He has gotten current with OTC filing (Q reports and verification) which meets the SEC requirements

The form 15-12G that was file July 5th, in effect is allowing NNRX to go dark on a lot of SEC reporting, this is giving them time to spend on restructuring.

NNRX/Bishop has stated that only when all the eye’s are dotted and T’s crossed he will release news. He is not going to make the same mistakes twice.
