Maybe we can break a record for number of green days in a row.
A penny? It looks like it's going back up to me. This week was just impatient sellers... some were posting on other boards that they sold.
Me too! Maybe we'll get lucky tomorrow (before a 3-day weekend). Shares will definitely be going into better hands if that happens.
The reason I have no fear whatsoever holding this stock is what you just stated: no dilution! I'm assuming some shares will churn here since it had such a big run recently, but I could even be wrong about that. Even if does churn, there will be heavy buying and accumulation, so there really is only one direction this is going to go with its measly 47 million float!
You think a $500k market cap, which is where we're sitting right now, is too high for an empty shell? lol
And you continue to hold? Will you be averaging down?
Obviously, this stock does not hold any potential in your opinion, so I imagine you'll be looking around for one that does.
Many successful companies go public and/or remain public. Why? Valuation! Public companies are valued at multiples of the company's real value. And a CEO who owns 52% of his company's shares... well, you get the picture.
Hmmm... looks like the buying has started already.
Exactly! Stupid cheap down here.
Assuming he doesn't need financing, he could easily grow this company into something HUGE. Since he owns 52% of the o/s, why would he sell rather than profit from his efforts?
I don't care if it's Tuesday or October, I'm not going anywhere. When this takes off, it will be mind-blowing!
Not yet... but it will be. Price and volume suggest not many have bailed. If they do, there are plenty of buyers in the wings.
This does not look like dilution to me... just impatient sellers. I'm hoping for a Friday sell-off before a long weekend so I can load more.
I'm waiting for all the front loaders and Friday sellers to unload before adding anymore (although I grabbed a few 36s). We can buy up the 47 million float in a snap!
They will... when they realize no one is selling.
Ok, I'll "think about it"! lol
Trend continues. New high today:

I know... it's what we're all waiting for.
Very strong at this level. It's also got lots of eyes on it. I think most sideliners are waiting for filings or news to hit, but it will be a tough chase then.
My God... this thing trades so beautifully!
It doesn't dip too deeply or for too long. There are only 47 million shares available.
Fingers crossed for .007 break here.
xZx.... thanks once again for your outstanding posts. RVUE is certainly not giving up one single inch. The uptrend just continues.
Will you then take your sticky down after that?
Exactly! Right?!
I'm all for teamwork! People need to be aware that this might turn into a load and hold. We have no idea when filings or news will hit. However, we all feel pretty certain that the company wasn't reinstated for no reason, and the CEO as a majority shareholder has a personal interest in taking this company to success. We also know it's a legit company that has the backing of the Gates Foundation and Cambridge U. I think we could pick up more of the float if we wait until all the impatient shareholders leave, should filings not come out quickly enough for them... but that's just my humble opinion.
To me, one of the best aspects of this play is that the CEO is the majority shareholder. His interests are aligned with ours, and he's not gonna screw himself.
I didn't comb through 2 and 3 year old filings. That is old news and not what this play is about.
Hey, DJ, I missed those notes when I scanned the 10K although I did notice the sale of 5 million shares, so good find on your part. It seems the company borrowed a very conservative amount of money (ultimately amounting to $5400 in 2013 and $4400 in 2014) because most of the debt was paid off in the end ($22,700). Therefore, the notes didn't convert into that many shares (a little over 10 million). It's extremely unusual for a company on the OTC to pay off a convertible to begin with, so the CEO was definitely trying to be as responsible as possible and did not cause the kind of death spiral we're used to seeing down here. If that's all there is in the 8 year history of the company, I can live with that.
To put everyone's mind at rest, I just got off the phone with the TA. No change in ss: o/s 127,482,504, restricted 79,928,440. Enjoy your evening!
I think it held up pretty well, considering how far it ran up last week. Consolidating at this level is a very good sign, imo.
It's ok. It worked in my favor this time. I finally got the last of my order filled at .005 that was waiting there FOREVER! I actually gave up on them, so gotta love haters. lol. I'm saving a lot of powder in case people get impatient. What I love to see in a play is when longs eventually end up with most of the shares... very possible with a tiny float like this, especially at sub penny prices.
Did someone just make a liar out of me? Always one in the crowd! lol.
Something positive that I'm seeing is that there haven't been many bid whackers. Although we're not on the radar yet, the few traders that are here are mostly experienced, so there hasn't been a lot of stupid trading, and most buyers are having to buy on the ask.
Yes, it's consolidated here the last 4-5 sessions as LOTS of shares have changed hands in this range, making for a stronger move up when the churning is done.
FRFS QUICK INFO: 127 million o/s, 47 million float. CEO owns 52% of commons and just reinstated via NVSOS. No history of toxic debt, dilution, or r/s... EVER... in 8 years! Company is growing in India and received a $100K Gates Foundation Grant ($100K goes a long way in India) with the potential for another $1 million grant. The company also works with Cambridge University and has other big projects in India. Additional DD in stickies on FRFS board. 47 million float at sub penny prices could get locked up pretty quickly before filings and news.

Once we fill the gap at .04, we won't look back. This is the new bottom imo.
Considering most people are buying in anticipation of filings and news, shares under a penny will be history soon... maybe even today. With people buying and holding such a tiny float, we should see a steady uptrend until filings and news hit. That's the beauty of a stock with no dilution.
