That is why she brought back Dr. Staelin as COB and gave KN a Seat on the BOD. Only one Whelan now on the BOD, 2 non Whelans including the COB.

KW has to consider Staelin's and KN's opinion on all significant issues or risk losing them and a big chunk of her credibility.

As far as KW's right to billions of shares via the IBEX convertible loans, 25 billion x zero is still zero. KW needs to build BIEL into a profitable company to get her loans repaid.
