Abbam, Welcome aboard!
Thank you for stepping up,

I was under the impression that bashing the moderator for deleted posts is not the correct course of action to take.
The correct action is to contact IH Admin Matt and not clutter up the board with complaints. Admin will restore the posts if they feel they were wrongly deleted. From the FAQ's:
>>My message got deleted! What happened?
The User Agreement/TOU goes into great detail as to what is acceptable and what is not. Please go HERE and read the Message Deletions section (heck, read the whole thing if you have time!). If you have any questions or wish to dispute a deletion, please contact IH Admin Matt.<<

Also, all free users can PM admin.
I hope this helps,
Vic
Those were all bash the moderator posts spammed over and over again by one poster. I had 6 of them in my mailbox...all from the same guy.
That 3 day rule would have left an awful lot of money on the table during the run to 1.50.
That's because wonderboy is spamming. I had 6 messages from him in my mailbax.

The decrease in production in Henderson is the result of the company's ongoing efforts to shift production to Nogales in order to realize significant improvements in operating efficiencies and cost reductions.
Separately, the company announced that it knows of no fundamental reason for the recent decline in the price of the stock. The company continues to experience positive developments in its operations. The company expects to announce its second quarter results as soon as possible, and is planning to host a conference call to discuss its second quarter financial statements and year-to-date progress.

2create should be moderator and Benz (if willing) the asst. just like NDOL board.
Those two have by far the most knowledge of both co's, their relationship to each other, and Russia business climate in general.
Rruff can stay on as second asst and drop in from time to time as his time permits to see how all is going.
That is my humble opinion.
Vic
I'm with you bro. G'nite.
Would you post on the Honesty, Integrity and Service board representing yourself as such?
Sorry for your loss. Markets are brutal lately on the penny stocks with rare exceptions.
My email has always been available under my profile.
As a general rule I don't like PM's and emails. It just locks everybody out from the truth. Once public, it should stay public imho.
The credibility of the messenger is KEY here imho.
You want to see my FGFC confirms? Let's see your AURC sell confirms first. I'll be interested to see what price you exited at before "sharing" your doubts.
So you have no problem with someone that has info on 6/8, unloads their shares, and THEN "shares" the info with us on 7/20?
LOL! I love that movie!
The PM route doesn't work for me here.
He aired it in public and needs to answer in public in my humble opinion.
Vic
But what about sitting on that information while he unloaded his shares? And only THEN posting it?
Thx.
With a current PE of 4.9 I may give it a "swing trade" shot now and again. Not in yet though. With earnings due 8/8/06 I might load up just before that if it gets into the 16's for a short term play.
Vic
A comptroller friend touted me on FMT as a good LT buy if interest rates stabilize.
I am terrible at bank/finance co. DD and thought I would mention it here to see if you had any feedback one way or the other.
TIA,
Vic
2C, My AOL emails come to me in "my time". My yahoo emails come to me in "senders time". If in senders time it would have been 10:50 am in us edt.
I have other concerns that I posted on the H.I.S. board.
Bottom line is that RSM researched the Russian audits and declared them to be reliable and real.
That's all I need to know. ;)))))
I think I'm pretty much screwed with Harrington and Howell.
Oh well...there's always the PGA to look forward to!
I was lucky enough to get another 20k at .125 this morning on the technical panic sell mentioned in my last post.
The confirmation by Russia to Corvette Mark that the reserves are for real makes me more bullish than ever.
Please change my tiebreaker to 275. Thx.
Picked up 10k at .155 this morning. Next bid set at .125 in case we're lucky enough to get a technical panic sell.
Nice. 2007 revs 14.4 mil to 24 mil. 2008 revs of 36 mil to 60 mil+ from this contract alone.
btw, that was me that took all the .90 stock and bidding for more. :)))
HNR, I am shorting it.
1. 68 mil due to the Venezuela I.R.S. (Seniat) any day now.
2. New production sharing agreement with Pdvsa will drop HNR's share of production from 20,000 bopd in q1 to 6400 bopd in q2.
3. EPS based on above will be about .10 to .15 per share vs CURRENT analyst estimates of .33 to .35 per share.
Q2 due on or before 8/10/06.
4. Hugo Chavez has no love for American O&G co's operating in his country and is unlikely to throw a bone to HNR. Make an example of them is more likely imho.
I normally don't short stocks but in this mkt environment I thought I would share my #1 short prospect with all of you. Target 8 to 10.
Good luck to all,
Vic
PS: Brent, thanks for the invite.
Either that or this is the fifth gas well:
"Aspen also tested one of the Forbes intervals in the recently drilled WGU #14-8 well located in the West Grimes Field, Colusa County, California at a stabilized flow rate of approximately 400 MCFPD."
http://biz.yahoo.com/iw/060628/0140097.html
Yes.
"Aspen also recently drilled and plugged and abandoned a well in the Kirk Gas Field in Colusa County, California."
http://biz.yahoo.com/iw/060706/0141808.html
Right on.
They whine, we buy. They get euphoric, we sell. Easy game plan.
Whew, you had me going for a second there!
If I'm eligible to play:
Els, Harrington, D. Howell, Mickelson, A. Scott 281
Thanks for the fun.
ASPN is a hurricane hedge stock for me. If a Cat 4 or 5 enters the Gulf, up she goes along with natgas prices.

Tuesday July 18, 11:14 am ET
Sacramento Valley Province, Northern California
DENVER, CO--(MARKET WIRE)--Jul 18, 2006 -- Aspen Exploration Corporation (OTC BB:ASPN.OB - News), with offices in Bakersfield, California, and Denver, Colorado, announced today a new gas well in the Sacramento Valley gas province of northern California.
The Stoddard-Johnston #1-1 well, located in the West Grimes Gas Field, Colusa County, California, was drilled to a depth of 8,700 feet and encountered 60 feet of potential gas pay in several intervals in the Forbes formation. Production casing was run based on favorable mud log and electric log responses. This was the eleventh successful gas well out of eleven attempts by Aspen on its 5,000 plus acres lease position in this field. Aspen has a 21% operated working interest in this field.
Aspen drilled seven successful gas wells out of eight attempts thus far in 2006, and nine gas wells out of ten attempts in 2005. During the last 5 1/2 years, Aspen has participated in the drilling of 43 operated wells, 37 of which were completed as gas wells, and 6 dry holes, a success rate of 86%. SHY.V SHEYF.PK Allen Ranch update from HEC today:
"Allen Ranch Field, Colorado County - Texas
GEM owns an 11.25% non-operated working interest in this area. The initial well, the Hancock Gas Unit # 1, was productive in four sands and has increased its production from 2.5 million to approximately 5.0 million gross cubic feet equivalent of natural gas per day. A second well, the Hancock Gas Unit #2, was drilled and logged as productive in the same four sands as the Hancock Gas Unit # 1 well and two deeper zones were also logged as productive. During 2006, the deeper of the two zones has been fracture stimulated and produced about 5.0 million cubic feet equivalent of natural gas per day. This zone has now been shut-in to test the other productive zone in the well bore.
During the second quarter of 2006, the second zone of the Hancock Gas Unit #2 has been perforated, fracture stimulated, and tested at commercial rates. Two other zones have now been fracture stimulated and tested. Once testing is competed, a temporary bridge plug will be removed and the various horizons commingled for long-term production. Stabilized production rates should be established during the fourth quarter of 2006."
