We anywhere near profitable?
And "here we are". Exactly where are we?
HUGE win. Think the judge'll take the reward in trade for no revocation?
That which is reported here as "Major Milestones" is considered Standard Operating Procedure with real companies. Geez!
Gold trophies should be awarded for overall excellence. Please provide link that indicates any form of excellence was produced at any time in the past 15 years. Thanks in advance.
I know not agree on.
Awesome! Our Harvard granulate has been Executive Director of rtgv/dbmm for 15 years. And here we are! Geez!
Many moons ago, the minions who drank the kool-aid (myself included) were awaiting the great and powerful 'disruptor' (sound familiar?) that was going to elevate everyone to great wealth. Then, nothing happened. frequent conference calls ceased and news from the monarchy stopped as well. The pps dropped into the negative triple-ott arena and, despite word to the contrary, resulted in a 1/100 r/s. The shock of the reverse split soon died down and things returned to semi-normalcy. But, the lack of performance led to a return to .000 territory AND a 1/1000 reverse split. That took the pps back to two bits, as I recall. And here we are -- once again languishing either at or near negative triple-ott territory.
If dbmm survives the revocation process and is once again unleashed on the public, is there anyone here who has seen their financials and truly believes this thing is going to soar? IMO, should revocation not take place, another r/s would be "necessary" in order to cast a positive light on a pps littered with a fresh batch of chagrined shareholders.
All IMO, of course but a totally possible scenario.
Correct. One way or the other, it will be done.
Like it or not, proper dd should include the company's anything-but-stellar performance. Should it not?
Why -- or Why Not, for that matter?
Will any cutesy memes change the Judge's order?
Was there any choice?
Afraid you'd have to ask Shakespeare for that answer. Geez!
Honestly don't give a shit. It'll be 3 months since the last totally disappointing Q very shortly. That's the extent of my 'DD'. Wasting any more, gray matter than that on this dipshit outfit is totally out of the question.
IMO, of course.
Almost time for the "we're gonna be late again" nt filing.
That "tiny piece" is all I have left after the infamous r/s's. Looking forward to becoming a millionaire, though. Should be a kick.
Reggie done any more 'disrupting' lately?
We just need dbmm off the grey markets
No less so than others.
SEC and DBMM reached AGREEMENT for NEW INITIAL DECISION
Random internet musing. IMO
Even simpler .... this isn't their first venture in the world of financing, if you recall. Only problem back then was that the lender actually wanted their dough back. Gasp! Oh yes, cannot forget the r/s's that, in effect, was their own private ATM. At least Asher got his $$$ back. Shareholders didn't fare near as well. Just sayin'.
IMO, of course.
Link, please. If no link, a pattie will suffice.
judge will see a company that has followed through on what they said at the start of this case
Kinda harsh there. I.E., referring to the SEC as 'losers'? Poking the bear maybe? Geez!
Contact your 'friendly' IR person. She'll fill you in on the long-gone-by Asher kerfuffle.
Can't win for losin', eh?
Been disrupting investors' wallets for ever a decade.
Well, then it wouldn't be "random" and everyone would care.
Someone was looking for 0.0002's. Should be a slam-dunk.
Who was the author of that very pithy statement?
Dutch Boy, Benjamin Moore, Krylon, Rust-Oleum .... That answer your query?
What did he say?
So you're hanging your hat on happenstance that was brought about by company negligence and looking upon them as current and good? How 'bout that 'current' pps? How 'bout the 'current' weak sales figures? How 'bout the lack of regular company updates. And where is our illustrious IR agent?
Your grasp of the obvious is firm.
Blabbity blabbity. Old news.
