I do not know the distribution landscape in Germany but some one may already have an exclusive contract with CTSO or CTSO has their own sales force there so excluded them from the european contract.

Yea, your probably correct. After all on June 29 of 09 it was only $1.10. That's correct a dollar ten. That is a whopping 122,222% drop in share price. As you say the last two years have not been as bad though. It was only .0024 then. That is only a 266% drop in price.

Float is 433M according to the quote page.
So for a mere 400K I can own 25% of the Co.
& lock up the float. hummmmmm.

You may have missed my point. Cytosorb IS being sold ALL over the world. Reread my post with tongue firmly planted in cheek please. Anybody that doesn't think this device works is probably not reading the case of the week or doesn't understand what they are reading.
My thoughts at the time of posting were with regards to the device working or not whether we have hard studies typical of the FDA requirements or not. It is as simple as Pt has sepsis, High probability of dying, Cytosorb is employed, Pt. gets better!
If it looks like...,Smells like...., feels like....., tastes like....., Guess what it IS ......, same logic. NO, I don't think Cytosorb is ......!

What with Climate Change being a factor in how we grow our food in the mid term future I think this company will soon realize that the value in their product isn't just for growing regulated produce.

Why are we letting 80-100,000 people die each year when a viable safe solution is available? People this is a no brainer!!!

Those purchases were up until June 9th only. I'm just guessing but I suspect if they thought it was a good buy at around $4.00 they may have picked up a few more shares this week. We shall see. I know I did. I know a winner when I see it! I'm already seeing green on the purchases! I did the same thing when it dipped to the .08's way back when.

Wrong!
A trial can be stopped early when compelling information has been acquired. It happens all the time. This is such a unique device that I suspect we will get an early exemption with a quicker approval for use. Sepsis is a HUGE focus of the medical community. Cancer is a HUGE focus of the Medical community. People are dying in the good ol' USA every day because this product is not available here.
I continue to add to my investment here as the 35+ years in health care tell me its not a matter of if its a matter of when. Rome wasn't built in a day. I have no need to get rich quick.
To that end I appreciate your hard work trying to keep the price down.

Maybe the price point was considered by many to be no joke. It will be interesting to see how long it takes.

16 cents presplit looks good to me. That still gives me a 50% profit IF I were to sell which I'm NOT! What I'm looking for is the post split price. Its not an if its a when. I suspect there won't be many that are complaining about the current situation still around as they didn't get rich quick so moved on. To bad... all comes to those that wait. I have over 30 years in the health care business. Nothing moves that fast when it comes to new devices here in the good ol' USA. To bad as many Americans will die before this gets FDA approval. Maybe its time to move to Europe all things being considered. I wonder what a life flight to Germany would cost? How much is your life worth?

To bad our FDA system in the goood ol' USA doesn't have anybody with the ----insert your word---- to stand up and say 'Hey this Cytosorb thing needs an FDA exemption based on its history in the rest of the world'. How many more victims of the FDA process will there be before this is FDA approved?
