What a pos stock. How long before the reverse split? I love it when companies say their product is selling over seas. Dead money here.
If you look on Singlepoint Facebook page they expanded the comment more than just the tweet. They stated huge marketing opportunities are in the works... Stay tuned. The way Legal420 is being marketed not sure if this is good news.
On a different note, anyone know what GMPRO is? Apparently they were pushing that product at the PGA event, not sure I know what they are referring to.
whats with all the 889 trades? there is like 5 0r 6 of them, all buys
Beg to differ. Being a sponsor gets way more exposure than just having a booth at the event.

My thoughts to the tee. The Greenstar news was a game changer and got no love from the street. Sooner or later investors will have no choice but to stand up and take notice.
Not much interest in this diamond in the ruff.
Thus sponsorship will be great exposure for Greenstar Payment Solutions.
The Cannabis Business Summit will position GreenStar Payment Solutions as an Industry Leader sponsor in front of a national audience of cannabis business owners and decision makers, wherein GreenStar is confident it will secure an attractive base of flagship customers for the brand toward near-term revenues for all involved.
That is awesome. I was hoping they would sponsor an upcoming show, the Denver show is a surprise. Very nice Greenstar.

Look at the chart and pps on I hub. Wrong most the day. Trades list is always messed up. Why would someone want to pay for this crappy site?
They had less than 300k for revenue Q1. Would have to average a bit less than 600k each remaining Q this year to get to 2 million. Not saying they won't do it but flat out saying it like fact would be pumping. Let it be known that no projections were put out by the company. Besides the filing for Q1 future revs are speculation.
They actually had 1.6 million in revenue for 2013.
Legal420 app up to 50+ downloads. Picking up steam.
You say this with such conviction, what proof do you have besides your gut?
Need some volume here. What did everyone take tuesday off to make an extra long wekend out of it?
Beg to differ, not sure how adcs operates, or has operated in the past, but $SING does not pump non-stories. If Sing signed a deal then there is a product. The cannabis card is a loyalty card, it will be like the Walgreens or CVS loyalty card; more purchases you make the more rewards you will get. The rewards will be determined by the collective that is issuing the card.
I hear ya, this company has a lot going for it and the market has not taken notice yet. I put a comment on Greenstar Payment Solutions facebook page. They had a picture of the Zazzz machine and i said " how about a cashless atm on the Zazzz machine, their respose "makes sense". Can't confirm that Greenstar will strike a deal but at least they are thinking of these things and maybe working on stuff behind the scenes.
What do you think of Singlepoint's website revamp? much more professinal.
Just got news last week. Can't be putting out groundbreaking news every week. That would smell of pump and dump.
OK. In your theory the customer goes with the slightly cheaper payment solution. So now the dispensary will have a cheaper payment terminal. What did they lose? They lost loyalty card, SMS text marketing and other options offered by Greenstar.
I just don't see companies switching because a transaction cost the 1.50 vs 2.00 when that extra .50 is getting you do much more. That is assuming Greenstar can be undercut.
Time will tell, something great to be said about being first to the dance.
That's what I am saying. Greenhouse payment solutions, now Greenstar payment solutions, has been helping dispensaries for years when others have turned their back due to federal regulations. Being the ones that helped when none else would builds a loyalty in customers. A loyalty that will span future regulations I am sure. As long as Greenstar is cost competitive, every other product they offer is an added bonus to shop owners.
The way I look at it is that Greenstar is going to be first to market trying to enroll as many customers as possible; once the Feds pulls their heads out of their butts about the banking Greenstar will already have a base of loyal customers with a seamless transition to accepting credit cards. Along with the banks accepting credit cards will also come the usage of psy by text. So now SING will have cashless ATM, pay by text, SMS text marketing, digital signage, loyalty prepaid cards. A one stop shop for all of payment solutions plus advertising. And if banks come in and try to undermine the operation I am sure Greenstar can count on loyal customers and price matching. If customers have Greenstar equipment in their shops already, why switch when the rules change if you have to do nothing to accept the new form of payment?
Let's not forget that they are still building outside of the mmj sector. All of 2013 revs were outside mmj.
I think you underestimate the potential that exists in the mmj sector. Not just in Denver; this is a business model that can span nation wide without any hoops to jump thru like the companies that make actual mmj product.
The goal now is to get into as many dispensaries as possible before the Feds change the banking laws.
Think Singlepoint revamped their website. Looks more professional.
Everyone have a safe memorial weekend. Got my brats ready to grill. Looking forward to the growth of SING. We are under the radar now but eventually investors will take notice of the small float and revenues that have little overhead. Go $SING... GREAT JOB GREG AND CREW, have a good weekend you guys deserve it.
Greenhouse is using debit cards on their system. It is a simple cash transaction. Bank credit cards are a no go, but as a debit, game on. And set that up with pay by text...
Oh Q2 will have the same increase in revs because six sigma didn't get acquired till Q3. Q3 2013 shows 1.1 million in revs because we carried over six sigma revs for the year to that one Q.
Sad the games that get played in pennies. These MMs are crooks.
Grew 1400% Q1 2013 vs Q1 2014.
Four cannabis shows coming up
Denver in June
Las Vegas
Seattle
Eugene
Greg expects to be the only booth offering a debit card solution to collective owners. Pretty nice when SING is the only option at this point. Talk about cornering the market.
We should have a whole months revenue from Greenstar on Q2 report. Hope next Q is audited; it would only make sense since they are trying to move up to QB tier.
Not certain about adcs but for Singlepoint the funding was a straight up equity for cash if I am reading the Q1 filing correctly. The private firms are:
Deer Valley Management LLC
Knotfloat & Co. FBO Kodiak group LLC
Macallan Partners LLC
Look at this share structure:
Market Value1 $4,794,439 a/o May 22, 2014
Shares Outstanding 263,430,738 a/o May 14, 2014
Float 175,466,430 a/o May 14, 2014
Authorized Shares 530,000,000 a/o May 14, 2014
Par Value 0.0001
Guess it didn't put the results of my search in the link. Just type in the companies name and you will find that papers were filed on 5/20.

It didn't cost Microsoft nothing but the cost of paper and ink. If it is a potential source of money, why wouldn't they sign? It cost them nothing if Hop-on don't deliver. The deal for the phone got signed months ago, where are the phone? Proof is in the pudding.
Here is a reply from Denver Relief, the dispensary mentioned in yesterday's PR. It was in response to me asking the about the reliability of the cashless ATM and service provided by Greenhouse Payment Solutions. I don't know how to put the screen shot on ihub but if anyone questions it's authenticity I can put the screen shot on my Twitter account. My Twitter is @jgusciora22 . here is his response:
James,
Greenhouse payment solutions provides great service. We've used them for about three years now. We recommend them to everyone we know.
Chris Mills is the owners name. I can give you his contact information if you would like, please let me know.
Thanks,
Everyone needs to know that Microsoft did no DD on hop-on before agreement was signed. Microsoft is trying to sign as many of these deals as they can. It is all money based. Receiving payments is their main goal. Whether hop-on produces these royalties or not is secondary. Here is an email from the author of the article that a Microsoft exec retweeted. This is the author that everyone quotes on here so if you believe the author for the good news you have to believe for the reality of the situation, this is in response to me asking Marry Jo what kind of DD Microsoft did on hop-on before the agreement :
Hi. In this case, all I can tell you is MS is trying to sign these kinds of Android patent agreements with as many Android OEMs/ODMs as they can. I don't think MS investigates whether the co. Is stable or not. This isn't a cross licensing agreement. It's simply the other company agreeing to pay MS a fee because MS has convinced them that Android infringes on certain publicly undisclosed patents owned by MS.
Hope this helps. MJF

I know $SING and $ADCS both out out a pr , this is the one I read: (I read the other PR after this post, seems we have conflicting goals)((SING had been actively talking to collectives so I would think that they are ready to launch in many, think the number ADCS put out may be low))

SinglePoint(TM), Inc. Signs Joint Venture to Launch GreenStar Payment Solutions to Provide Legalized Cannabis Industry With Merchant Services, Prepaid Solutions and Incentive Programs
PHOENIX, AZ--(Marketwired - May 22, 2014) - SinglePoint, Inc. (OTC: SING), a state-of-the-art mobile technology and full-service mobile marketing company, has formally signed a Joint Venture Agreement with Advanced Content Services, Inc. (OTC: ADCS) and Christopher Wade Mills' GreenHouse Payment Solutions to form GreenStar Payment Solutions (GREENSTAR).
One of the competitive offerings GreenStar will provide are tools for Medical Marijuana dispensaries to use their debit cards at the dispensaries. This merchant segment generated over $2 billion in revenues last year, virtually none of which was done through electronic payment devices such as credit and debit cards. The market is expected to reach over $50 billion in annual sales by 2020.
GREENSTAR transforms what is mainly a cash business into electronic payments, allowing customers to utilize debit cards and other forms of non-cash payments to make purchases, providing mutual benefit for dispensaries and their customers.
Chris Mills, featured in a Wall Street Journal article earlier this year, will be appointed as GREENSTAR CEO. As CEO, Mills will aggressively harvest new customers with a brand positioned to serve as an non-cash solution for both legalized recreational and medical marijuana business owners.
Mills, a member of the National Cannabis Industry Association, was appointed, first and foremost for his experience and expertise, including a strong network of industry relationships such as that with Denver Relief Consulting, which is renowned for its work to cultivate quality cannabis operations and industry leaders committed to advancing best practices. Chris has currently set up payment processing in over 100 medical marijuana dispensary clients in Colorado, Arizona and Washington State.
Currently, the JV is actively working to secure additional customers for GREENSTAR, with plans to accrue 1000 merchant clients by end of year.
"This is a milestone venture for all involved," states SING CEO Greg Lambrecht. "As distribution partners in the JV, we intend to capture an impressive market share of dispensary merchants. Given our team's collective strengths and my own background in distribution, the possibilities here including almost immediate revenues, are significant."
Lambrecht has extensive experience in bringing new and existing products to market, including Can-Am, a company he founded in to service mass merchandisers in Canada; he later expanded Can-AM into Premium Cigars International (PCI). Mr. Lambrecht successfully developed and grew the PCI's cigar distribution program to 20,000 accounts.
Also, as VP of Sales for Single-Stick, a retail tobacco company, Mr. Lambrecht increased sales from $300,000 USD per year to $40 Million per year. Over the years, Lambrecht has launched several distribution companies from the ground up to service national mass merchandisers and retailers including his first venture, Rosehearts, Inc. in 1984. Rosehearts sold impulse products to convenience, grocery and "big box" stores throughout North America.
Execs from GreenHouse, SinglePoint and Advanced Content represent the Board of GreenStar and will hold their first official meeting in Denver next month. GreenStar has already confirmed attendance at major Industry shows through 2014, which will be detailed via press release prior to each event.
