Agreed, Huge O/S stocks even hit silver with enough sustained volume. This stock is just a baby and if we give her her gerber she'll grow up big and strong.

More on QB Rule, bottom page 6, top page 7:
Have proprietary priced quotations published by a Market Maker in OTC Link with a minimum closing bid price of $0.01 per share on at least one of the prior thirty consecutive calendar days. In the event that the minimum closing bid price for the Company’s common stock falls below $0.01 per share, a grace period of 180 calendar days to regain compliance shall begin, during which the minimum closing bid price for the Company’s common stock must be $0.01 or greater for ten consecutive trading days;

No offense meant by going overboard with replies. All questions are valid, just had too much coffee today:)
If my logic seems off in my posts with Malvern, someone please correct or inform me. If I were the company, I would let the pps go up and sell it back down to a penny or higher to actually get noteholders paid and maintain the new QB status, as opposed to just making a cosmetic change to the pps for no profit and possibly losing the QB status if enough folks sell right after the split. Not to mention losing shareholders when trying to build a brand. Thoughts anyone?
Also, the rule is to maintain the penny bid test price for AT LEAST 10 days and an R/S results in an increased pps that falls back down to where it was anyway, typically. So one last question:
How does an r/s help them maintain a penny bid for 10 days. And if you up the ante to something like a 20:1 split, then I don't know how you expect a 18 mil o/s to not drop real quickly with a few sells.
I have to ask this again without all the extra jargon:
How would the company benefit from a r/s at this point? Who reverse splits to make a 10% (O/S)/(A/S) into a 1% (O/S)/(A/S)? Who gains anything from that? Do you think they want to hit there penny by pissing off everyone and not even profiting from it? They don't need it to reach a penny and they don't need it to reduce O/S, so just answer me one question and ignore the other questions in the last two posts: Why would they do it?
Ha! Great Post!
$WDHR
Boy you sure are seeming more negative than skeptical. But a 10:1 reverse split would be used to reduce the O/S, which in this case they do not need to do as there is more than enough room left in the A/S. You think they are aiming for an SS of 36 mil o/s and 3 bil a/s? That makes more sense to you?
What is certainly easier to achieve more than a 1000% day or one week run at the last minute, or an R/S that results in a nonsensical SS, is letting the market push it to a penny for at least ten days when you are getting record volume and attention. An r/s is useful when the O/S is high not low and closer to the max A/S. Does that make more sense?
Anyone else want to correct me on that? Plenty of room in the A/S left. Why R/S anytime soon when the pps wants to go up? This is not .0001. We will get them their penny and they know that. Why would they stop that? Folks are willing to push it to a penny so why would the company bother with a r/s just for a higher pps when they could have had it on Friday?
"For example, in a reverse 5-for-1 split, 10 million outstanding shares at 50 cents each would now become two million shares outstanding at $2.50 per share. In both cases, the company is worth $5 million."

Here are the QB guidelines regarding the new May 2014 rule for the penny bid test price. They just accomplished QB status, so being that they are under a penny bid price, the bid price needs to get to a penny and maintain it for at least 10 days. There is a 180 day grace period to achieve that which I believe started in October or November. So 170 days max from the last penny bid, imo. And I don't think they plan on a 1000% gainer day to work that out.
We can all maybe look into this for a more precise window, but I think we can all probably agree that they are not planning on being under a penny for any longer than makes sense for them. This will be let back up in order to not squander what they have just spent time and money on accomplishing (audited fins, $10,000 annual fee, etc.). So please, dig in to locate your just about guaranteed copper:

I value most read boards over breakout boards as many trade without posting yet still read, We are finally on there at #28 on a Saturday. An Omen perhaps? Been on Breakouts several times, but most read says eyes are more curious than ever, imo...
Combing these 4 posts yields perspective on value or better yet, undervalue of WDHR:
OS is around 362m as of Friday. It was already posted by one poster. That no is from TA.
Yes sir, now that is a fact. Market cap at $434k. (@.0012)
In most cases, the market cap of a publicly traded company will be higher -- often much, much higher -- than the sum total of its assets and liabilities. That's because the value transcends such things as the buildings it owns. Its true value also includes the status of the company's brands and reputation, the abilities of its management, its market position and its growth potential. Those things don't show up on the balance sheet, but they do affect how much people are willing to pay for the company's stock -- and thus its market cap.
This one contract is worth more than the entire market cap, even on the low end:
The term of the extended contract will begin on January 1, 2015 and is expected to generate revenues of $500,000 to $1,000,000 over the life of the extension.

Quick correction to post 2196,
Not a new facility but the new class d permit which was only given to a very small # of companies.
A Senator being there makes this no joke anyway imo.
Warrior King posted all that was necessary to correct mr. MJ:

I don't know why I bothered, got me out of a good rhythm.
GM that's huge, the article posted earlier says that the # of Hemp jobs will dwarf the # of MMJ jobs. This will be a huge opening for us.

I hope people realize that all that traffic that has been crashing viridian's site, came from the September job fair:

Also notice on bottom right, WeedHire is a permanent tag on Viridians Site.
They loved that job fair, the video still runs up front in their news section:

Key quotes here:
Washington State Staffing Agency Viridian Staffing:
At the employment agency, she said, “I learned there are a lot of people with no skill sets who want jobs in the marijuana industry. We were so inundated (with applications), it crashed our website twice.”
It was at Viridian that 200 applicants were in the hat for a job.
For Muret, the future of the industry is not limited to retail and medicinal sales.
“We are also interested in the industrial hemp space, which by some projections will dwarf that,” he said.
He foresees hemp fiber as a competitor to cotton, and lumber, and other established industries.
And that will lead to jobs in production, warehousing and distribution as well as sales and administration, Bradford said.

Did you guys see Bill Gates drinking fresh water from a sewage conversion plant this week? Not sure where pilus is now, but that tech is blowing up in the mainstream media now. I can post the link but not sure if its competition, its another private company whose water he's drinking. Lemme know if ok or just google "bill gates" and "sewage."
WeedHire INTERNATIONAL,is prepared for world domination:
Check the international scalability that David Bernstein referred to:

Watch for Uruguay, Jamaica, Zambia. All are legalizing nationally. Uraguay already up n running. May sound third world but Zambia is looking to create 200,000 jobs via hemp in the coming year. We want those jobs! Remember the MJ movement is Global.
It is so on! Thank you. Was about to skip coffee but now the pot is brewing...heh heh
Also, there is a terpenoid called Myrcene found in high concentrations in Mangos. Rumor has it, yet to be confirmed by me, that loading up on fresh mango (at least 1 whole one)an hour before a session can greatly increase the potency and duration of said session.
;)
Limonene+cannabinoids is also huge for the body effect and pain relief.
Scroll thru the link for myrcene:

Kindest PM ever, follow for you. Thank you.
TAUG is a favorite of mine as well.
Will be back for sure.
Regarding CBD, there needs to be differentiation between CBD and CBDA. I have experimented with both, and can tell you that the decarboxylated version does not have the same pain relief as CBDA. I have found CBDA to be very effective for topically treating psoriasis and associated joint pain (psoriatic arthritis):
http://theleafonline.com/c/science/2014/07/cannabinoid-profile-crash-course-cbda/
So there is a difference, as what people are vaping and using in tinctures is typically CBD. CBD on its own is great but CBDA is more reactive in that it is still in its naturally phyto-reactive state and is absolutely amazing as a topical as well as sublingual. Similarly, THC vs. THCA need to be differentiated. When smoking, one receives THC but when converting plant to extract carefully, you get THCA. Food for thought:
http://www.marijuanagrowershq.com/decarboxylating-cannabis-turning-thca-into-thc/
Same goes for vitamin supplements. There are right handed and left handed versions of the same molecules. All health supplements can be bought more cheaply if they are the oxidized version (google redox reactions and or vitamins, supplements). Always buy the reduced not oxidized versions of health supplements imo. Iron works great until it becomes iron oxide (rust).
Would love to see TAUG consult with an analysis company if they haven't already, and as I have been out of the loop for a while, this may be irrelevant but more food for thought. I am a physics guy and will be beta testing this new device for a private company from now until April and talk with them daily. Check it out, nice video and website, as it shows how both cannabinoids and terpenes will be mainstream talk very very soon as well as the scope which the MJ industry will expand to and then pervade and change many other fundamental industries. People will want cannabinoids and terpenes as they do work together via the larger entourage effect(terpenoids are in all fruits, vegetables, and MJ). But people wont want pesticides, mold, or organophosphates:

Please let me now if any of this was out of line to post as I have been out of the loop here since last spring and just wanted to contribute for a new buddy. Thanks
Thanks HP, We will rock soon :)

Great Article here, explains the high demand for the new industry jobs report on (1/15) now that Washington State's MJ program is really rolling. This features Viridian Sciences and Staffing (private company) who was an absolutely huge part of our September Job Fair that we cosponsored with the MJBA:

Or use it for an acquisition. Acquiring a good marketing arm could be key imo.
Which would you prefer?
You're welcome, thank you for thanking me :)
I lived with a top Sales Director for CareerBuilder for 5 years (ex-gf). I've been drunk with the CB president before, several times, once in Cabo, and once in Aruba. I know job posting models well. We are very well off here imo...
A WeedHire Account comes with Private Messaging as well, so you can converse with employers through the site or even help each other edit a resume as all of the MS word type tools are integrated into the messaging feature. Its pretty damn cool, register an account while they are free imo. They plan to charge for that at some point.

I would love to see these guys team up with Oaksterdam University or even University of Colorado to create a direct job placement program. That would be bananas. Possible?
I'd like to offer you some perspective, as I understand your approach but think it is contextually off base:
Warning: this is a long post
Every year now, MJ companies develop and establish market caps that have nothing to do with revenue. ERB* had a market cap of over $500,000,000 last Feb/March. Zero revenues plus debt and only $2k in cash. To this day they have less revenue than WDHR and a market cap of over $50,000,000 so far this season, and had massive dilution year over year.
I love ATT*F and their CEO is great but look at the story there too. It ran from $.065-$2.78 only because of its "potential" to get an MMPR license. It had zero to do with revenues as they wont have an operational business until they get a license to produce. Market cap over 7 mil now with no current license or business and they are involved in litigation.
We have a market cap under $400K with $4 million in established revenues via the Federal Government and Samsung, so please show me where the logic is in looking for pps to follow revenue in the OTC. (Today, 1/10/2015, H*MP=mkt cap over 84 million dollars? MJN*=mkt cap over 121 million dollars?) PPS follows volume.
Then take all the MJ stock business plans into account and notice that even with the minimal execution that many have exhibited over 4 years, they have all put in higher and higher bottom shelves every year for 4 years running now. Over the last 7 months, this CEO has been executing like F-ing ISIL (FYI:not a stock).
Do you see where I'm going with this? I can list a bunch of examples that make the last few I gave look stellar. Compare market caps to revenues across the MJ sector and you will see what I mean, when I say WDHR is absolutely way undervalued, period.
Each new yearly low shelf has been established by a huge pop (typically 52 week high) near this time of year(Q1)that then comes back down over 6-9 months to a new higher low for the upcoming year. I bought ERB* at .002 last year and its lower shelf is .012 this year.
WDHR wasn't here for last MJ season, so it is technically brand new and has not seen its upper limits tested yet. But the volume is showing up big time, check the weekly chart for volume and MACD.
OTC MJ stocks do not run because people are looking forward to getting a dividend in a year. OTC MJ runs are about timing, context, volume, and media exposure. It's the right time of year, we are setting volume records every day now, and we have the right kind of product for the Masses, Media, and Government to get excited about. REAL JOBS!
WDHR is also a nexus for both Government and Cannabis Companies in one place, not to mention job placement for Military Veterans via WVFV (also not a stock, see DD). Please show me another example of that kind of synthesis and social acceptability. From Fox news to Bill Maher, the media will want to make out with WeedHire.
However, as an olive branch, I offer you the current revenue streams for WeedHire aside from AnythingIT's $4,000,000:
Banner ads AS LOW AS $99 a week
$25 a month for a featured employer
$50 a month for a priority posting
$100 a month for a featured posting
So a completely upgraded job posting, as of today, is $175 per month
$49.99 (one time fee) for a resume to be written
$7.99 a month to upgrade to a featured resume
$30 a month to upgrade to a priority resume listing
So a single full round of resume service is $50 plus $37.99 a month
And each of the now 1057 basic job postings can convert into an additional $25-$50 per posting of recurring monthly income at any point in time. The total job and resume postings have been growing everyday for 6-7 months, 10 jobs added today. That growth will accelerate after Q4 jobs report as well IMO.
Finally, keep in mind that last year many people lost boatloads through suspensions after making lots of money. We don't have that issue here, as we all can agree that this company is highly responsible with filings, forward looking statements, and has zero legal risk from the business plan (NO THC, "pending" licenses, bogus vape pen sales, or oddball agreements with unheard of collectives). It is rare that one of the safer investments can also be one of the most aggressive gainers.
All IMO, but GL either way.
