While the preliminary master plan gives the general scope of the development, it is not the final product. The execution plan will provide more content, and much more detail, including number and designation of parcels and residential lots with measurements and coordinates, for example.
Estrada started earlier this month on the Phase I Execution Plan, with expected completion in the month of June.
The more general Preliminary Master Plan is the precursor to detailed design work, and will aid in presentation of the Phase I Execution Plan which, along with the Environmental Impact Statement, will be presented to authorities for obtaining approval for the change of use of the land, as well as permits for construction.

MIAMI, April 13, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Progressive Care Inc. (OTCQB:RXMD), a healthcare services and technology company, announced increased prescriptions filled and revenue for March 2018.
PharmCo, LLC filled over 22,800 prescriptions during the month of March, generating nearly $1.9 million in net revenues. Prescriptions filled and revenues increased by 20% and 5% respectively compared to the same month last year. Revenues and prescription counts continue to increase as the Company promotes its proactive patient engagement model to doctor’s offices and clinics keen to lower healthcare costs and provide quality service to their patients. The company also filled over $470,000 worth of prescriptions on behalf of 340B entities (not included in Net Revenues) in February, generating fees to the pharmacy of approximately $20,000 which is over a 200% increase over the same month last year.
The Company is proceeding with its acquisition of Touchpoint Rx, located in Palm Beach County. The Company has begun the process of filing applications and notifying relevant regulatory agencies the results of which will consummate the closing. In the interim, PharmCo, LLC is facilitating the management of the Touchpoint and initiated transition processes for smooth workflow and the introduction of convenience packaging to the South Florida retail market.

One of the reasons I bought a lot in Cielo Mar is to be able to fish the Beautiful Waters of Baja Scary it took some one this long to ask about it...
First, you should know that the site of the future community of Cielo Mar is on the Pacific Coast of Baja California, situated in the beautiful Bahia del Rosario (Bay of El Rosario). This virtually untouched 5,000-acre tract of land, with 4.5 miles of oceanfront and a view of 2 small islands, is at the heart of the Baja Peninsula, very near the first capital of Baja California, El Rosario. Baja California – an ecotourism destination known around the globe as a haven for its natural attractions, on the land as well as in the sea that surrounds it; from whale watching to surfing and other water sports, and from hiking to biking, to camping and fishing – world-famous fishing.
Baja California, one of Mexico's 31 states, is a popular area for outdoor enthusiasts, especially recreational fishermen.
