If I am not mistaken, SEC filing time for July's Quarter has expired, but I think that by them filing a 15-G12 on July 5th they have and additional 30 days though I am not sure of it.
What you just posted could leave you open to a law suite if something happened. It is called “Inciting aggressive actions which could lead to violence”
IMHO, I would guess that $1.00 is a couple of years out most likely if ever; “NNRX” will be bought up or merged with a larger company before it reaches a $1.00 would be my guess. Bishop’s view of the company, if it starts to materialize, would be a great asset to a larger company (Hemp, Drug, or Health Foods Co.). I do think if Bishop got the right price (every company has a RIGHT price) he will sale or merge the company with a larger one. In the mean time, stretching my neck out, I am expecting it to be around 5 cents by the end of the year. I see nothing that has changed since May that would be a negative for the company. July 5th the company went DARK. and I would expect to hear some news by the end of this month as to the direction the company is heading. They did not go through all the trouble to go dark and get current if they were not planning to make some changes in the company. At this point, it is a waiting game; I will be sitting tight and waiting to see what happens. If it does move up above 2 cents, I will consider increasing my holdings if an upward trend continues to look good after 2cents.
As always, remember only use monies you can afford to loose when buying sub-penny stocks. In addition, always have an optimistic view on your purchases and life in general, you will sleep better and be healthier.
Outstanding Shares include both shares owned by the public and executives (Bishop). When an executive sells his shares it does not increase the number of outstanding shares, since they are already included in the total number of outstanding shares. Only shares sold from the company's treasury to pay Obligations incurred by the company (not Bishop) or exercised stock options and warrants (the right to purchase, not sale stock) can increase the number of outstanding shares.
"Outstanding Shares" definition by investopedia.com
Not to be confused with authorized shares, outstanding shares refer to the number of stocks that a company actually has issued. This number represents all the shares that can be bought and sold by the public, as well as all the restricted shares that require special permission from SEC before being transacted. As we already explained, shares that can be freely bought and sold by public investors are called the float. This value changes depending on whether the company wishes to repurchase shares from the market or sell out more of its authorized shares from within its treasury.
Let's look back at our company XYZ. We know that this company has 1,000 authorized shares. If it offered 300 shares in an IPO, gave 150 to the executives (Restricted shares) and retained 550 in the treasury, then the number of shares outstanding would be 450 shares (300 float shares + 150 restricted shares). If after a couple of years XYZ was doing extremely well and wanted to buy back 100 shares from the market, the number of outstanding shares would fall to 350, the number of treasury shares would increase to 650 and the float would fall to 200 shares since the buyback was done through the market (300 – 100).
The number of outstanding shares can fluctuate in other ways as well. In addition to the stocks they issue to investors and executives at the time of the initial IPO offering, many companies offer stock options and warrants. These are instruments that give the holder a right to purchase more stock from the company's treasury. Every time one of these instruments is activated, the float and shares outstanding increase while the number of treasury stocks decreases. For example, suppose XYZ issues 100 warrants. If all these warrants are activated then XYZ will have to sell 100 shares from its treasury to the warrant holders. Thus, by following the most recent example, where the number of outstanding shares is 350 and treasury shares total 650, exercising all the warrants would change the numbers to 450 and 550, respectively, and the float would increase to 300.
Labor Day in 2019 is on Monday, September 2.
Where are you getting this information from, I must have missed it? Don't see it listed on OTC board anywhere.
The way I read it, NNRX has been trading in a tight range of .0004 to .0006 since the beginning of June. On the 3-month chart, Momentum is high; Accumulation is very high, money flow has risen to neutral, RSI is a little above neutral and volume has diminished to a very low rate. These are all positive signs that people are quietly loading up, and that any positive news will be an up move for this company, chart wise. Longs are starting to hold onto there shares, and for the most part the additional 2 billion shares have been sold in paying off dept and what is left is waiting on an up tick. I am thinking it is going to be a very good Christmas this year for all longs.
Just my opinion of course, what do I know. “Always the Optimist”
Take a look a little further back on the SEC filings (July 5th), they basically went dark with the 15-12g filing. That meant they did not have to file when they increased share float to 2 billion, it also means they do not have to file if they expand there Company Officers; note: restricted shares also went up as well. It also gives them extended time lines on other filings; mergers, partnerships, purchases, etc… After they went dark, like you said; they get current on there Q filings, which get them back in good standings with the SEC and OTC. There is something definitely in the works, as you inferred, there not doing all this for nothing, and I concur.
People also, worry about the YEALD SIGN on the OTC site. That has to be there because of the 15-12g, which reduces there, requirement for reporting and has no other hidden meaning that people worried about.
I have added to my holding in NNRX recently and if the right news comes out, I will again add to my holdings early on after the news breaks. To my way of thinking there is potential for some great up side to this company. Of course every one do there own thinking and this is just my opinions.
Stay Healthy and always be an Optimist, people sleep better that way and have a rosier outlook on life.
It appears that NNRX has been quite busy in the Month of July 2019’, that has only been three weeks ago.

OF DUTY TO FILE REPORTS UNDER SECTIONS 13 AND 15(d) OF THE
SECURITIES EXCHANGE ACT OF 1934.
He has gotten current with OTC filing (Q reports and verification) which meets the SEC requirements
The form 15-12G that was file July 5th, in effect is allowing NNRX to go dark on a lot of SEC reporting, this is giving them time to spend on restructuring.
NNRX/Bishop has stated that only when all the eye’s are dotted and T’s crossed he will release news. He is not going to make the same mistakes twice.
Just because some one is asking .0005 for there shares does not mean that if they get tired of waiting for a buyer, they can’t turnaround and sell there shares at .0004 at anytime. If there are open orders at the ask price of .0004 and some one puts a sell order in at .0004 it will just be filled and not show on the level two ask list. Orders that are not filled are what you are seeing on the level two stack list.
Don’t take this the wrong way, but 170,000 shares on the Ask at the close @ .0005 is not a big buy sign. There is still no news or PR to make this stock move. I think when news/PR comes out there will be a doubling at least on the stock put until then I think we will still languish in the 4’s with some 5’s showing up. I have bought more at .0004, but for the longer run. I’m guessing back to the 4’s tomorrow with out news, of course I’ve been wrong before. You place your own bets on what you feel is right.
As always, I am staying Long on NNRX and forever the optimist.
I agree with you 100%, even a .0001 move upward at this point is a 20% profit for a short-term trader, even if it takes a week or two to make the move to the up side, 20% a good profit.
Day traders are done here for a while, volume to low and not enough volatility.
No problem, just wanted to make sure there was't something out there that I missed.
Where did you find the information that Bishop is “known to be a scammer at least?”
Don’t loose that Dream of becoming a millionaire; just don’t bet your bottom dollar on it. Dreams are a good thing; it’s what keeps us looking ahead to the future and not back to the past. As the old saying goes “Hope Springs Eternal”, hope and dreams is what makes us want to get out of bed in the morning.
I do think we will hear something by the end of September. In any event, keep dreaming and try to be one of the Eternal Optimists it’s good for your Health. Remember; only invest monies you can afford to loose in Sub-penny stocks.
I truthfully do not think Bishop lied to use. I believe he though that Walden was for real and was dangling $500,000 cash and a supposed farm in front of him for a merger. Bishop was between the Rock and a Hard Place with shareholders. He had stated what he though was true at the time, and when things started falling apart around him, he kept hoping for the best. When all hope was gone that Walden was not a con artist, is when he broke off with him and announced the failed merger. That is when we all should and sold, it was still in the trips for a while.
Newbie’s, not new to investing but new to this company, are potential investors in the company. Not going to far back, but take a look at the PR’s, News Releases and Disclosures since last July 2018 until now, now take out any thing to do with “Walden” which is the only thing that has changed since last July. What do you see, what I see left is a steady progression of this company to this point. Don’t you think these “Newbie’s” have done there own research and already know about Walden and the fiasco.
Yes, Walden and his deal was a very big mistake on Bishop’s part. Moreover, like you I could have made a big profit when the deal was announce at the beginning of the year, at one point I was up $150k and like others got too greedy should have taken my Initial investment out , it was and is still a big disappointment. Remember; it was a loses of profit, not a lose of investment that only occurs when you sale a stock. Bishop was the one taken in by Walden’s $500,000 and his so-called farm, Walden is the scam/fraud artist not Bishop. Bishop had a lot on the line with Walden who kept stringing him along. There are many stories both ways in the subject.
Bishop is not going to make the same mistakes twice. At these prices, NNRX is a good speculative stock with all the right forward moves as well as the right partners and contacts. He will announce his progress in due time, no matter what is written on this Board. Even a small move from .0004 back to .0005 is a 20% profit at this point. I would not try to discourage anyone from buying at this point, though I would tell them to do there own due dill and make up there own mines. Even if this stock does go down to .0002 like some think it might, it has always bounced back to at least the middle to high triple 0’s, some times waiting to call the absolute bottom in a stock you can loose out on the up turn. Very few people have picked a stocks bottom right, and mostly by luck, I my self, have bough more at this level. As always, I have told potential investors in any stock, let alone sub-penny stocks, use only money you can afford to loose. There is nothing wrong with Dreaming as long as it does not become an obsession.
BYE!
OTC Markets is a private company; they are not affiliated with the Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc. or FINRA. I am assuming it to be an issue with manpower. They review around 10,000 or more companies, the stats shown for a company are computer generated. People that are most likely under staffed like most companies accomplish the wording and screen updates. Next time you are looking at the OTC Markets web page look at the bottom right hand corner and click on risk warning, it is worth reading.
I am thinking they are slow on there updates of web pages. If I remember correctly, it took almost a week for the screen to be updated the last time NNRX became current.
I like that positive thinking! I agree with you, am looking forward to the Yield sign coming down this week. I also have expectation for some news or a PR this week as well, if it does not happen it will not be the first time I've been wrong. If we don't get some kind of news this week it will not be the end of the world though. Like you said, "company is looking more promising than ever" and Bishop not rushing into things the way he did back at the beginning of the year. I like the slow approach he is doing this time around.
As someone once said, “Sometimes No News is Good News”.
just hold on tight and quit stressing.
Look at post #45749
No one panic, the high volume of selling taking place the last couple of days is the 400,000,000 shares in the settlement, that are being sold to pay creditors in my opinion. Remember; every share you see in the sale volume someone has to be buying it. That equates to a lot of buying going on in the last few days.
In reply to your post to me earlier and not wanting to start any hard feeling. Do you think that your comments of late help your bottom line? Bishop has stated why he will not released information early on company investments, not till all things are completed and signed. He does not want a repeat of Feb. by releasing to early. He does not want to shoot himself in the foot for a second time!
Good things come to those who wait. We all have money in the company (most anyway); you have stated that you would not buy more stock until news comes out, neither will I. I will not sale my shares now either, you do not lose money until you sale below your purchase price. I will do what ever I can to help my bottom line, it’s not a case of what someone can do for me it’s what I can do for myself, even something as small as posting positive things about the company. You cannot force Bishop into releasing news by posting, but you can hurt the company and your own bottom line ($$ dollars) as well as mine. Do not fall for Short Seller Comments, they want people to jump on there band wagon.
Getting the Law Suite off there back is a BIG thing; no one is going to invest in a company with a law suite hanging over it and I do not mean buying stock in the company when I say invest. I am talking about Mergers and Partnerships as well as NNRX buying a farm or anything else, you need to borrow money, you need to spend money to make money. A company with dept is one thing, it is a common practice for a company to have dept on the books, having a law suite hanging over them is entirely a different thing which causes business’s shy away from them i.e., banks, mergers, and partnerships.
As for the website, I wish they would put more money into it. The website is the FACE of the company it is the first thing someone looks at. First opinions are very important and a website is usually the first thing one looks at, in this day and age, even before a FTF (face-to-face meeting).
A lot has happened in the last couple of months for this company, which has help to displace the bad taste left from the felled merger. Companies look at the big picture not just one thing. Shareholders look mostly at two things, there bottom line primarily and what you can do for me: i.e., Dividends, Buybacks, PR’s, News Releases, etc… Companies don’t look for the quick profit the way investors do in penny stocks, they look to grow there company for the long run, their putting a lot more than a 8hr. day into it there putting there lively hood in it. Bishop is not looking and making thousands off of this company not even 10’s of thousands, he’s looking at his future, retirement and the wellbeing of his family, he wants’ to make a vision come true.
We should be helping him to make that vision, because in the end it will be making Our Visions come true as well. Comments left on a website can go a long way in leaving an impression of a company, posters aren't the only ones that look at comments left on websites like this.
In a little over two weeks, they come out with three major items: 1) settled a law suit, 2) came out with January’s Q report, 3) came out with April’s Q report. All the above are more import than a PR and can be considered news. Now when they do come out with a PR or any statement it will carry more weight.
Morning All, another new day starting, good luck to all.
April’s Q R was just posted around 6hr’s ago, do you really think OTC is going to drop everything just to update NNRX mid day? It may happen tomorrow or even the next day, OTC watches a lot of stocks and does it not have unlimited work force to do so, it will come in time.
See https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/NNRX/overview it now list April’s filings, also website is up and running at http://nutranomics.com/
Today’s flings makes NNRX current again.
The current selling that has been going on the last few days (in my opinion) I attribute to the recent settlement that took place. The shares being sold are to pay off creditors as part of the settlement. Note: the pps seems to be holding at .0005 with a few small exceptions, this appears to be the current bottom.
The next filing due in early Sept., this filing will reflect the increase in shares outstanding to 2.009B and changes that are taking place at present time. It will also reflect the future direction of the company.
Remember, shares that are sold do not go to some share Heaven; they are BOUGHT by some one else. In my opinion, every share sold now is putting money into someone else’s pocket.
I will continue to hold onto my shares for now and into the future. I will not buy more until after the next Q report in Sept., if I think it warrens it then, I will be a buyer again to increase my holding.
Forever the Optimist, which makes my days brighter, the Pessimist only looks forward to darker days.
I’m hoping to see NNRX get current this coming week. I was expecting a PR last week, so disappointing it didn’t happen, but in truth, I would rather see them get current first. There PR will carry more weight if they are current with Q reports. I have seen nothing to change my opinion of the company as a hole. I must omit that there moving slower than I would like, but it is better than putting out newsletters and or PR’s with no substance to them.
I am still holding strong and as always "forever the optimist". I think in the long run NNRX and VITESSENTIALS GLOBAL, INC. will merge, Bishop is CEO of both now. It could wind up that Vitte would be the product outlet and NNRX being the parent company of extractors, manufactures, suppliers and a wholesaler for hemp byproducts as well as into farming while still formulating vitamins and supplements. That would be the best of all worlds, but would be in the future for the company. Only time will tell.
Remember a stock is not a loss, until you sell it at a loss. Moreover, as always only invest in sub-penny stocks with money you can afford to live with out.
Was just looking over Nutranomics website, and happened to notice the high lighted and underlined below in Bishop description on site. Don't remember this being there before but could be wrong.
CEO- Mr. Jonathan Bishop
Jonathan Bishop has been integral in creating change and growing companies for over 15 years. He headed organizations throughout Boston, New Jersey and New York before being promoted to President of a technology company in Portland, Oregon in 2009. During that time, Jonathan increased new revenue streams by adding new markets and developing cutting edge internal programs while being responsible for reorganizing and restructuring the entire platform.
Jonathan has transformed NutraNomics into a forward-thinking nutraceutical formulator, bringing CBD into appropriate existing plant-based formulations to provide a superior product with advanced bio-availability to provide healthy solutions. He has guided Nutranomic’s vision to bring health to vulnerable populations throughout the world through agricultural expansion and scientifically addressing the issues afflicting the population.
Morning All,
OTC now has a Held Sign because they still need to post April's Q Report.
I can only assume that that firm has closed there office and moved out. If you look at the blog page of that firm, there most recent post was in 2012.
Note: as a side point NNRX still has one Q Report to file to get current and a PR that was promised. I don't foresee any sizable moves in price till they are done.
I have not seen or read anything that would suggest that they are only trying to grow in only one direction (farming). They have a viable and growing vitamin/mineral supplement business and expanding into farming, extraction, as well as commercial use of hemp byproducts. In addition, they have stated that they are entering into nano formulations. All of this they have already stated or have done. None of the above happens over night or even months, this is a continuing process. They just resolved a million dollars of debt, which has been disclosed last week when they entered into a Material Definitive Agreement, move into a new office, opened an overseas office.
I for one believe they will succeed this time, of course, this is my opinion, and I do not wish any one to invest on my say so. Every one should proceed upon there own individual DD and there own opinion of the company’s future.
Yes, I am a share holder with close to 15m shares, and I am not pumping the company, just stating facts as I see them and giving by own opinion.
Starting to look a lot better than it did a week ago. Looked at there new office location on Google Earth, very impressive bldg. they moved into. There's new money coming from some where. Can't wait to see April's Q Report.
Looking good, but don’t get too ramie yet. I must admit though I up my shares a little yesterday to round it off at 15mil… I want to see April’s Q report before going bonkers and hope it comes out before PR. Q report for April will add credibility to any PR, News or a disclosure.
Must admit volume is nice to see for a change. I will be keeping a close eye on OTC’s site as well as my emails for the next few weeks. Lost a transmission on my van last week, think if it gets to a penny I might sale a mil. to cover it’s cost with some left over to take the wife out and celibrate.
“Forever the optimist” someone once said that was smarter than I am. Being pietistic with a negative out look all the time only makes ones life harder with very little hope for the future. On the other hand, an Optimist sees a brighter light at the end of the tunnel, which also promotes better well being and health. I prefer to be one of the Optimists in life. Life is hard enough as it is.
Well I have talked too much today, I will shut up for a while, though I do hope I have talked some into stepping back and taking a new look at things.
