I put in my order for another 200K after I sell shares of another company. On top of that, Citron issues a scare tactic right after we try to buy Cannimed out. Coincidence? Why would Citron cone for our company more than any other stocks company? Something smells funny. It's definitely very odd and it being a coincidence is unlikely.

I do not think Aurora did anything wrong from the document seen. The way Zettl has handled this is quite shocking. To make a press release prior to serving the documents is very shady. No company does that. You should be worried, it's very bad play on Zettl part. If this teaches me anything, regardless of outcome, a CEO shouldn't be doing that. Which tells me a lot.

What are you talking about? It's a scare tactic. Plus markets are still selling pot stocks. Pretty much everyone knew it would start that way. It's going to get gobbled up because the stock has hit bottom. Lowest price they will probably see

Me as well. I have told many people about it, not sure if they will come in but if they do some reading, it's a clear win. Hopefully, I will be able to get at least 500K. Sadly, my office requires me to help many scientists, so hopefully I have the time to pull the trigger.

Well that's my point. The commission would have tried to figure out if there was some sort of collusion. That's how insider bids would work IMO. You need to be talking to someone under the table to even make a insider bid. The commission had to of looked into that, right?

I had this long as written response when the application crashed. Doesn't the commission determine insider trading? If they do, the plaintiff can take it to the courts. It seems like Cannimed is overstepping that and using different lingo to sue them anyways to hold it up in court. That's what it seems to me.

Lastly, having blacked out statutes or sentences doesn't mean something bad occurred. Could mean they used an old document that had been used for something else and they blacked out parts of the document that was unnecessary.

I highly doubt Aurora would go out of their way to purchase a company they didn't need to go after and do it sloppily. But you never know, mistakes can be made. I highly doubt this suit will stand long in court after they see the commission's ruling.

I can't feel too bad though. Still got in cheap by anyone standards. Might try to buy a couple more 100K shares Tuesday and take the ride. If this goes into dimes and dollar it will easily be my best stock I have read, like Netflix and alike.

Then I am traveling around the world haha. Haven't done that yet.

Crazy thing is I had seen this company on my radar for months and just didn't think anything of it. Someone would just bring it up and talk about. If only I caught wind of this, I could have bought in for tons of shares. But I think I will survive with a few 100K. This thing is going to skyrocket.
