Of course it is always someone else.....
If you never do anything, you can't be blamed for anything.
Agreed. Unless somebody buys with the intention of NEVER selling a stock, in their lifetime, they are flipping. And, as a small time investor, I have tripled my share count in a few short weeks by flipping. And still pocketed some of the profits.
To the question some have had regarding devaluing the assets, on a company's balance sheet, if your assets decrease your liabilities have to decrease as well. The easiest way is to expense it as depreciation, as there is no real account on the liability side to show the adjustment. Usually, they will also show the adjustment on the asset side as an allowance for depreciation, leaving the initial asset value unchanged. But this industry is a bit different than mine, and with them being a foreign corporation, that may not apply here.
GLTA tomorrow.
There was news yesterday that stated Son had considered it months ago, but decided against it. But, you never know, if he considered it once, he may consider it again later.
Based on his latest personal FB posts, it looks like he may have moved back. Most of his posts over the last few weeks show Fort Wayne & vicinity locations.
I would have replied earlier, but I got in trouble here about a year ago. Was upset at first, but being restricted seems to have helped me keep my sanity.
My guess is that he asked FINRA if they would approve it, and he took their non-response (or hemming & hawing) as a yes. Now they are just sitting back waiting for him to attempt it, so that the SEC can shut down BOTH tickers. It will probably be his other 'company' NWA*.
Unfortunately, we are again relegated to guessing Mark's motives. My one hope is that, for some reason, FINRA has given Mark a definite date and the delay has something to do with the DTC chill, although FINRA and DTCC have nothing to do with each other. But maybe Mark is using the delay to approach DTCC himself.
ONE can only hope and guess at this point.

But you can't claim that someone's posts have been spot on, if their claims haven't come to fruition.
And, yes, I can say it's not. And until it actually drops below $1,000 my posts would be more accurate. Just stating facts.
Good luck with that, this hasn't seen .002 in almost a month....
Peeps are just used to Mark's propensity for pushing his timelines as far as he can. They are already giving him an extra week.
GLTA
Again?..... No!
Still?..... Of course!
It mentions that the $90 million closed on 4-30-2015, so it would be after that, less than 3 months.
Good question.
But I did hear the same thing on 'Nightly Business Report'(PBS) last night.
It is probably more than the ads. A few months back, someone on here told me about 'NoScript' for 'FireFox', it made a HUGE difference.
It blocks all kinds of scripts good and bad, and defaults blocking scripts on every website. You will need to train it as to what sites to allow partially or fully.
As an example, I have mine set to allow 'investorshub.advfn.com' but block 'advfn.com'. Unfortunately, all of the bells & whistles here are on 'advfn.com', such as pressing 'N' for 'Next post', most searches, and the formatting buttons to the left of the post entry screen. But in my opinion it is well worth it (see link below).
If I temporarily allow 'advfn.com', several pop-up ads appear and my computer grinds to a halt.

EDIT: Just to let you know, you probably will still see ads, but they are not the ones that will drag your system down.
GIVE THE MAN A BREAK!!!
It's not easy to edit a fake recording like that, especially making it sound real!!!
China reported lower gold inventory than expected. Question is, have they been dumping the last few weeks. If so, several funds may freak out and dump even faster.
WOW!!
Sixteen different jobs in twenty years. Wonder why he can't seem to hold a job?
Can't remember what board I saw it posted on, but some time back it was 'explained' that the company is required to increase the AS/OS to allow for the short shares too....... HAHAHAHAHAHA
Agreed.
The problem is, I doubt they could come up with a punishment that would actually stop future scams. I mean does anyone think that even jail time is going to deter most of the fraudsters out there?
Makes me wonder if maybe they got tired of giving them slaps on the wrist.
If they stopped them too early, they might have been limited to conspiracy type charges. By waiting maybe they hoped they could do some real damage, and make other fraudsters think twice.
So, is this a 'bring it on' situation? Or is it desperation?
Either way I like it. haha

Sorry, but that still doesn't break even. In your wage calculations, you forgot to allow for the employer's cost for FUTA, SUTA, FICA, Worker's Comp,..... Basically you can add ~50% ($16,600) to cover that.
Then you have insurances, liability and property, just to name two. In Indiana, this would equate to ~$5,000 to $7,000, with the liability varying with sales. (The more you sell, the more protection you need.) And with this being in Cali, you can at least double this amount.
Looks like another ~80 cans per day.
Same thing....
Purdue??? That explains a lot.....
I figure they are expecting at least a double short-term, so I can't wait to hear what is coming with the SH meeting Thursday and then Q2 in a couple of weeks.

True, they were at .45-.453 CDN which is/was ~.38-.40 USD (as he posted).

Good question. You will have to ask the scum, he is in Arizona.
There are more here than you may realize. Some are day-traders, some are long term investors, and some do a little of both.
Very true....
But when you consider it was down ~$8.00 at one point, that makes it a $13.00 upswing in a blink of an eye. Not 'skyrocketing' but impressive.
Nah, it's going to tap .45 - .50 before it drops to fill the .30 gap.
And I believe the older gap is history, as long as nothing nasty comes out.

Maybe by having the TA post the AS, it would put pressure on the company to keep them updated. Wouldn't look too good if the incorrect numbers were filed with the SEC. Might cause some questions they would rather not have to answer.
But wouldn't the TA need to be updated so as to avoid releasing more shares than authorized? And if they need to know the AS, they may as well release them.
So sorry for your loss, Matt. You and yours will be in my thoughts and Prayers.
I know, right?
The first couple of times he showed up, when I was a pennystock newbie, I thought COOL!! Then a couple of days later it would be WTH just happened?!?! I quickly learned his charts were the 'kiss of death' to 'stinky pinkys'. Nothing really against him, it is just like Janice and others have posted, by the time he shows up, the end is near.
I personally feel Clay's charts are an automatic sell signal, then watch a few days for a lower buy-in.
But aren't you the one that has posted recently something to the effect of 'stupid people shouldn't be allowed to invest'? So how does what Clay does not fit exactly with your theory of money flowing up the intelligence ladder. Not sure I would place Clay much higher than the average stupid investor, but he probably loses his money to the next guy on the ladder, in keeping with your theory.
Buried in the middle of several filings from yesterday....
