A trait of the Listeria organism, especially the more complex varieties, is its growth rate. One has a minimal 24 hour development period before it can be recognized, another has 30 hours and another has 48 hours.... that no one on the planet can get to move faster. This is why some Listeria is found after passed inspections.
Can MMTC get nature to change its course with its grocery scanner? Or does MMTC only test for the single most common Listeria organism making the device worthless?
These are very legitimate questions which no one here has appeared to even discuss in topic. I am sure you will, right?
