Bottom bounce.... deadman's cat bounce. Hard to say.
Seller done? Who knows? If block sells reappear.... get out of the way.
RK
Hoopsville, Thanks much for your post. Just speaking historically, that is what I had been thinking.
If you look at the two stocks...they have been trading in that ratio range for quite a while.
What actually prompted my post was that comparatively speaking CDCH seemed to be on sale. With MDMN trading over 2 cents per share ....I expected to see CDCH trade comparatively higher as well.
IF/WHEN the JV is completed it will be interesting to watch how the two companies trade. From the greater number of posts on IHUB it seems like MDMN has a greater following than CDCH...even though CDCH has a few more boardmarks.
Since I've posted my question...CDCH has traded a bit higher.
GO CDCH (AND MDMN)!!
So...It sounds like you survived your move.
Seems like the Christmas season is fast approaching.
Regards,
RK
That was unusual. A non-negative comment from this boards loudest critic. Almost sounds like you might have bought some stock bell....
So you think DRGZ may have finally reached a bottom?
A good bottom is hard to find...sort of like catching a falling knife though. It's pretty easy to get cut.
A Fairly Serious Question for CDCH and MDMN Investors.
I'm wondering about the relative interest of MDMN to CDCH in terms of the joint venture project at the Alto de Lipangue plateau.
Is there interest in the neighborhood of 50/50, 40/60, or 30/70? I realize the ratio won't be the only factor, as each compnay also has other holdings which will contribute to their individual prices.
The direction of my question is the relative value and ratio that we are seeing in the trading of the MDMN and CDCH shares.
From the information available on Pinksheets.com the outstanding shares of
CDCH are 192 Million,
while the outstanding shares
for MDMN are 631 Million.
If these companies are deriving their value primarily from their interests in the anticipated Alto de Lipangue plateau joint venture, then there should be some be some comparible value between the two companies.
Based on the issued and outstanding shares and their interest in the JV at Alto de Lipangue plateau their relative value should be:
If JV interest 50% MDMN /50% CDCH
CDCH should be trading at 3x's the value of MDMN.
If JV interest is 60% MDMN / 40% CDCH
CDCH should be trading at 2x's the value of MDMN
If JV interest is 75% MDMN / 25% CDCH
CDCH should be trading at around par to MDMN.
Looking forward to you thoughts and answers...
I think this is an especially important conversation because on Friday December 4 MDMN closed at .022 while CDCH closed at .031.
By recollection, CDCH has typically traded around 2x the value of MDMN.
Regards,
Randy
Hey Ten Bagger Readers....
This might have been better posted a couple weeks ago...but a company that could potentially go huge is ROBK Rotate Black.
Company is in the luxery resort/casino management industry and seems to have a number of pretty viable projects underway.
The most influential at this point is an indian casino in the Catskills whicih would be the closest level 3 casino to NYC-- 100 miles or so.
Intriguing...recent increase in volume and price, recent 8-K filing reports $1,000,000 subscription for 2,000,000 shares.
Obama is talking about liberalizing indian land grant policies, which will affect the Catskills project, but it doesn't depend on the approval going forward.
We shall see.
As I think about this recent filing and the investment...it's really a pretty strong indication of confidence. You don't find big money coming into relatively small start-up companies so often.
Also, worth noting is that they're not free trading shares either...so they are basically locked up for at least 6 months...if not longer if investor/shareholder is an insider.
Still looking strong.
FWIW, good price move and volume increase on ROBK.OB
I'm not thrilled with the idea of investing in a casino stock, but it looks to me like this is getting ready to moves substantially higher. We shall see.
I have a position with a cost of .46. It might be worth watching for a while.

8-K Filing Yesterday Morning....

(b) Pro forma financial information - Not required;

Well, it looks like things are heating up a bit for ROBK. NOt only have we seen the price of the stock move from the low to mid .40's to upper .50's and .60's, but there has also been a huge increase in volume.
Looking good.
Now I'm not so sure the reoganization has been completed... It is clear that the various subsidiaries have been "consolidated" as far as the bankruptcy filing goes, but I expect more motions will need to be made and approved by the bankruptcy court.
Cargohauler.... FWIW, it looks to me like the reorganization plan has been approved by the BR court...

I don't know if there are more motions to be considered or if this is the final step in their reorganization. But at any rate, I would think we can be as hopeful to hear something from the company in the next month or two as ever.
With any such merger, I think a reverse split is a foregone conclusion. My thought is that with any "action" or merger we will trade substantially higher than we are now. Hence, I'm presently the bid at .0015 for a 100K.
We shall see if I'm an idiot or brilliant (or more likely just average).
Well there you go...you convinced me to go buy a few more shares.
I hope you weren't also trying to buy some. If so, I just front ran you. LOL
Now if only the rest (or part) of the investing world would think the same thing...we could some pretty serious movement in the share price.

Randy
Hey Fred K. I'm not ecstatic, but it seems there's at least a little bit of news to make note of.
I was checking out the Yahoo Message Board and someone there found this article in PACE (Process and Control Engineering)... which seems to be on online professional magazine.
It sounds like they've signed up another distributor...this time in Australia.
Here's the link and the article dated November 30, 2009
http://www.pacetoday.com.au/Article/Real-time-gas-chromatographer-for-analysing-chemical-compounds/506995.aspx
30 November 2009
Real-time gas chromatographer for analysing chemical compounds
Technical and Scientific Equipment is now distributing the Electronic Sensor Technology (EST) 4500 zNose portable gas chromatographer, which the distributor claims is the only mobile, small-footprint analyser on the market that can detect and analyse chemical compounds in near real-time.
The EST gas chromatographer is an ultra-high-speed odour detector that employs a trap and helium carrier gas to separate chemicals in near real-time so that pattern recognition and trace detection can be performed in seconds.
According to Technical and Scientific Equipment, it is the only gas analyser on the market that can accurately detect organic, biological and chemical compounds in near real-time.
Unlike trace detectors which only detect a few select compounds, this odour detector recognises odours and fragrances based upon their full chemical signature, says the distributor.
The 4500 is designed with a refillable internal helium cylinder, but can also use disposable helium cylinders. The lithium ion battery is rechargeable, typically lasting five hours.
This gas chromatographer has a built-in processor, and hence minimal training is needed as the processor can guide the user so that compounds are automatically identified, says the company.
The zNose is suitable for a variety of applications, including chemical analysis, environmental analysis, food and beverage quality assurance, and national security.
I don't know RagingBull1. This announcement might be nothing ..... just a hiccup along the way... but who knows?
Getting information about the company before the right people is really what is necessary. How will the company operate going forward while it is need of capital? Yet another question.
But, a little bit of news and some sales is better than no news. We'll see if anyone notices.

jgbeghtel, regretably I've become a bit disallusioned with DRG as well.
I've had numerous conversation with Frank Bennedetto from Mirador Consulting. Well, after the last 10Q came out the outstanding shares ballooned to 13 Million without an 8K filing...Mirador has suspended their consulting relationship with DRGZ.
Since then I've thought about playing DRGZ for a bounce...but share your frustration and concern about company's future.
I think the best explanation for all this is that companies in desperate situations do desperate things. No doubt issuing shares and continuing to exist is better than filing bankruptcy or going out of business, but it costs early investors a bunch of dilution.
We live and learn.

* * CONTEST STATS 11/27/2009 * *
This year's contest continues to be one of the best ever. Our results are pretty impressive. While many of the speculative and truly penny stocks haven't produced very good results, a number of bigger board and NASDAQ companies have performed remarkably well.
Those highlighted in the results....our top tier if you will ... are sixteen of our picks are showing greater than 200% gains.
Twelve more are showing greater than 100% appreciation since the beginning of the year.
Of our 115 contest entries.... 64 are trading in positive territory.... that would be 56% of our entries...
Not factored in these results are the following three entries....that I've not really tried too hard to figure out.

Hello Brother Brent...
I trust all will work out all right with your move. I suppose it's somewhat superfluous, but if I lived anywhere in your neck of the woods, I'd come and give you a hand.
I'm working on an update which I will post here in a few minutes, but thought I'd give you a heads up.
Also, could you check on Joenaturals pick...go through a reverse split? Anyway I can revise the results if need be.
Oh yeah...I wouldn't mind helping to run the stock picking contest for next year. I don't know that we have to work so hard on getting prizes though I enjoy seeing the different contest picks and learning about new companies.
Thanks and best regards.
Randy
PPML traded pretty aggressively last Wednesday at .09...over 115K shares....even showing a bid at .07 (after I put in a bid for some at .06) before the close.
I didn't notice if the stock even traded today...I did noticed the bid remained at .055 and the ask lowered to .088.
It might be that someone is trying to clean up these low priced shares in hope of moving things higher. Who knows? I guess we'll have to wait and see what happens next week.
Later.
Hello Always H.I.S. Peeps.... (I mistakingly posted this on the CDCH board.
I would like to extend Thanksgiving greetings to you all.
For our family the last year has been pretty eventful. We've moved to a new area, started a new job...bought our first home...all of which has been pretty great.
But most of all, I'm grateful to God for his love and grace. I know people sometime talk about having a "personal" relationship with God or with the Lord Jesus Christ, but in my experience,I would describe a bit differently. For me it's more like a sure knowledge that I believe and know the truth...I have a hearty trust that not only to others but to me also, the forgiveness of sin, eternal righteousness and salvation has been freely given on account of the one sacrifice of Christ on the cross.
To me being a Christian or living the Christian faith means believing what God has revealed in his Word, trusting in his promised forgiveness, and living my life according to the revealed will (morality) of God (in His Word).
Knowing that he provides all things for all creatures...and that he promises to provide all things for us is pretty cool. His promise to each of his own is this, "I will never leave you or forsake you."
Best regards,
Randy

Thanks Joe,
Looks like you were right. I don't know if you took much of a look at HENC, but I've been following this one for a while. I'd be interested in your thoughts.
Insider buys are off the charts, management appears top notch, financiers look top tier, and it sounds like properties are pretty well located.
Thanks in advance.
Randy
Wow.... These Changes Are Pretty Cool!!
I'm a little surprised at all the options.
THANKS FOR POINTING THIS OUT!!!
Randy
Not much good news that I could gather....
The continued We're continuing to research and develop new products....
Our financial resources are extremely limited.... we need funds...
There was also the "going concern" statement.
At this point, I would say it is definitely a pretty high risk investment.
We shall see.
Ho hum... yesterday and so far today. :)
bell, watch what you're saying!
That almost sounded like a positive comment about DRG and their Medico Express subsidiary.
We wouldn't want people to get the wrong idea. LOL
Plus... if you look at the pages of the Pulmostics website, it's all dated 2009 so it at least a relatively new direction for them. Watching for increased volume.

RB1, I've not really followed he company since last December...hence see my prior posting on this board....so the medical stuff was new to me....
In my post below I linked to the website called Pulmostics...This is a subsidiary website for ESNR.
http://www.pulmostics.com/
If you look around this website you will see links to ESNR stories, i.e. below:
http://www.reuters.com/article/pressRelease/idUS171985+12-Feb-2009+BW20090212
If you look on the "CONTACT US" page you will see Palmostics identified as a ESNR subsidiary:
http://www.pulmostics.com/ContactUs.html
I don't know... maybe it's all for naught...wishful thinking and all that. I don't know.
One more thing... there's a guy no the Yahoo Message board that has historically been able to get information about ESNR and they recently refused to talk to him and referred him to some IR guy at Global Securities. I couldn't find the dude he mentioned (didn't look too hard), but being the contrarian that I am it at least put up a "maybe" flag.
Seems the stock trades very thin. When I was buying I took out the .019's and then sat on the bid at .015, then .016 and finally at .017. After I pulled my GTC order it fell the next bit was .1226 or something. Today it traded at both .022 and .01226. Big spread.
My basic play is hoping for the expected spike that might come if they actually put out some favorable news. If it can look like the company has a future I think it trades quickly to a nickle or dime...who knows.
Also, the medical website was a whole new area I was unaware of. Using the zNose to diagnose disease could be huge. We shall see.
I'm not spending big money...but a winner would be a winner.
Possible substantial Mexico Deal in the works....
"Howie I talked to John Detmier at Global security 2 weeks ago and he told me they have a purchase order for 35 model znoes by the end of 2009.
"He then said Mexican security forces want at least one znose at every border crossing. That means over 200 znoses will be needed. They are traing their border guards withe the znose now.
"They should be in operation by spring 2010. I hope i dont get in trouble for this info."
This was posted on October 29, 2009
Who knows?
I posted this in response to some of the posts on the Yahoo Message board...just check out the link.
Hello ESNR longs...I've been in and out of ESNR over the last few years and was just reading the postings for the last while.
ESNR has always impressed me with it potential and products...but never seemed to really get itself off the ground.
I was pretty excited to read about the Pulmostics subsidiary website. You would think this whole direction would be fairly interest grabbing if the information was circulated.
http://www.pulmostics.com/
Also, the recent 8-K filing by Half Moon Bay extending their interest payment until the end of 2009 seems at least modestly interesting as well. Granted they only win if ESNR wins...so there's little benefit to calling the note. However, if there is some significant news by the end of the year, this could account for this as well. Who knows.
We shall see.

Hey Guys....I took a look at ESNR last week and was intrigued to pick up some shares.
What intrigued me most was some of the posts from the Yahoo Message Board....
I'll post a few of the posts in a little while.
Regardings.
Randy
A Bunch of shares traded today at what I think is an all time low... 653K from .0008 to .001. I had been at the bid a while back... but not today. I figured I'm already so far under...I had been thinking that I might as well lower my average cost a little more.

I'm thinking we will probably be hearing some additional information from NCNC regarding the completion of their last acquisition. They announced their first acquisition on September 3...this wasn't announced as closed until October 13---or about 40 days. If they keep to a similar schedule, we should see an announcement that the Texas aerospace company merger has been completed by December 15.
I'm curious which Texas Aerospace company they acquired...from which we might be able to figure out which parts they're contracted to build for the F-135 Joint Strike Fighter FOR THE NEXT 20 YEARS.
Hey Scout. I've been thinking a bit about the most recent press release about being on a business venture trip to China. I think it is possible that they are just covering their proverbial you-know-what.
Since this is a relatively new business direction for the company, if they were to spring the news of a completed chinese acquisition when there was no heads up could have left them a little negligent in terms of informing the investing public of material developments within the company. With the current press release issued, I'm thinking there's now a fair probability of a news release coming out in the next week or two informing us of one of more of their next acquisitions being completed.
