2C, My AOL emails come to me in "my time". My yahoo emails come to me in "senders time". If in senders time it would have been 10:50 am in us edt.

I have other concerns that I posted on the H.I.S. board.

Bottom line is that RSM researched the Russian audits and declared them to be reliable and real.
