One thing i immediately noticed was the Value of Condos!!

Cielo Mar is planned as a totally green, all-solar gated community, and will likely include the following;
Condominium Developments, Several – est. 3,000 units




So Lets say Ceilo Mar makes 1500 Condo Units (Half of what is Estimated)

Take the low end of the price target 160,000 per unit..


Thats 240 Million Dollars in Condos



Location of the Development puts us at the top of the line....
