it went higher than that, .14s was the high so far on that one and its still holding up in the 07s to date
usually filings precede PRs, so I'd keep an eye out for any updated filings first. although companies are allowed to use social media now for news and updates, so fb is worth watching too
interesting. cdel moved much higher, maybe
we'll see some kind of update soon??
by the way, I'm still here
seems like an accumulation attempt is underway which is not being too successful at accumulating much
would be an interesting community concept for
colorado tiny's :)
'MJ ranch', tiny community, off the grid
have a dispensary/grower right in town lol
Huerfano County news, and a question.
I had come across this news (see below) previously posted in Dec. that mentions Huerfano County.
I'm not familiar with the area but just minutes ago, noticed a PR under another ticker that mentions two medical MJ companies in Huerfano county. I won't post other tickers but pm me if you like.
Wonder if the med MJ biz might create some demand for tiny house development in CO? somewhat like the housing boom in N. Dakota for shale oil biz did.
WALSENBURG — In a 5 to 1 vote Tuesday night, Walsenburg City Council approved Ordinance 1045 which will allow tiny homes to be built in R-1 and R-2 zoned residential areas with a variance approved by Planning and Zoning. The ordinance passed this week on first reading, and amends Article XIII of the Zoning Ordinance by adding a section (6.2F) ‘to vary the minimum floor area for single family detached dwellings within R-1 and R-22 Districts’. The amendment says the tiny homes, which are normally 150 to 450 square feet, must be placed permanently on a footer or foundation, and tapped into the city’s water and sewer system separately from any other structure or use on the property. Sprout Tiny Homes, LLC President Rod Stambaugh attended the council meeting and said the company will also be going before the Huerfano County Commissioners seeking similar regulation changes. Council members Rick Jennings, Silvana Lind, Nick Vigil, Clint Boehler and Mayor James Eccher voted in favor of the ordinance.

once in a blue moon a stock comes along that can be a life changer.
the short checklist I've found is
its usually a merger
in a hot emerging sector
has credible superior management
manages its share structure well
and has long term goals to be on a higher exchange
its huge if its them
everyone holding, market maybe waiting for a PR or more filings about the name change, etc.
TREN 0043x005 124k vol +31%
TREN 004x005 +31% less than 100k volume
didn't work. no sellers around.
bid pressure continues, showing more accumulation strength
8k's often precede PR's as well

8k filing out with name change info?

Assuming we will see an update soon here
or at otcmarkets, given the recent name change to

I think the otcmarket updates got noticed in the real world. (nonihub investors) it pretty much spells out what was still just speculation on the nevadasos changes.
its becoming a favorite for a lot more people now it appears.
and a lot of em aren't to be found around here it would seem.
the accumulation pattern I've been watching is still buy and hold,
even when it dipped it was only on tiny volume.
a well estabished company in a hot sector
Portland is nearing approval of construction for tinyhome communities on public land
Portland hopes to have the first micro-community in place by February of next year.
wow. Portland's the backyard for Greenpod and Sprout!
the updates at otcmarkets give much more clarity as to what is in progress here, and validates the changes we noticed at Nevada sos, however there is much less speculation now with the amount of detail at otcmarkets compared to the guesswork required with just the nevadasos info.
So I do believe we're now seeing outside investors recognizing what we speculated on with much less information in the beginning.
exciting!!
pretty sure the buying from the last 3 days wasn't from around here. Someone somewhere saw those updates before I did. No one said a word around here.
I'm guesstimating around $13m in revenue for their main competitor last year based on a projected 100 sales and 3 workshops a month.
So that is the main reference point I have in the sector.
I think there are some strategies emerging in the business plan here that could easily exceed their competition if successfully executed.
In particular the franchising options, as well as the partnership with greenpod in the Seattle area and Colorado. Not to mention the possibility of basspro if that were to materialize.
that's enough for a tiny! assuming
it goes to where it might if they execute well
or just buy a new house!
even if its tiny
maybe next week?
notice it says 'communities'. thinking big, not just single one off home sales.
been in several that did, pinks to bigboards, and
I'm constantly researching my arse off for the next
likely candidates
that otcmarket update confirms the nevada sos info

somebody must see some news somewhere
hey it has a pulse, only 200m left at 0001, so who knows.
I have very old and dead shares of this one.
AccentHealth acquired one of Caervision's networks, and its worth looking at the sector a bit.

AccentHealth is in 30,000 waiting rooms.
So if the going rate is $100 a month...
30k x 100/mo x 12 is $36 million in revenue.
So that is the sector Caervision is in.
And Caervision has a presence in many categories..
