If the SEC had a copy of the paperwork as they stated in today's PR
and this documentation was valid, the why did the SEC halt them? Wouldn't this documentation prove everything was true and on the up and up? Makes no sense and they are going to get into a deeper hole for writing this. SRGE management should be in prison for writing this.

Do you think the SEC would be pissed if SRGE posted the latest news on the news feeds? Is this the reason why Davies only posted it on their website? Is their intention to mask or hide this news? I think so!

Honestly guys, would you or SEVERAL PARTIES contact a company suspended by SEC for issuing fake press releases and I quote from today's PR "The good news for investors is that in the wake of the recent news, several parties have already contacted Southridge regarding potential partnerships for Cinco Minas and Gran Cabrera.”

“We can only speculate as to the motives of Kinross, but it may be related to the fact that they do not want competitors or the market to know of their strategic positioning in Jalisco, Mexico. Perhaps they are looking to secure their position in the region, and do not want to invite a rush of competitors.”

The Company would also like to express that documentation regarding the engagement with Kinross was on file with the SEC prior to the December 26, 2012, news release. Southridge will be consulting with its legal counsel to pursue this matter through litigation and seek any damages incurred.

My condolences John, doesn't look good for you and other SRGE shareholders. Even badder news is you can't sell if for a huge loss in 2012, now have to wait for April 2014 to claim it in your 2013 income tax return.

They don't have my money, I sold all my shares before it halted. The rest of the longs will be bagholders and get very little if anything of their SRGE shares when you decide to sell it if that's even possible in 2013.

Castell no way in hell SRGE will prove anything even with these high and mighty board of directors they have. Funny thing is their latest addition to the board is a congressman and I've sent him numerous emails to confirm if he was in the board and never responded nor does he show up on the Nevada SOS but that 1/2 billion share increase sure did show up just in time too before the SEC suspended them. They must have made a killing dumping all those shares the last couple of weeks and all it cost them was maybe $30,000 in dividend payments. Gotta hand it to them though, they made scamming investors an artform!

Wait this Suspension is not true, the SEC got hacked too! BAHAHA.

Wake up people, it's over for SRGE! What a relief at least this prevents more people from getting scammed but good luck trying to recover any value of your remaining shares cuz if it ever trades again (I've seen stocks suspended then later pulled by SEC), you will see triple zeroes and most to all of your investment will be lost.

And I quote from the sec document "The Commission temporarily suspended trading in the securities of Southridge because of questions regarding the accuracy of statements made by Southridge in press releases to investors concerning, among other things, the company’s business operations and arrangements, including certain claims regarding a joint partnership and an arrangement to obtain funding and to change the listing venue for Southridge stock."

They are questioning their concessions, those Magna and Kinross PRs. So both Magna and Kinross already admitted they have no business relationship with Southridge and when the SEC confirms all this what do you think is going to happen?

I know, it's called the Grey Market and a price of $0.0001 assuming it ever trades again. Things are looking very rosy for SRGE in 2013. This was a long time coming and good riddance!

SRGE has squat, no contracts, no concessions, no real CEO, no mines, no real offices (virtual ones only), no relationships with Magna nor Kinross nothing! Wait I was wrong, they do have something, a SEC suspension and possible jail time looming.

Funny thing is Kinross is not suspended. I wonder why that is? Maybe because they are a real company with mineral concessions and production that can be verified but what do I know right?

I am looking forward to Monday January 14th which is the first trading day when the temporary suspension ends as the truth will come out.

And where is that SRGE PR that IR promised in an email yesterday sent to numerous posters?

RVPL. No debt. Over 250 million projected in sales for 2013 and amazing share structure. Tons of contracts upcoming valued at over 1 billion and 8Ks have been filed for all this. One of the best pennies I've come across in a long time.

How can you guys still believe in SRGE if they lied about everything like Magna and Kinross. Have we forgotten about Magna already who has denied having any business relationship with Southridge?

Keep believing those PRs, I'm sure that 0.20 divvy is right around the corner next to Davies' prison cell.

Did you guys notice the timing of events. At around the same time those shares increased (paperwork finally filed on Dec 6, 2012 on Nevada SOS) they had already begun to imply real companies in their PRs starting on Nov 28 with the Magna PR. Do you know why? I'm thinking, they started getting calls from the authorities and Davies said it's time to milk this cow and off they went selling off those shares and what better way than than to have the price increase since those PRs became more credible until they were verified and later denied by Magna and Kinross.

Something happened for them from going to vague in their PRs to plain stupid. I believe they know their time is up and so Davies and his crew are becoming opportunists now in my opinion. If you're gonna steal, steal big and end this with a bang!

Please rename your sticky if you are not going to remove it as it not Significant DD as Significant DD contains VERIFIABLE facts (like what I've been providing from day one) not fake concession pics, misrepresentations, and fraudulent activity, and important PRs from real companies that have been neglected to be put on your "DD".

It's the other way around. SRGE lied so Kinross could sue SRGE for implicating them in a fake PR. Do you know what Kinross will get if they sue SRGE, nothing, by that time, the scammers would have hidden the cash, moved on, or be in prison.
