mine have all shown up within 90 seconds of close. tks for the info.
i've had some of my buys go through as t-trades and i didn't do anything to make it happen that way. i placed an order when the market was open, then nothing happened until after 4:00 and my trade went through showing as a t-trade. was just a normal buy for me. why is there so much fuss over the t-trade?
agree. i like the L2 set up this morning. we'll have to see how it responds to some volume. an ACYD friday pop would be nice for next week.
having trouble getting filled at .0001, things might be locking up.
one guy said he wanted to grab 1-2 million shares and the other already has a positon and said he wanted to add before the end of the week. that was the extent of the conversation. agree on more news coming.
simple enough for somebody to drop about 14K on those two big t-trades yesterday. i suspect we'll see another day of good volume here. sellers could easily walk ACYD up.
a buddy just told me he's getting on board ACYD tomorrow and another guy Fri when funds clear. have to keep the volume up here to get new eyes on her. the longs are strenghthening their hold.
i'm surprised we didn't see any pre market action. i don't care what anybody says at this point, i'm confident ACYD is moving forward and up. good luck to you.
i think the .0017 asks are real (not fake walls), then we need to test .0018 to get him moving. couple big hits and our day improves significantly. good luck all. i may not be able to keep myself from grabbing some .0017's.
agree that this news won't put the PPS through the roof, but i believe it deserves more credit than just assuming somebody else will be posting on ACYD facebook page.
would be totally pointless to enter this agreement if they don't have big news to report. even the IR firm mentions upcoming acquisitions in their statement about the relationship with ACYD. i think this is a big sign for those with the stones to get on board. IMO. go ACYD
it means ACYD is very clearly positioning themselves for major moves, acquisitions news, etc. the news of this relationship is just the first step.
that 500K at .0018 is going to make somebody some money.
i believe that is in line with what folger has always said. i don't think its odd that folger and brewer have been working on forming a holding company to acquire other businesses for years, if that is in fact the case. brewer is an acquisitions guy and folger seems to be somewhat of a "big picture" entrepreneur who needs a team around him to make things work. many very successful entrepreneurs struck out numerous times before they hit a home run. hopefully ACYD is the one that works for folger.
interesting find. thank you.
I never knew you could click on a posters name and then click "ignore". that was easy.
totally agree. only 407K left at .002. there continue to be less shares available as the majority of the float is in strong hands. ACYD is going to move quick when it goes. i think something is coming.
under $500 to grab those .0019's. i can't imagine they'll last. there are plenty of believers out there. i think we're moving in the right direction. need some volume...hope somebody is spreading the word.
just sharing a little L2 info for those that care. i replied to the last message instead of a new post, my apologies. i think most understand that i wasn't responding to your message.
$510 to test .0019.
i think we are going to hear more updates on the next step. last week's news isn't the time you just lob out there and leave it alone. i believe we will see some step by step progress.
same etrader on the ask trying to get rid of .0018's. thin after somebody takes him out.
wouldn't take much pressue to see how thin we really are here. surprised nobody has grabbed the .0018's as they could probably flip them very quickly. of course, i would prefer they go to stonger hands, but the opportunity is good for either approach.
at least that seller is consistent. he must really want to unload that chunk at .0018.
good morning. assume the same etrader will be on the ask at .0018 with 300k+ shares. we need to chew through him. i think the float lock down may be closer than we know. just a hunch.
i added yesterday...for whatever its worth.
would be nice to close green
somebody had to buy it, regardless of what it shows up as. can't have sellers without buyers. i know, stating the obvious.
WOW! 600K at .0016. i can't imagine those lasting long.
No. He's a believer in what ACYD is trying to do and believes they will have a much easier time finding investors as they continue to move forward. How long all that takes is the questions we all want answered. i've been here over a year, so i'm not counting the days. i'll wait as long as it takes if the results are worthwhile.
grabbing a million shares at .0018 is pretty tempting. i just need to make more room in my boat at this point.
i'm motivated again. thanks for the info. thin right now for a nice move into the .002's to boot. ACYD.
ha, etrade-er couldn't wait and bailed into the bid. thin now for an easy move. good luck all. ACYD
just to make sure i understand you correctly, is it your belief that ACYD will NEVER amount to anything and we're all just playing with a sure failure here?
there is going to be plenty of retail flippers getting out down here at little to no gain...just have to chew through them.
if they can obtain section 8 vouchers, some could pay that way. many could have to have a job lined up before they are released. ACYD wants to work with the groups that place the recently released, so they are the ones that actually set up housing and make sure the rent is paid in many cases. the ACYD model is to work with the groups "managing" the recently released, so they are collecting rent from them, not directly from the tenant.
other options are that some properties have government rental assistance tied to them. its not always for all the units, but sometimes it is for the majority of them. if ACYD obtains a multifamily property with rental assistance (RA), then all somebody has to do is qualify to get that RA, its all based on the income of the tenant.
the holding company part of the ACYD business model is to hold companies that these tenants could work for. in a perfect world, somebody could live in and ACYD property and work for an ACYD company. Folger discussed this last night when he said that they are looking to acquire businesses that operate in labor intensive fields, which would provide easy entry job opportunities for the people they are trying to work with.
he talked about byit and was available to take questions regarding such. not saying right or wrong, just saying that he was available to take questions on whatever anybody wanted.
why? we've all known for months that there is debt out there than can be converted whenever the holder sees fit. much like it can in most stocks. not atypical whatsoever. why all the fuss?
we are all entitiled to our own opinions, clearly. i understand you prefer to focus on folger personally, but i'm not sure why you seem to take the position that the he wouldn't benefit from ACYD succeeding. folger is the CEO, we can all form our own opinions of him, but would you not agree that what is good for ACYD is good for folger? maybe a monkey could do what folger is doing, i don't know, but folger isn't working alone and he can't do anything without some level of support on the open market. is your goal to get folger out of the picture? fine by me if that is your position, but its pretty tough to take a company away from the guy that started it.
if you're so focused on all he does wrong and you have the ability to bust him, pull your strings and make it happen. the chips will fall where they may.
highlights were
1) ACYD has not released a single share to the market that could be considered "dilution" from the company. there were note holders that were allowed to sell their shares whenever and at whatever price they wanted to, ACYD cannot control that. Folger believes that 80%-85% of all of that debt has been converted, which is positive for the PPS long term. Debt converters will either hold or run out of shares at some point and there aren't many remaining.
2) Folger has not sold a single share of his personal holdings.
3) Folger has never done any jail time and he explained the couple times he has seen the inside of a police station in a pretty comical tone. Nothing close to corporate criminal activity. Said if anybody claims they can prove otherwise they need to have their head examined.
4) Folger made it clear that he was inaccurate in regarding the time frame it would take to implement their business plan and get things on track, but they have to do it right if they want to uplist. He said the accounting/reporting alone is far more time consuming than he anticipated, but he's very confident in their CFO and that he is working very hard to make ACYD a fully reporting company.
5) John lives in an extended stay hotel that has no bar or restaurant and costs ACYD about $1000/month. John said his wife died 7 years ago, he is still single, ACYD is his life right now and he doesn't need anything more than what the hotel offers for him to call it home for now.
6) There is no blood relation whatsoever between Ron Brewer and David Brewer. Ron Brewer is a trusted advisor and continues to be, but he is not running ACYD. Ron's job is to assist putting deals together, that's what he does for a living.
7) John is still very positive about the future of ACYD, they just need to get everything in order and close the right deals. They are working harder and more efficiently than they have in the past. They are not packing up and running for the hills while trying to sell as many shares as possible to fill their pockets.
8) Important information will be released vis PR, that's just the way it has to be. John BEGGED for more questions at the end of the call and there were only a handful. Personally, I think he did all that could have been expected. Would have been nice to hear move specific details on deals, but he made it clear the call wasn't the place for him to discuss that. Has to be done via PR.
He could have told all on the call that they were hanging by a thread and the future didn't look good or he could have begged for money. He didn't do either. Based on the PPS lately, I was prepared for the worst. I think he did a fine job.
