That will never happen unless a signed revenue deal is made and/or fda approval. Until those two things happen it's going to only move if manipulated by other reasons, which aren't good for honest investors. No, have you? I would think that would be something he would address with shareholders in some kind of communication since it's been dragging on and is a major milestone for this company. Also maybe some kind of time frame for fda clearance could be cleared up as well. Isn't communication with shareholders part of his fiduciary duty?

You are missing my point! WHY hasn't Whelan inked the deal yet???? If he can't get it done then get the hell out of the way and hire someone who can seal the deal! Or is he too stubborn to let this deal happen???

The Dr. Scholls deal could be signed right now! Why is Whelan dragging his feet on this deal? There is no reason to wait. If there is a reason, I would sure in the hell like to hear his reason why. As would every other shareholder right now. He's losing the faith of shareholders and he is too egotistical to care.

I agree! But, what I'm trying to say is - if moran wanted to scam his way to fortune and fame, then do it. Go all in. But don't start a publicly traded company to do it as cover, where you drag innocent people and their money down with you. Do it with a private company and try it that way. But there is no honor amongst thieves they say. Moron is one big pos in my eyes and I hope he gets remanded the day of sentencing so he can't spend thanksgiving a free man.

How will it help? This company has been one big con! There are no products that will bring in revenue. And no government entity will dare touch dewm for marijuana operations after the company has been tainted, again, by marco and his felony behavior.
