There is a ton to digest. It might help to go to the sec edgar filing website. It's broken down into the different exhibits so it doesn't appear so overwhelming.

A couple of things I like about the deal is its $5m revolving essentially and they can ask for a credit increase if their business meets certain criteria to do so.

Another one is the fact that it is not convertible unless they default on the loan or the pps hits .30 and if it hits .30 its still only convertible at $1 = 1 share. We can all agree that if they default this goes dead anyways so converts at that point mean nothing to shareholders.

One last thing about the credit facility is it is laid out to its entirety. There are no hidden items that will sneak up on shareholders later. Everything is right there in black and white. Not often you get such extensive credit line details on these transactions.

I think people are just scared away by the size and scope of that filing but if you break it down and read it piece by piece, I don't know how you don't buy in at these prices.

If you aren't loaded yet you are correct. Once that PR hits your shares are cut in half because you are buying 2's not 1's. Big difference between buying 1's and 2's.

He reloaded so it's hard to say. It was easy to see that this was being diluted. Better now than in the middle of a run. I've seen stocks like this that once the dilution stopped ran 005+. It's a trip 1 lotto play. You have to look at it that way or you will drive yourself nuts.
