Stock: Good morning. I would certainly be interested in seeing your charts as I am really new to learning chart reading. I know nothing about price channels/fibonnaci etc. Only paper trading right now. Still trying to find out what type of trading works for me. I am leaning toward: bottom bounces, and reversals. Specially like to find stocks that were once high and are now at a low. Ie., ABDE. (I spotted it when it was .028 cents and w/in a month it went to a dollar--though it went back down a bit since then. But I need to learn "when to hold/when to sell"

The whole Magic Box concept is from Ken over on the Seasonal Penny Board. It's a fantastic concept, and Ken is really generous in his help. The only suggestion I could give you, is to run 2 scans: One to catch the lower bb/aroon (8) equals 100 2) for the aroon (8)...less/= 87.5. What will cut the number of results that comes up is the price range. Set a definitive/maxium price range.

Stock:
I am not a master of scanning. There are other members such as Bagherra on the Early Bird Board, or PieSky that might be of help. Though, my first question to you is what is the price range of the stock you want to buy. As you have it now, your scan will produce anything over .04 cents.
YOu might want to limit it: Daily close for today is greater or equal to ?? .20/.40.
I "scan" manually, using free stock scan on Stockcharts. There is a list of prescreened stocks. Ie., Daily Highs, Daily lows, Stocks that have gone over the upper BB/ stocks that have gone below the lower BB/stocks in a new uptrend etc. I then "sift through these by sight" ....
I keep a group of portfollios in my yahoo finaance--again going through them manually.

I am not a paying member of Ihub, so I have limited posts...it's only been letting me post 3(instead of the usual 15) a day saying I'm not "verified or something like that"....so If I don't respond after this message it means my times are up....

Actually, I "created" properties of the actual chart to customize my own chart. I then put my own stock ticker in to create daily charts...Takes me hours...
So it's not that I get these charts by scanning as I do not subscribe to Stockcharts...Sorry, I wasn't much help.

Susan: responding to your Pm from last night and my charts...If you'd like I can post my charts on The Chartboard. Everynight I post about 30 mini charts. I look for cheapie stocks (under 20 cents)that have hit the lower BB, with the expectation they will bounce the next day.
Not much into subspennies/pinks/or bankrupt co's. I also look for stocks that were once $$ but might be reversing.
I don't have PM capabilities...Let me know if you want me to post my charts here...
