Micro Imaging Technolgy has two lawsuits levied against them eom
I have a file given me of some details. I have not opened it because I have been getting threats through email and such - don't want viruses and such. So, I have scheduled a telephone interview with this attorney who represents one side in the case.
I have researched the attorney name and the organization said to be involved. Everything has checked out. Thus, the coming interview. If he tells me he sent the file, I will open it.
In my investigation of MMTC I have left an odd but an acceptable signature in my wake. This law office is using that signature. It was used in two places - AOAC and an independent laboratory por. It seems he and I have similar ideas in finding the truth.
You will receive information as soon as I can verify any degree of accuracy - good and bad. The truth is what it is about, right?
The truth hurts. I understand. I've been where MMTC longs are. It stinks.
Yes. Two lawsuits are pending. I am speaking with an attorney involved in one of the cases (on Monday).
multiple lawsuits are being levied against Imaging Technology Inc. Is that good news?
I have been contacted by one attorney in one of the lawsuits concerning MMTC. It seems MMTC has been a bad boy. I have a telephone encounter scheduled Monday........ Yep! I'll let ya know about it.
Even with all MMTC claims, competitors are superior in affording the best overall detection solution. I think it was SDIX that in short thought has the best device I searched so far...... That one and a company in Europe...... and I have only looked at about eight out of 20 or so that make them....... and all of them use technolgy 7 years or older
outta here!!!!!!!
The pr was on this board. And now that you mention it, you are correct - they ordered 100...... and took possession of 20.
My bad.
Done fer the day. Nice one too$$$$$$. Nap time.
Being you understand, tell us all how it works. I will have many questions for you, I am sure. Can you tell us which manufacturer is used to supply the laser and what type it is? Are the histogram productions relavent to time, space or both and how much computing capability is necessry to produce those? Why does MMTC not address growth periods in it assay commentary for any organism? Is it the aim of MMTC to offer a bb gun when an elephant gun is the norm?
I have more.
And the same for E Coli, Salmonella and so on. But the grocery scanner, patent or certification or MMTC pr, does not address incubation and growth periods requiring 48 hours and more before recognition can be made. Is it strawberry, chocolate, vanilla, so on? If this is the case, the user would need to purchase multiple brand machinery to test for every organism on the block. There is no need for that if a competitor device is in hand....... and this is still in an assumption MMTC actually has a machine that works. Remember...... MMTC pr's state they have 100 machines in their possession that no one nowhere has seen or reported on.
What seems to be overlooked here is the reality of the situation.... and sometimes the outright hiding of it. I raise legitimate questions not addressed here and point out interesting facts when found. Is this not the reason for the board?
If MMTC were an automobile with a six cylinder engine in which you bought or contemplated buying, would you want that engine to utilize only one cylinder of six or more? Would you want the car clean, legal, and genuine with integridy? Would you want the car to serve its intended purpose for you?
I am bringing light to concerns anyone should have with MMTC if they were genuinely concerned with being a shareholder.
Is this the same Gregg Newhuis who resides, in part, in Brandendon, Florida. In my 25 years experience trading cheapies I have found Brandendon and Sarasota and Boca Raton capitals where stock scammers and cons live. I am sure it is just another MMTC coincidence.
What you do not understand is there are at least six different Listeria organisms that require six different tests. If the great and almighty MMTC tests only one, the machine, if it exists, is meaningless as far as Listeria goes.
A trait of the Listeria organism, especially the more complex varieties, is its growth rate. One has a minimal 24 hour development period before it can be recognized, another has 30 hours and another has 48 hours.... that no one on the planet can get to move faster. This is why some Listeria is found after passed inspections.
Can MMTC get nature to change its course with its grocery scanner? Or does MMTC only test for the single most common Listeria organism making the device worthless?
These are very legitimate questions which no one here has appeared to even discuss in topic. I am sure you will, right?
Does anyone know why Listeria was the first certification sought and how many assay accomplishments were acheived? This is very important. There are six or more different organisms and if only one is recognized, the MMTC accomplishment is meaningless. The brief I read, I believe, states only a single accomplishment was made.
for the third time....... once I am finished with my query you will have ALL the information available on this board. Interesting stuff, I must say.
A great day to be trading, isn't it?
Often, those orders are corrections or aftermarket executions. A few days ago there was one for 800,000 shares at 9 AM Eastern. Markets run from 8 AM Eastern to 7 PM Eastern
It will probably go to .002 before making any effort to bounce. Wake me when it gets there.
Foghorn Leghorn said it best......... Two halves of nothing make a whole nothing. He was obviously discussing MMTC.
One was 40 minutes. Another was 4 hours. And remember, these are all over 7 years old. I have not reached one any younger than that.
What he did was locate the ongoing shareholder equity destruction that is ever-present in MMTC. New shares are diluting the investment of everyone holding a single share of MMTC stock. obv decreases in trend and adi increases in trend signals in-between volume and the stock value decreasing by the minute. Good job!!!!!!!

This technology is 6 years old
....... just gettin' started. there are dozens of 'em
Seriously....... If you yourself had in hand what MMTC claims, what would you do? They have repeatedly proven they cannot manage. You get help. You go to 3M or GE or to a real bank or venture capitalist...... not some loan shark set up in Bermuda to get $2,000,000 that would not buy adequate packaging design, much less a product of any kind.
Get real. MMTC has nothing.
LOL 40 minutes on this one
E Coli and Salmonella

bid rises .0022 x .0022 eom
The reality is AOAC gave me access to dozens of links of real companies with real products that perform what MMTC claims is impossible. There are dozens of them!!!!!! I just randomly picked one. Consider too the technology employed in this link is from 2006. The DuPont link posted yesterday can perform E Coli and Salmonella testing in minutes.
Consider MMTC has nothing proven years after what they claim is impossible...... kinda makes them a liar, don't you think?
MMTC claims to have the Listeria test ready to market. AOAC says they gained a certification for that in 2009. Considering the certification is as good as the criteria given by MMTC and we have not seen a machine, nor has AOAC, why has MMTC not benefited in any way through the Listeria capability?
It is far easier to pump a stock and take the money from new shares being sold than actually have something that creates value and genuine revenues.
MMTC sucks
lots of questions........
my response to the most frequent:
It is generally thought a trade should only incorporate risk at 2 to 1 or better. So, if I buy in at $1 and my target is $1.50 my risk should only be 1/2 of the target gain or 25 cents, which puts the stop at 75 cents.
While this is thought to be generally sound, my daily trading has found other methods that get me through well enough that I can make a living from trading. The RTGV chart on my page has a closing stop one tick below the low of the previous print to the signal print (entry was .002; closing stop is .0014). This trade incorporates a closing stop greater than the suggested risk ratio but my experience lends it is acceptable. "HIGH RISK" is fair annotation to those who do not know my method because it is high risk relative to the norm. http://stockcharts.com/public/1164099/tenpp/2
My RTGV target is open.
Oh yeah...... ESx12 is the S&P 500 EMini or ESm12 (the current contract)
DuPont beats MMTC to E Coli in 2006.......

Can you explain why adi is going up but obv is going down (in trend)?

Senior Director at AOAC and his assistant. Read the email again. All material will be posted when fully collected and sorted. I wonder what MMTC does when they are not ripping people off.
EDITTED EDITTED EDITTED Done for the day. God bless America. I could not have the life I have anywhere else. And good luck to MMTC longs. You'll need it.
New email concerning possession of MIT device: We don’t have the device, we don’t physically have the methods and instruments. These are evaluated by a single lab validation process. These labs are independent from AOAC and the Method Developer.
The pattern continues: unpaid certification bill; no visible device; altered timelines; multiple companies doing the same thing and selling it.
MMTC sucks

"large employed stop" in the portfolio chart, if I remember correctly, is around 25% That is a large stop to most anyone and that is a closng price stop (as well). That said, minimal target is based on a 2:1 risk ratio. I trade the ESx12 for a living and use very similar risk/reward ratios in scalping techniques.
pink and the large employed stop - all of the portfolios incorporate vehicles under $10 except for ETF's

Thanks for all the private welcomes. Yes. I am in. RTGV has came up in a couple technical scans lately and now I am a participant. The RTGV chart can be seen by entering my profile and hitting the link provided (on page 2).

Like I said earlier...... it is a damned if you do, damned if you don't thing. In my eye there are two options: Sell now and know what you have in hand; or hold on and hope for a pump where people buy in and they do not kill the upward activity with continued dilution. That said, I bought in thinking it was Kosher and caught them destroying a decent technical event in the charts buy selling new shares.
I have been where a lot of you are many times. But the truth must be known....... sooner the better.

One of dozens who are already established or well on their way, not to mention GE, DuPont and 3M
http://www.rapidmicrobiology.com/index.php
And this is over 3 years going. They claim the test can be ran while technicians are away performing other work (minutes, not hours or days).
If MMTC had approval on Listeria 3 years ago, why is there nothing to show for it?
Stay tuned...... Two contacts inside AOAC are cooperating. All links and important info will be shared here once compiled.
I just got an email from another director at AOAC who has informed me other companies are in the same hunt and in the process of being certified at AOAC per listeria, e. coli, salmonella, and more. GE, Neogen, 3M, DuPont and a handful of others.
If it came to a genuine battle, who would win? LOL
She states, This takes approximately 7-12 months to complete. You may wish to continue to check the link provided, the best estimate I may offer is Sept. – Jan. 2013 until results are completed.
MMTC sucks
