A Pathway to Profitability:
In the first 40 days of Mr. Lazaran serving as the Company’s CEO, management has begun to conduct a thorough review of the expense structure of the company. The Company has identified various changes that have the potential to improve profitability by an estimated $4.5-$5 million in annual expense reductions and margin enhancements, once they are fully implemented. The Company has already instituted changes that will result in over $2 million in estimated savings over the next year. Management will give an update on further progress in the Company’s first quarter fiscal 2023 call in August 2022.

Cash Flow and Operational Runway:
Since March 31, 2022 the company has raised additional capital through the exercise of multiple sets of warrants from long-term investors. Additionally, the Company recently extended its revolving credit facility and increased its limit from $7 million to $10 million.
“The Company’s ability to operate as a going concern is dependent on obtaining adequate capital to fund operating losses until the Company becomes profitable,” said David Guarino, Company CFO. “The Company has initiated a cost-reduction strategy to proactively reduce our monthly burn rate. While we are not prepared to give exact numbers or a timeline yet, we anticipate our burn rate to trend downward and, eventually, settle between 25 and 50% less than it is right now. Yes positive revenue would be great, but hype also moves penny stocks. Neil Chan is a very conservative CEO and not one to hype as we all know, which is fine with me, but sometimes hype builds through the trading community. I'm not suggesting we do that, but IGEN can run hard when/if enough traders see the potential that the longs of this board do, especially as dilution selling pressure ends

On July 8, 2022, Golden Ally Lifetech Group, Inc. (“Golden Ally”) was merged with and into Signet International Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) pursuant to a Certificate of Ownership and Merger (the “Certificate”) filed with the Delaware Secretary of State. Prior to that merger, Golden Ally was a subsidiary of the Company. In connection with the merger, the Company effectuated an amendment to its Certificate of Incorporation to change the corporate name of the Company (the “Name Change”) from “Signet International Holdings, Inc.” to “Golden Ally Lifetech Group, Inc.”
As previously disclosed in various current and periodic reports filed by the Company with the Securities and Exchange Commission, including a Current Report on Form 8-K filed on April 11, 2022, pursuant to a Share Purchase and Exchange Agreement dated February 28, 2022 (the “SPA”) in April 2022, the Company and the other parties to the SPA closed on certain transactions whereby Golden Ally became a subsidiary of the Company. In connection with those transactions, as previously disclosed in an Information Statement dated March 16, 2022 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission and disseminated to the Company’s stockholders, the Company’s stockholders approved various corporate actions, including the Name Change. The Name Change was effectuated after the receipt of approval from Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. (“FINRA”).
