A 150k share trade in the last minute of trading at .00075 prevented an 8 close and a 14% gain.
For the last year Tantalos I have felt that BIEL has had a supply problem not a demand problem
IMO, BIEL's production capacity has been reduced by the global shortage of Chips. This was not an error on BIEL's part. Everyone who uses electronic components was blindsided.
The Chip shortage has reduced production capacity for the auto industry, computer industry, printer industry, and most anything else that uses semiconductors.
SAI Brands was planning to Lauch a 9 Product 'Powered By ActiPatch' line up in March 2021 that would have needed a boat load of devices. They had their promotional materials printed and were ready to go but had to delay for over a year.
BIEL's 2021 Financials, page 13, spells it out:
Raw Materials - Zero
Finished Goods - $3,100
In previous years BIEL has had six figures worth of Raw Materials in their inventory.
IMO, BIEL is correcting this situation by finding new suppliers for their Raw Materials, and possibly a new US manufacturer with the help of our new Director of Operations, “Ikki” Anwar-Dean, that Dr Staelin mentioned in his 2/28/2022 Update,
"The Company recently promoted Iqra “Ikki” Anwar-Dean to Director of Operations in recognition of her outstanding past performance. Ms. Anwar-Dean joined BioElectronics as a Marketing Manager in 2016 and earned her MBA from the University of Maryland while working full time. In her new role, Ikki will oversee all product production schedules, manage the inventory, and ensure that orders are filled and shipped expeditiously in addition to assisting with marketing."
KT's response to an inquiry about store availability confirmed that the Recovery+ Wave remains an active product with KT, no specific stores were mentioned.
The usual suspects were falsely saying that KT was done with the Wave, KT's statement blew that BS out of the water.

The next big event on the BIEL calendar is SAI Brands 9 product 'Powered By ActiPatch' Launch. Nine products, most with 2 sizes. Last estimate was Q2 2022, as in sometime within the next 69 days. Unlike Clinical Trial or Presentation news the SAI Launch is a large amount of Q2 revenue for BIEL.

Dilution typically occurs 2 years after the Convertible Loan is made, when they are converted into shares. These Convertible Loans have been financing BIEL.

These women presented with the following average baseline demographics: 27.1 years of age, gestation period of 38.7 weeks and 2 prior cesarean section surgeries. The primary outcome measure was differences in postoperative pain as assessed on a 0-10 visual analog scale. The results indicate that the effect of active treatment with RecoveryRx provides a statistically significant treatment effect (reduction in postoperative pain), when compared to placebo (p<0.05). In the past BIEL has always relied on distributors to promote their products because BIEL did not have the money to market and educate consumers on a new OTC product/technology. This format met with marginal success as the distributors did not aggressively promote the products.
The one exception to distributor based promotion was Dr. Staelin's UK social media campaign which was done with less than $50k. It resulted in BIEL's 3 highest years of revenue:

This program proved that there was consumer demand for a non-drug pain relief product if properly promoted. Three large pharmacy chains were stocking BIEL products; Boots, Lloyds and Super Drug.
The problem was that expenses incurred by this retail network were more than the revenue. 'Sales Support' and 'Total General/Administrative' cost show that this was not a sustainable business model.
In 2020 BIEL began the transition to an OEM Business Plan. 2021, the first full year of OEM revenue, shows that the lower costs associated with OEM can bring BIEL to profitability.
The large companies that BIEL is Partnering with have established distribution and deal in a large volume of products which lowers their retail costs.
As each new OEM Partner is added the word will spread faster and faster that side effect free, non-drug pain relief is available OTC.
