I've been saying that for a while. ENTI has been doing exactly what SREH did - PR's followed by dilution (blatant by SREH, a little more hidden by ENTI)....or very large sells by somebody. I got burned on SREH and tried to warn people about ENTI when I saw the connection, and got told that I was bashing.
Hopefully something good can come from R. DiBiase stepping down for A. DiBiase. Maybe they will merge and between the two companies they can actually get something done other than selling shares like it's toilet paper. ENTI has a lot more going for it at this point, so a merger would probably be more beneficial for SREH.
Reread my message to see how I feel:

Didn't you just say a few days ago "why is this stock so good to buy"....now you claim to be in on last year's run? hmmmm....
He's now CEO of ENTI also....taking over for Rick DiBiase.
5's will be back up shortly.
4 x 5 back....lots of volume
Good news is A. DiBiase can't focus all of his time on robbing SREH shareholders now.

BZCN News:
July 22 - BizAuctions and La Jolla Liquidation Joint-Venture to Open Retail Store
BizAuctions, Inc. (OTC: BZCN), a prime provider of commercial eBay and Amazon liquidation services for excess inventories, overstocks, and returns, and La Jolla Liquidation and Auction Co. announced that the Joint-Venture is in the final stages of opening a retail store in early to Mid-August of this calendar year.
Delmar Janovec, BizAuctions' CEO, comments, "Due to the availability of name brand merchandise such as Polo Ralph Lauren, Buffalo and Lucky jeans, and other name brand clothing merchandise from BizAuctions' major retail contracts, BizAuctions and La Jolla Liquidation's Joint-Venture are in the final stages of opening a retail store in early to mid-August of this year. The retail store location is approximately 3,000 sq. ft. in size and is located within BizAuctions current 23,000 sq. ft. office-warehouse in Otay Mesa, California. BizAuctions office-warehouse is approximately two (2) blocks from the Otay Mesa Road or 905 Highway and approximately four (4) miles from the 805 Highway and border crossing into Mexico. The combined traffic flow at the Otay Mesa Road-905 highway and the 805 highway juncture carries in excess of 60,000 cars a day so with the correct signage and adequate marketing, BizAuctions-La Jolla Liquidation can draw from a large base of potential customers that utilize these highways each day.
"BizAuctions opened its 1st retail store on May 29, 2009 in the Chula Vista Center in Chula Vista, CA, next to Macy's, an anchor store, and PacSun retail stores, under the name of Lucky 7's in order to sell its name brand products such as Polo Ralph Lauren, Buffalo and Lucky jeans, Ed Hardly shirts, PING sports apparel, and other name brand clothing merchandise that brings higher retail prices at Lucky 7's versus its customary outlet, on eBay and Amazon business platforms," noted CEO, Janovec.
Romy Ashjian, President of La Jolla Liquidation remarks, "Since our formation of the Joint-Venture with BizAuctions in early April of this year, I have had the opportunity to see all of the hundreds of name brand products in the areas of electronics, clothing, and general merchandise that are in great condition which are received weekly by BizAuctions - it was then that I realized the true value in the merchandise that was being sold by BizAuctions through eBay, Amazon, and the Lucky 7's store. So, after discussions with management of BizAuctions we decided the Joint-Venture would open the retail store in the warehouse of BizAuctions current operations. The combined management of La Jolla Liquidation has in excess of 25 years experience in the retail, liquidation and auction business, and coupled with the traffic flow from Otay Mesa Road-905 highway and the 805 highway, we believe the retail store in time will develop a strong customer base that is looking for great buys on name brand merchandise."

Bloomfield Investment Club:
"BZCN is doing exactly what we thought it was going to do. This big old fat stock is lifting itself after digesting several billion shares that it was forced to eat. The best thing to do when you have eaten too much is get up and go for a walk. We think BZCN is going to just that...get up and walk...not run for some really nice gains."
BZCN's (4 x 5) going to start holiday run early this year!!
BZCN's ready to run!
Guess we might have to wait till next week for the PR, I'm excited though!!! I'd love to hear status on the prototype!!
Go WDRP!!!
Sounds great, thanks!!
Go BZCN!
BZCN 4 x 5 - Holiday run's coming early this year!!!
4 x 5 Woohoo!!
A lot of people on the board have been saying that it's going to really start moving if/when it moves past 5.....anyone have reasoning for why?
Go BZCN!!
I wouldn't mind getting some, but it was probably a one and done. Go WDRP.
It looks like Bloomfield (or their trusted, proven member) screwed everyone on this one. Outrageous, massive dumping...
Bloomfied received a call this morning from a trusted proven member with the ticker ITVI. We listen to the story of a possible mistake at the Transfer Agent and being gamblers who would love to be involved in a mistake caused squeeze we decided to jump in.
Don't play this stock unless you have disposable income..it is a straght up lotto play, but like the commercial says...you can't win if you don't play
Sorry to those that got stuck...
We were talking about why someone would tell investors to "be careful" when investing in a company.
I said that they may have already been burned by the same company or family (i.e. the DiBiase's), and want to keep other investors from having the same thing happen to them.
All I'm trying to say is some strong DD should be done on ENTI (and ENTI's "related" companies)...
I was speaking about the DiBiase family....
Either way, good luck, I hope it works out for you. Just trying to keep things in perspective.
I'd say the interest is trying to keep others from getting burned...especially when its the same company or family that may be getting rich off of it.
Do you think Ne-Yo has any idea that ENTI has sent him a "short-form" agreement?
Maybe they'll get lucky and it'll get signed...
Yes, you're right, we weren't waiting for your story full of misinformation and misspelling. Please only post facts, and if you believe you have some big revelation, please provide proof. "Alright children", I think I made my point...
I was basing it mainly on the reaction to the drop....no additional or panic selling whatsoever, and it only taking a small amount of buys to bring the PPS back to original levels.
I know that we would need a little more bid support if there are any large sellers, but there are a lot of longs holding large volume, and no one selling. We just need some buyers to get us moving back up! A good PR will bring that.
I would've loved to pick up some of those shares today...don't think we're going to see prices like that again.
This thing can run whether they actually sign Ne-Yo or not....but that would require ENTI to stop flooding the market with shares, and I don't think that's in the DiBiase's short term plans IMO.
I think they're having a competition to see who goes to jail first. Tony with blatant dumping and lying, Rick with smokescreens and hidden dumping...
Ne-Yo is a very big name, I'm surprised more people on the board haven't heard of him. It's the DiBiase's, share dumping, and misleading PR's that's the concern.
All in all, a very good day....things were looking ugly a few hours ago.
I think we're about ready for a run!!
The award for the most ridiculous paint job ever goes to.....SREH for closing up 100% on a $1 trade after half a billion shares were just dumped!
DiBiase's prize???? A one way trip to county for 5-10 with his brother!!!!
55,000 shares all but erased what just happened....no panic selling from WDRP!
Good point, it's taking no volume to move us back up....
True, that could've triggered some panic selling, but didn't. Just one person getting out.
Hope we get some good news soon, before we see more impatient shareholders...
where the hell did that come from?
Think we'll get to 4 x 5 today?
