happen. I've mentioned this before though that ZVTK had heavy dilution and one product We'll have a total of 4 before years end and 4 to 7 more to look forward to in 2011 (just from what we know now).
Added and all tallied up a .30-.50c peak is possible before years end. If you want to be conservative you could shoot for .02-.05 on the next PR. Nothing wrong with taking and locking in your profits. All jmho.
Nice post. Chris mentioned that Tim and him were close friends. I agree whats better than a friend that is an investment banker to start a friendly business venture with.
A/S of 1,500,000,000
O/S of 1,420,604,598
******* 1,212,784,598 would be the number of restricted shares.
float___ 207,820,000 Yahoo float count.
And as maybe_this_time pointed out (should say straightened me out lol) there are 79,395,402 shares left for possible dilution by the company. Which is about $475,000 @ .006 if diluted today. At .05 it would be a tad under 4 million dollars and at .50c those shares would be worth about $39,697,701.00 that's some serious change for the company to work with.
What Does Float Mean?
1. The total number of shares publicly owned and available for trading. The float is calculated by subtracting restricted shares from outstanding shares.
http://www.investopedia.com/terms/f/float.asp
******* subtracting Yahoo's float from the O/S to get the number of restricted.
Is there a time limit on how long they have in pre-mediation? Just wondering. TIA.
Got a response from Capital IQ, apparently they don't provide the float info to Yahoo. On the Key Statistics page (http://finance.yahoo.com/q/ks?s=IHSN.PK+Key+Statistics) it says Data provided by Capital IQ, except where noted. So I sent Capital IQ a letter regarding our float. This was their reply. I also have sent a letter with their response to Yahoo to get the origin of IHSN's float they have listed.

Okay, whose Oleary?
Yeah, that's why I'll be checking/updating the O/S A/S each week. He could max out the O/S to the full A/S. Still relative to the billions you see some of these pinks go through it's still small.
Your right. There should have been tangible evidence from one event or another to PR. The only thing that did occur was an almost maxed O/S. Nothing wrong with dilution that builds, buys or acquires. Funny right now we're just holding a good story. String is right as well, if there were pre-contracts as hinted to in emails (wicks17) those too would have show up as a loss of future revenue and been included in the suit (good one string).
However, wherever this is headed you can almost bet there will be at least one more really good run with a fabulous PR about acquiring the assets and their future. imo
To keep it real it's a long road ahead for the longs at the very least.
Don't be pissed, that's a darn logical post I like it nice job.
One of my all time favorite posts.

After assets are aquired, companies that may be watching, could move in with offers to purchase XMDC.
"If" that is the current float (and it could be) then the O/S are pretty close to max. 1.2 billion restricted shares from the total O/S of 1,420,604,598 would mean the maximum the float could be is 220,604,598. "If" Yahoo is correct then the total amount of company O/S that the company could dilute would be
220,604,598 Maximum possible float.
207,820,000 minus Yahoo Float http://finance.yahoo.com/q/ks?s=IHSN.PK+Key+Statistics
12,784,598 Remaining to possibly dilute the float (not a lot imo).
My personal take on this is that it would be good news if true. There would be no worries that the company would be dumping shares into the upcoming PR's for the launch of the "Forbes Riley xxxx xxxx" fitness product. 220 million float is small in pinky land and is a good size if the company is setting it self up to be a major player (an ex. would be Fedex float 293.63M).
I will be Keeping the Ibox updated weekly (Friday's more than likely) with the O/S and A/S count by calling the transfer agent. This is a good way to keep tabs on any dilution. O/S is the neighborhood we're living in. jmho
I have sent Chris a message asking for the Float count. Called TA A/S O/S still the same. I also sent a letter to Yahoo's financial provider of the that info to find their source and if it's correct will let all know when I here something.
7.9 mil on TDA with current PPS of .006
Bin it's simple you take the O/S (1,420,604,598) X the current share price .0058 and 8,239,506.67. Really not that hard.
When I spoke to Chris he said he wasn't releasing a lot of PR's and that they wouldn't be fluff. I'm not expecting one until a little closer to the launch of the new exercise product which is what I took his "soon" answer to mean.
IHSN MKT CAP $8,239,506.67
http://www.investopedia.com/terms/m/marketcapitalization.asp
Just want to keep the facts straight
WOW... forreste best news I've had in a long time cooooooooooooool.
My phone call with Chris Winters...
1. Former employer/industry;
Banking (I believe it was investment banking he mentioned).
2. Was the .40c for all the A/S?
"No, never was." They wanted a controlling interest. Tim and Chis had no interest in being salaried employees. It needed to be PR'd per the attorney because the offer was so much greater than PPS at the time of the offer.
3.In addition Chris said,
other offers do come in for blocks of the restricted shares, however the company has no intention now or ever of selling any restricted shares.
4. Chris commented that;
IHSN lawyer is a former SEC attorney.
5. When will the product be Released?
Chris said they had a quality issue with the first manufacturer so there was a delay. However, they have other manufactures lined up and are now a month into the process with them. (Remember there's cost to consider, packaging, mass production (on hand inventory) interesting note a DVD is included.))
6. Chris commented that;
Forbes Riley's name will be on the product. The Forbes Riley xxxx xxxx.
7. So how is all this being financed?
Out of pocket (Chris's pocket).
8. How long before the next PR?
Soon... and won't be fluff.
9. Will there be anymore products for 2010?
Yes 3, in fact they have 8 - 11, but 3 for 2010. In addition, Forbes will more than likely be connected with one of them.
10. Will there be an uplisting to the OTCBB?
Here Chris could not answer directly because of legal issues. However, he did say things were in the works and without getting into legal issues, he said his attorney had made some suggestions. JMHO, sounded like he was trying to tell me that they were, without releasing any information (at least directly).
11. Are you doing anything with the Tony Little Private Trainer and are there any revenues?
No... This was one is Tim's and Chris said he was not sure if there were any revenues (hasn't spoken to Tim about it).
12 Is there a long term goal or strategy?
Yes, they do have a 1-3-5 and are working on a 7 year plan. There are some long term goals. The company was set up to be able to make acquisitions and then sell them off in sectors, but that is years away. (kinda of a condensed version of what Chris was saying).
The conversation was very pleasant. Chris is very intelligent and well spoken and comes across as down to earth with practical expectations for himself, Tim and the company.
(I on the other hand didn't get home till 6am and was caught a little off guard by the phone call. But enjoyed it thoroughly.)
One last thought... Chris puts in 80-100 hours a week on this. So for him to be calling investors back says mountains for his integrity imho. We have no dilution, product on the way and forward looking statements.... I agree with JP this is a win win win.
Please do your own DD before buying any stock.
WOW... just got off the phone with Chris Winters, real nice guy to speak with. Will post a summary of the conversation in a short while.
Nice bottom bounce/reversal.
JP awesome report always appreciate your post.

next week ? lol .. what are you talking about ? ...
don't you read? ... we are waiting
for a mediation calendar date which
could be 30-45 days from now ...
What's up with the volume? We've hit the 10 day volume average and it's only an hour in to trading... something coming?
Great post.
I think they typically sell millions of units though. This up coming product is similar to the thigh master which sold 75,000 units per week at one point.
http://www.livestrong.com/article/28897-use-thighmaster-gold/
over 100 million George Foreman grills have been sold worldwide.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/George_Foreman_Grill
Something to consider that I haven't seen on this board yet is the possibility of some large retails stores picking this new product up eventually. A PR announcing Walmart, Target etc. selling this new product would send the PPS to the ya know.... moon. I get a head of myself here lol.
http://www.target.com/Jack-LaLanne-Juicer/dp/B00067R5X2
Definitely one of your better post.
"Where's all the $$ it's gonna take to air that video gonna come from? From you? Or from someone else?"
I've added that to my list of question when I speak to Chris at some point. Tim's been doing these for a long time it's his business, so I wonder if he has some sort of arrangements or uses his connections in the "Biz" to get this done. Definitely a lot of things we don't know about the "Biz" and the details involved. Just thinking this ways since the float is maxed and the rest are restricted.
As to;
"How long do you think it takes to write, shoot, and edit a 28 minute video?"
Here again I would have to defer to Tim's many years of experience in producing, production and scheduling these infomercials. It'll be ready when it's ready.
lol... was kinda hoping for a momo train to jump on, I guess I missed it (must have been a high speed rail type).
Is today the day they announce the distributor?
Thanks JC lol.... I'm not gonna share anything on the board because you can connect dots to anything. MLR is right... sticking with things that are tangible; the lawyers in Delaware, the lawyers in Korea, the documented DD in the Ibox, the A/S count which hasn't increased, the patents Lee has, Paul's willingness to close the deal and Lee not taking all his shares. I could go on, but I won't. I have bought shares continually and will probably be loading up even more in August. There are more facts on this board than most. Having said that I wait to see the outcome in Delaware just like the rest.
If I had something to share that was of significance I would. I haven't been shy in the past when I have found things that I thought might be negative, but should be shared. Everything else is just conjecture and thoughts.
Hey JP all is good. Quiet is a lot better than some of the others stocks I've been watching today. No word yet from Chris, however given that they are preparing for up and coming events I'll give him a pass for a little while lol.
Thanks.
