I understand and no poster on this thread will EVER make me KNOW differently. Losers sit in bars complaining that our Fed does not help THEM enough. Now we've had 3 yrs of this dolt that never had a job I would be proud of and the results show. Stay well and keep the course.
Your alligence to a few is noted. Your statement that these few were the ONLY ones that helped-is ludicrous and please keep your comments to the company not the major shareholder.
If you read closely the share distribution of the last two merger talks-there in lies the answers. I'm sure the process would be moved ahead more quickly if the few who believe they were screwed by Jeff sell out and let the rest of us & Jeff make some headway. Would anyone try and aid these few scalpers if you read all their negative, inflamatory posts?
It has to do with the share conversion/buyout that Jeff owns.
Thank you. Enjoy the holidays-the daylight is now increasing which is always nice.
PHI next weekend.
I'll go with DEN this weekend.
This stock may be our ticket after this market busts in the next 3 months. I'm buying the puts on 4 of the biggest movers from last year. These holidays are the calm before the storm. CCAJ is as clean as a pink gets and who knows if somebody sees this in the coming months.
Happy Holidays!

CIN for this week.
When my boss phoned me today,
He said, "Is everything okay at the office?"
I said, "Yes, it's all under control. It's been a very busy day, I haven't
stopped for a minute."
"Can you do me a favor?" he asked.
I said, "Of course, anything, what is it?"
He said, "Hurry up and take your shot, I'm right behind you on the 7th
hole."
SEA please.
Yes, there is more to the story. As we know, if our government passes these types of bills/laws, you can be sure they benefit their friends. The loopholes and backdoors are built into the legislation. Still a smart few out of the loop will benefit, with the right project.
The SEC is working on finalizing a new non-registration securities law that has been proposed and approved by the House of Reps and has the Presidents backing. When finalized by early next year, it would allow small companies to "crowd-fund" their ideas/visions via internet etc.
SFF for next week.
Is this volume on the buy side a prelude to the future?? I think YES. ;)
I agree it did not work to a degree because the US competitors were focused-except for Phil & Bubba on the last day.
Happy Thanksgiving to Everyone! ;))
The cute smile that Norman uses in interviews does not fool me. He puts Phil with Scott in the singles matches knowing that Williams & Phil are not friends. Then having Tiger play 2 times with Scott again was clearly mind games. A golfer's mind must be focused on target and anytime there are other thoughts, the ability to perform lessens. I think Norman was the one flaw in the otherwise great Int team. Couples has the attitude that fits with these USA vs the world events. Nice to hear Tiger saying he wished Stricker had been the person to make the winning point instead of himself. And I liked Couples congratulating Kim after his win. Scruffed his hair and said 'Well done". Now that is foreign relations at its best.
Happy Thanksgiving To All!! ;)
Ravens next wk.
The simplest way to correct your problem is to go back 30 days to an old restore point.
I guess everyone but Yang have been programed to say that the course is one of the greatest anywhere. In my opinion it is a stretch to call it a good course. As for GC's coverage-all commercials and not worth watching. TV, just like our government & stock market-are a joke.

If there weren't an advantage to using a glove then why do 98% of the touring pros use one? If you don't get at least 20 rnds of golf off of one glove then you are gripping the club improperly. Syn gloves last longer, especially the FJ & Titleist gloves-they cost $10.00 per.
You made the error of basing your pick on the point spread as do 90% of the entrants. This would be a real "contest" instead of a game if one's pick must be a dog based on the point spread. This opinion is not to demean the efforts of the game's host.
I find that odd but I believe you are correct. The advantages of using a glove are less grip pressure and no blisters when practicing. ;)
I noticed that Tiger is not using a glove-ala Couples. It also appears that he changed the grips on his clubs.
The greats always falter but they are great because they come back. President Cup just took a leap forward and now will be fun to watch. I hope Stricker lets his sub play-that would make the whole event fantastic.
Kymer wins-classy man & is so young! ;)
OAK for next week.
Next week I'll go with 17-18-48. TIA
NASCAR and all other betting sports are fixed. Caution flags are used to have the "leaders" that the "big boys" like, move up and create a more favorable finish or dramatic finish. Just read " The fix is in" and you will better understand the whole corrupt business of spectator sports in general.
"When I said he was dogging him all race long I am refering to the previous races, last 4 or 5 races Harnaday has been doing Kyle big time, you only take being treated like crap so long then you take care of business. Those trucks were slowing down comming out of a turn after both trucks hit the wall, the caution flag was out and those trucks were not going anywhere close to 150 at the time Hornady went into the wall, he might have been doing 90 to 110. This all goes back to Harvick and I am willing to bet that harvick had Hornaday under orders to be dogging Kyle they way he has been for 4 to 5 races straight. Harvick is a punk and would do this. Just as when Mayfield was getting kicked out of NASCAR for the meth use and all you folks were backing Mayfield up and i told you then there was NO WAY Mayfield could have 3 false positives, that Matfield was a meth user, well guess what, just this last week you were all proven wrong. The facts about what Harvick has to play in all this will come out eventually and it will be exactly as i said. Its not a coincidence that Hornaday and a Harvick owned truck have been in incidents with Kyle for 5 straight weeks now. So tell me how many times did the school bully take your lunch money before you fought back?"
Please change #18 to #17. Thks Trod for the PM. ;)!!
OK-then can you click on "CTR-ALT-Del" and check "processes"? If so you then have to locate the "virus process" and "end" it-then go and try the restore.
Go back to a restore point and all your icons will come back. Another way that I use on really screwed up computers is to make another account-then adjust the new account to your liking and then delete the current login person.
#'s 11-18-48. TIA

ST. ANDREWS, Scotland -- Golfers will no longer be penalized if their ball moves after it has been addressed in one of a number of rule changes announced by the sport's governing body on Monday.
Rory McIlroy and Webb Simpson are high-profile players to have been hit with one-shot penalties this year for what is widely regarded as one of the harshest rules in golf.
The Royal and Ancient Golf Club, which is responsible for administering the Rules of Golf, says that from Jan. 1 next year, players will be exonerated if the ball moves after the address "when it is known or virtually certain that he did not cause the ball to move."
"Every time the wind blows, I am worried that my ball is going to move and I am worried about grounding my putter, distracting me from trying to hole my putt," said three-time major winner Padraig Harrington, who is an R&A ambassador.
The third-ranked McIlroy was hit with the punishment in his final round at the British Open at Royal St. George's.
The consequences weren't disastrous for McIlroy -- he had little chance of winning the tournament and ended up finishing 25th -- but the same cannot be said of Simpson's misfortune in the final round of the Zurich Classic of New Orleans in May.
The American player was leading by a shot and closing in on what would have been his first title when his ball moved on the 15th green. After being given a one-stroke penalty, he eventually lost in a playoff to compatriot Bubba Watson.
Simpson lost the PGA Tour money title to Luke Donald on Sunday by a margin of $335,861 -- the difference between first and second place at the Zurich Classic was $460,800.
Simpson at the time labeled the sanction "such a bad rule."
Other changes announced by the R&A, which issues the sport's rules in conjunction with the USGA -- the governing body for the United States and Mexico -- include allowing players to smooth sand or soil before playing from a hazard "provided it is for the sole purpose of caring for the course and Rule 13-2 [improving lie, area of intended stance or swing or line of play] is not breached."
Golfers will also no longer be automatically disqualified from a tournament if they start late, but within five minutes of the correct tee time. Instead, they will lose the first hole in match play or two shots at the first hole in stroke play.
"I am delighted with the changes, in particular the ball moving after address," Harrington said. "It is definitely giving us players a little bit of a break."
In addition, the R&A has amended the definition of addressing the ball to mean "simply ... grounding his club immediately in front of or behind the ball, regardless of whether or not he has taken his stance."
Before, the address position required a player to be standing over the ball with the club grounded.
The new rules will be effective until 2015, the R&A said.
