Whats your Short position on this puppy now?
If you don't mind me asking. TIA.
Does anyone have a link to the Conference Call this 15th December?
Foxconn and Samsung are now Huge companies thanks to Apple.
Now imagine how Huge LiquidMetal will be considering that its Material and IP will be used in EVERYTHING, not just phones like Foxconn and Samsung.
There where 2 articles on Eontec's website, DMN combined them into 1 post, very Encouraging whats in them, Both are now removed form Eontec's website.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=125414180
What if the Internals of an iDevice are manufactured in Taiwan and China by Foxconn etc as per usual,
but then shipped to U.S. where LMT Encases them ?
The Video in the link below is from 2011, shows an Engel machine Injection Molding Phone cases around the circuit boards and all other internal parts of a phone.
ALL Automated. I wonder what they can do now 5 years latter.
https://www.facebook.com/TECHSPAN/videos/vb.102154989861680/486289607002/?type=2&theater
This setup would also allow Apple to satisfy India and Brazil Governments who have demanded Apple build factories in their countries.
Both of which are Huge markets for Apple.
I don't see anything wrong with being focussed on a Company that will forever change our lives.
You allegedly follow his newsletter but surprisingly you have just opened an ihub account on Saturday And Just to post for the first time on the LQMT iHub Board.
Yeah sure, i believe you... Not.
gmail and yahoo emails are so easy to open, watt you say about that?
Shouldn't have sold half your holding before the 27th October, BIG mistake.
Good post, thanks for reminding us all how long it has taken for this Disruptive tech to mature.
Here is an article from 2014,
http://news.yale.edu/2014/09/04/yale-professor-makes-case-supercool-metals
In the video watch amateur students fumble their way and hot form a BMG phone case that has
“elastic buttons on the skin of the phone, water proof”
Now imagine what several years and Unlimited R&D money of Apple and Engel can achieve.
The tech keeps advancing and It feels like the tech is finally ready for Commercialisation,
2017 is the year lqmt POPS.
The "elastic Buttons" sound like the elastic Dome switch of the new MacBook Pro keyboard buttons,
assembled by Foxconn, who is a customer of Eontec, Hmmm….
Not that Apple would call those Dome buttons LiquidMetal, that would be a waste of an awesome Brand name,
why else was Kang forced to drope the name from his Knives,
His LiquidMetal Knives are now sold as Liquid Diamond Knives lolz.
Apple is saving the term “LiquidMetal” for something YUUUUGGGGEEEE.
I hope Prof. Li brings/Buys Jan Schroers and adds him to LMT.
http://www.schroerslab.com/
Prediction for the Special CC,
-Best outcome - Huge Apple Order, money comes if BMG formula is EON’s or from all the Sheep Analyst who will pump up the news.
Or if Apple uses the Name LiquidMetal to promote its product. Hopefully all of the Above.
-Second best outcomes - Using the $63 million to fit-out a new manufacturing facility or two,
with lots of Engel/Eon machines to supply those $27 million in request for quotes from 2015.
(How many more now in 2016 and with Li’s Cheaper BMG alloy and Molds)
Maybe those facilities are located in nearby Costa Mesa and Mission Viejo,
that Daniel McHugh and Kevin Kom are currently overseeing ?
M&A, such as Buying out Glassimetals.
-Worst outcome - Using the $63 million for a share buyback.
Maybe its possible to have metal and ceramic mixed/fused together.
Oops forgot to say ‘cents’ or maybe it was a Freudian slip, $24.5 in two years
24.5 a Two year high.
Engel and LM work on a bigger machine to increase part sizes.
Customer demand is very high, they are prototyping parts from medical, automotive, machine tool and other companies, even the fruit company is still around, he was very sure that they will have a product containing LM sooner or later. I know we wont make money out of that so I asked what he thinks comes next/else. The name of the company really flashed me. I don´t want that the guy looses his job, so I dont name the company but it is a worldwide known German company. It is not a sexy name and not a sexy application, but it makes totally sense. The parts will make use of the benefits of our alloy and it is not CE.

Starting to see more Bids than Asks.
It refers to this link, good luck trying to figure it out, the Doji changes depending on the chosen time scale. You'd have better luck reading tea leaves.

Anyone have links to the CC broadcast? Still haven’t seen any broadcast links, none from the usual places have them, they don’t even have lqmt listed for the 15th Dec.
TIA
I know some don’t like talking about History, But history can teach us important lessons.
Regarding past posts about LeEco, the Chinese tech firm that was going to build the LeSEE and Faraday Future electric cars, and was building a third electric car with Aston Martin.
Those past posts claimed LeEco will beat Apple and Tesla in the Electric car market, thereby destroying any hopes of lqmt being involved in those cars (but CIP is already being used on the x-wing doors)
Well LeEco is the new GTAT.

Its good to have wise Li in charge on LMT and not some young brash entrepreneurs.
So we can expect news at the CC other than what what already released in the 3rd Quarter 10Q Form.
Cant imagine Li hosting the Conference Only to repeat the lacklustre Q3 results, especially after he advance payed both tranches at once 2 months before the deadline.
And with Chung insider buying it should be substantial news.
Was just pointing out, contrary to the Penny Player Players, that this upcoming CC wont be just reporting on the Q3 results.
Is LMT obligated to hold a CC ?
Q3 results have already been released,
Cant imagine the 'special' CC would be just to discuss those results.
Stronger fastener shaft, stronger fastener bond,
lighter, smaller, elastic,
fewer fasteners required,
does not unscrew with vibration.
Ongoing Big Repeat Order.
LiquidMetal, the wonder material for Fastening airframe panels.
imho.
As i said before, Apple will make a flip phone for the Asian markets.
So does that mean Apple's perpetual exclusive use of CIP patents will expire?
Maybe Li could have waited for the patents to expire or use them illegally until they expired.
Instead of paying $63 million for Restricted and Limited use of those patents.
Adjusting or building upon previous patents extends the owners rights over those patents.
But as i said before, i'm not an expert in this area.
Assigned to CIP, so Li needs LMT for many different industries. Vehicle parts, Consumer Devices, Medical equipment etc. and he has the factories too build them all.
Regarding the patent you posted, Anke comes to mind.

Here are four links regarding Foxconn and Softbank manufacturing iPhones in the U.S.
http://www.cnbc.com/2016/12/06/trump-says-softbank-will-invest-50-billion-in-the-us-aiming-to-create-50000-jobs.html
"I do think the reality is, it would only be a sliver, a percentage of the phones that were made that were assembled in the United States," Gillis said. "We're talking, some de minimis amount merely to try to check the box."
DMN consolidated both article into 1 post.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=125414180
I'm not an expert in that area, but i think the CalTech patents your talking about is the formula, which can always be adjusted slightly and re-patented so to extend the life of the patent. Again not an expert in that area.
Also CIP patents are for the Injection molding of BMG, those patents are always being added too and are highly valued, Li needed them to Inject mold his own BMG formula (as used for the Tesla X-wing parts) But was not able to buyout LMT so had to settle for 34% of Authorised shares instead.
This part is positive from the link you provided, LMT understands the issue and is working to extend and grow its Patents Portfolio.
Our intellectual property portfolio includes 32 owned or licensed U.S. patents and numerous patent applications relating to the composition, processing, and application of our alloys, as well as various foreign counterpart patents and patent applications.
.......we are building a portfolio of our own patents to expand and enhance our technology position......
Very true, I am hopeful things are different now with Li, his $63 million, Eontec's manufacturing Power with its list of Impressive Global customers, his 2 associates on the Board and Merging a new company for Zirconium supply.
Things are changing very fast and Li seems to have a BIG Plan he's furiously working on.
Hope he will reveal that Plan at the CC.
Cautiously optimistic but ready to try and grab a profit if its another disappointing CC.
If i can't sell then no problem, i'll just keep holding the bag until it happens.
The future is Amorphous manufacturing and LMT has the Monopoly with CIP.
it will be valued in Dollars per share one day soon.
Please watch the video in the Link, Looks like Foxconn Via the Softbank agreement will open iPhone manufacturing plants in America
http://www.patentlyapple.com/patently-apple/2016/12/softbank-to-invest-50-billion-in-the-us-to-create-50000-new-tech-jobs-and-somehow-foxconn-is-included-in-the-deal.html
Softbank to Invest $50 Billion in the U.S. to create 50,000 new Tech Jobs and Somehow Foxconn is Included in the Deal
What was interesting, if not a bit of a buzz, was the paperwork from Trump's meeting with SoftBank also featured the logo of Foxconn (as noted in our cover graphic), also known as Hon Hai, a supplier for Apple's iPhones. It was unclear what role Foxconn would play in the deal.
If Foxconn was on the paperwork discussed with Trump, it's no accident. Perhaps the preliminary groundwork that Apple's CEO did back in June about an iPhone plant in the U.S. with Foxconn is actually on the drawing board. That would be a mind blowing development and a huge win for President-Elect Trump and American workers.
True it really really depends on the CC, if its another Lame A$$ conference i will try and sell fast to cash in any gains before the stock does its usual slow downward march.
Then look to get back in at a later date.
I'm a believer in the Tech and Company, i know one day it will be valued at Dollars per share.
Right now i have loaded up so many shares, all-in on just 1 stock.
But if this next CC disappoints again i will not hold the bag for several months.
I will Trade the Ticker.
Well thats the plan, i hope the CC doesn't disappoint, its hard to sell a Penny Stock.
So much for the 'long Hot Dry Summer' this year, it was green all the way with lqmt up 275% YTD.
Wonder if the other prediction will come true, will i get a Lump of Coal in my xmass stocking this year,
or will it be its Carbon cousin, the Diamond.
Longs are in a Prime Position to reap the rewards, but the 'Penny Player Players' are still lamenting their sell of pre 27Th October, tsk tsk.
What? How can any of these calculations be relevant to LQMT at this point in time of the company? IF this was a company generating sales and or profits it might work. For a company that is in turn around using six different valuation ratios including price to book value, price to sales, EBITDA to EV, price to cash flow, price to earnings, and shareholder yield DOES NOT APPLY AT THIS TIME. With a new owner, new capital, and new BOD it is a total new ball game.
NEW technology, a ton of investors that see the potential, and new owners with a financial reach that WILL make this venture work. EXCITING. I really think this upcoming CC will blow the socks off all of us. I think Li is making sure that happens. NEVER have I seen someone pump $63 MILLION into a company to see it fail. This Li has to have the balls of Godzilla and the PLAN to make it work.
Couldn’t reply yesterday, reached my max posts.
Yes Tony Chung the CFO bought more than 1,547,562 shares on 28/29/30 November.

Thanks for clarifying that, unfortunately it shows up as an after market drop of 11% on charts.
DEFINITION of 'Form T'
A form that FINRA requires brokers to use for reporting equity trades executed outside of normal market hours. Form T trades occur during extended hours - before the market opens and after it closes. The objective of the Form T reports is to maintain market transparency and integrity.
11% down after market, now that stinks of manipulation.

I hear what your saying, if the CC Bombs i'll be quick to pull the trigger, I believe in LMTs future but i'm not in love with the stock. Especially if there is nothing at the CC to hold up the price in the short term.
See what happens.
Well done, mine is 0.26,
Thanks for that Information, i thought it could have been a buyer snapping up the asks without placing a bid, if such a thing is possible, maybe via MM.
