CONGRATS TO WALT WIESEL!!!!
Innova Chairman & CEO Walt Wiesel — Walt's extensive career in robotics, automation and control systems began at Cincinnati Milacron where he provided a decade of field service and management leadership with machine controls and computers, and later served Prab Robots, Inc. as its President, and COO and CEO for 13 years while transforming Prab into an international organization with the largest installed base of industrial robots in North America. While Walt was Prab CEO, it acquired Unimation, Inc. (founder of the industrial robot) and launched a successful robot remanufacturing (retrofit) business in which GM, Ford, and Chrysler were key customers and Prab's retrofit market share quickly grew to annual sales exceeding $10 million. Walt also formed Prab Command, Inc. which developed the world's first 100% voice-activated robotic arm and PC computer workstation designed for quadriplegics.
During his esteemed career, Walt has received numerous prestigious industry awards such as "Marketer of the Year" from the American Marketing Assoc; "Product of the Year" from the State of Michigan; and "National Product of the Year" for the development of the voice-activated PC computer workstation. Walt was recently bestowed with the "Joseph F. Engelberger Award" in recognition of significant contributions to the advancement of robotics and automation in the service of mankind. hey pecker - my data feed shows about 90% buy-side.
da flippas miss out!!!
weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeO!
weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeO!
ABB prolly has enough cash to do a hostile deal, but Walt has defensive measures at his disposal to thwart any hostile ABB bid.
and personally, i would expect him to avail himself of those measures aggressively.
any ABB take-out would require an offer of around $3/share imo.
btw, ABB has a new BofD chairman per their most recent 6K (foreign issuer current report).
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1091587/000110465907014194/a07-6498_16k.htm
agreed re silly concept.
BofD could implement a poison pill in a heartbeat.
you can't really think that Walt ever wants to answer to any of those ABBers?
in your scenario, ABB would have to get into a position to initiate a proxy fight to replace BofD members (who were recently re-elected) in order to redeem any inevitable pill. btw, Delaware would not likely interfere w/the BofD in such a Unocal-Unitrin (google these words) sort of scenario.
ABB would also have to acquire a meaningful # of shares in order to start any proxy battle and the float has been drying up big time -- what would THAT do to the current pps?!?!?
the time for ABB to buy it outright on the cheap has long since passed... April 2002 to be precise!!!
in order to avoid a hostile bid, ABB would have to offer about a qtr billion (about $3.00 pps) imo to get Walt to step away from what he has been building here for years. anything less would likely be perceived as wholly inadequate imo.
i don't see it...
what is discounted is INRA market cap!!!
at least for now... heh-heh.
INRA won't take monopoly money from ABB!!!!
holders of that particular stock just might lack the means to do so at this point...
hey chunga! undersea robotics and Carnegie Mellon eh?

DD must mean Dubious & Disingenuous to you...
There is a chart below. Please demonstrate to everyone reading your many false claims exactly when you "got all of mine at . 007 — 012 range."
And when you do explain yourself, please do provide the exact time(s), and trade size(s) that these impossible trade(s) supposedly executed as you now claim so that the duly diligent with access to detailed time & sales data can further discredit you.
And while you are at it, please explain to everyone reading this why it is that regarding the scam stock you have been pushing recently, you falsely claimed that the scam company (which also did a 3000:1 RS) supposedly had a big contract with Wal-Mart. You continued to do this even after that scam company itself redacted their own materially false statements in a subsequent "corrected" PR.
You continued to make those false material statements even after it was repeatedly pointed out to you that the iBox on that thread, the one which was (and is) under your sole editorial control at all relevant times surrounding the false statements of material fact made by you, continued to make those false material representations, and even included a link to a PR. However, the PR to which it was linked was in fact the one which redacted all previous false references to Wal-Mart.
The scam company that you pump over there (which, btw, has been going down since you bought it, and went down regularly years before, and will continue to go down as every week passes imo, and even scraped against a 52 week low again just today) apparently had the materially false PR removed from yahoo, etc.
But for some reason, you continued to knowingly make false statements of material fact, well after you were placed on notice of the blatant lies. Notice which I might add, you publicly acknowledged receiving. So any later excuse you might try to conjure that it was all somehow an "accident," or that you didn't actually realize it was a complete lie, has gone bye-bye. And when you were informed that everything you had done over there was documented, that wasn't an exaggeration, it was an inescable fact... just for you.
Everyone that already knew you here when you were essentially ex-communicated and removed as mod by a borderline message board coup d'etat (because you pulled the same pumping BS here and alienated everyone) tried to extend an olive branch to you. Nonetheless, you continued the aberrant behavior and further aliented many, many more people, except now the bizarre behavior is inverted.
Why is that?
The answer to that question is seemingly within your own words. Here is what you wrote on Feb 22nd, just 4 days before the ABB settlement was discovered:
"Why hold this stock when in my opinion the only hope is a dice roll..."
That seems like the words of someone who sold out, lock, stock, and barrel imo. You plowed your money into a scam stock supposedly selling me-too grills on late night TV, that is now hitting new lows almost daily (which you conveniently claimed was a "five bagger this year," and imo it will continue to reach new lows regularly, for long as imaginable, and for as far as the eye can see.
And during your nonsensical championing of that scam stock, you even wrote "It beats hoping for welfare checks from ABB!" You wrote that on Feb 20th, just six days before the ABB settlement was filed in court.
It simply cannot be accurately expressed just how incredibly pleasing it is to me that you are now on the outside looking in, begging for attention with more deceitful tourettes-like posts and when you do invariably buy back in (as we all know you will), you will end up with half as many shares for every dollar you previously invested.
When i inquired with you about that scam stock's floorless toxic debt (which for some reason you just couldn't explain to me, like all previous substantive questions posed), you wrote:
"I'm not worried about money with this company. They have penty [sic] of private money lurking in the shadows and will go to it if they need to. Like I told you before > I feel these Arabs have deep pockets."
It's good that you're not worried about your money, because it is gone into a scam, and with every passing day, you will be bled dry by that scam stock. Meanwhile, INRA is poised to reach multi-year highs over the next month. Don't say nobody warned you over there.
btw, here's one of the very few recent replies you have received on that little scam board of yours - high praise indeed:
"so far Harry all of your predictions have failed to materialize. this stock with a float of 1.5 billion shares..."
And there was also news recently about the spokesperson that your fave scam company has put everything behind to hawk the wonder-grill on infomercials, here's a headline from yesterday: "Steroids Taint Evander Holyfield's Career."
Ouch, now that can't be good for any lame products he's endorsing. Nonetheless, you claimed just one day later it would be "best selling grill of all time" despite the steroid scandal. You see Mark McGwire endorsing a lot of products these days? How 'bout Bill Romanowski?
All of this seems to suggest you are inordinately bitter and perhaps resent all the people who have figured out the extreme value of INRA, perhaps your bitterness even extends to all humankind?
Of course, just a few days after you sold it, INRA became an iHub darling and is now known by literally hundreds and hundreds of savvy traders who were buying INRA shortly after you sold out, in perfect harmony with karma, literally just days before a company-changing event was discovered.
Now you are apparently overwhelmingly bitter and self-loathing, and seem to have lost what little self control you had and are reaching a rather self-destructive state. You have managed to sully the Green Goblin's name irreparably and can now only hope to retire the alias permanently and try to triumphantly return under some other comic book name... Poison Ivy perhaps?
Oh yeah, here's that chart, take your time!
enough w/the UTs! fill my buy order first!!
btw bob, we're thinking monday, as it's 4 biz days after the entry of the Order... maybe Pink Lawyer can chime in?
c'mon, it's going the wrong way!!!
i want my cheapies dammit!
please see my prior post... have to step out soon, please bring it down a little to fill my open buy order.
tia!
we built the iBox for you Bob!
but yes, INRA was IVHG and yep, Coro is a wholly-owned sub (among a couple others), and yep, its the same Coro w/the deep Softee relationship that gets about 90% of its revs straight from MSFT.
sorry to hear about your SLJB experience... i was among those trying to warn peeps there, but i was banned for providing DD.
btw, this ain't no SLJB!!!

New MM AUTO = Automated Trading Desk Financial Services, LLC
Founded in 1988, Automated Trading Desk (ATD) pioneered the development and creation of systems and software for automated limit-order trading. Over 99 percent of ATD's trades are executed on a fully automated basis using its proprietary system. In 2004, the company generated approximately 5% of NASDAQ daily trades and 2% of NYSE daily trades.
Headquartered in the Charleston region with an office in Chicago, ATD has a local staff of nearly 70. The company's 16-acre, state-of-the-art office complex features a dual fiber ring, duplicate power feeds and multiple uninterruptible power supplies. The communications infrastructure has been built to process up to 4 billion shares per day.
"In today's world of technical linkages, there's no reason you have to be in New York City or in the Northeast Quadrant to run an operation like this. We're looking for the very, very best programmer / IT professional we possibly can find. We have developed some links with both the College of Charleston and Trident Technical College to find individuals for our networking infrastructure. We've developed an internship program with the College of Charleston, and we've found phenomenal individuals for our trading desk.
"We have all the pressures of Wall Street right here in this building. It's nice that, when we leave, we're in a community that's maybe a little bit slower paced and not so frantic. It's also nice to live in a community that's family oriented. Our employees find that the local school system is really quite good. Most of our employees do send their children to public schools, and I think they're very satisfied with the quality of education they're receiving."
Automated Trading Desk, LLC (ATD) is the sole owner of Automated Trading Desk Brokerage Services, LLC (ATDB) and Automated Trading Desk Financial Services, LLC (AUTO), both NASD members and Members SIPC and of the Automated Trading Desk Specialists, LLC (ATDS), a member and Specialist of the Chicago Stock Exchange (CHX)/Member SIPC. ATD does not offer any brokerage services and is not a NASD member or a CHX member. All brokerage services, trading functions, execution of order flow and related matters are performed through ATDB, AUTO and ATDS utilizing ATD's proprietary technology and software. Any reference to ATD trading, ATD trading services, ATD trading performance, ATD orders, we, us, our or other such usage refers to the services and trading activities of ATDB, AUTO & ATDS utilizing ATD's proprietary technology and software. Periods of market volatility or other system delays may adversely affect trade execution and related services.

Robots Swarms Learn to Communicate On Their Own
Steve Kovsky (Blog) - February 28, 2007 1:12 AM
Swarm-bots spontaneously evolved ways to work together and communicate.Experiments show that speeding up the evolutionary process can create a new breed of robot function and communicate as a team -- without human interaction
Imagine swarms of small robots, working together autonomously, forming ad hoc groups to accomplish tasks too big or complex for a single bot. That's precisely what some Swiss scientists recently achieved after programming a group of robots to mimic the evolutionary process found in biological colonies of insects such as ants or bees.
Roboticists at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne collaborated with biologists from the nearby University of Lausanne to demonstrate that robots can spontaneously evolve ways to communicate and interact to accomplish a joint goal. In the demonstration, a group of bots were programmed with an attraction to objects they identified as "food" and an aversion to objects designated as "poison." The objects were clearly visible to the robots from a distance of several meters, but could not be identified until the robot approached within inches of the object.
The robots, which were equipped with colored lights for signaling each other, were programmed with random sets of behaviors, dubbed "genomes" by the scientists. The genomes defined how each robot would process sensory information, and how it would move and operate its flashing lights. The robots were then subjected to a process simulating evolution, in which the genomes of successful robots were recombined and replicated, while genomes of robots that did not perform well were phased out.
After 500 generations of the synthesized "natural selection" process, the robots began to exhibit swarm behaviors, such as alerting each other when they located food or poison. By changing the parameters for success -- giving a lower priority to accomplishing group tasks, for example -- the scientists also observed mutations that included misleading or antisocial behaviors, such as intentionally luring other robots away from food.
The scientists have postulated that the methods they are developing to evolve robot behaviors will be simpler and less time-consuming than programming a bot's every move, eventually producing more sophisticated behaviors than are currently possible through traditional programming methods. The robots used in the project were initially developed for the European Commission-funded Swarm-Bots Project, which conducted experiments involving small robots that worked together to move large objects and navigate difficult terrain.
