Guaranteed at the close, the ask will be painted with probably a 100 share trade.
Back up to .03 on the ask - MMs been moving a lot of shares around - created some wild price moves.
What are folks expetations here? Once the aquisitions have been completed and financials out to document QASP's new net worth, are you expecting the stock to gap up accordingly?

Never better and I hope Quasar will as well.
Looks like the stock is right at the 50DMA at $.031. If we can close above it, that should become support.
Aloha Puglet - Been researching this stock for a few days, finally decided to jump in at the open today.
My only comments are that the float at about 15mil and outstanding shares at about 50mil are small compared to most pinks. Yes, it would appear that shares were sold into the June run to fund AirStar purchase, but once they list the financials to document the "new" Mundus assets/revenue with AirStar, the share price should increase accordingly.

Goose44 - The Mundus Website has been updated as of July 17, 2009 under "Company Information" to show the present share structure and current information regarding latest company status. Please update the IBox with this info.

TSHO Chart - Most stocks in this price would show 5K on the bid/ask size on Level 2. TSHO shows only 100 shares on the bid/ask size so you know that shares are in short supply. Now that we have broken out above $.15, that level becomes support so the next resistance is at the upper Bollinger band which is $.18.
10Q filed 7/13 had the following to say: "We will need to generate significant additional revenue to support our projected increases in staffing and other operating expenses in light of our anticipated merger at the end of July 2009 with The Irus Group. We are currently expending approximately $70,000 per month to support our operations, and under our current business plan that anticipates completing the merger with The Irus Group we would be expending approximately $650,000 per month by the end of fiscal 2009. We expect to raise additional financing through sale of shares of our common stock until the expected closing date of the merger with The Irus Group at the end of July 2009 that will, we believe, allow us to raise enough capital that combined with the cash generated by our combined companies will be sufficient to fund our operations through the end of December 2009. If we are unable to generate increased revenue, raise additional capital or find another merger partner with sufficient revenues to support our operations, it will be necessary for us to significantly reduce expenses to stay in business. Although we believe the additional capital we will require will be provided through one of these sources, we cannot assure you that we will be successful in these financing efforts or find financing at acceptable prices. Our failure to generate such revenue, reduce expenses or obtain necessary financing could impair our ability to stay in business and raises substantial doubt about our ability to remain as a going concern."

So it looks like the merger will occur end of month. If there is any selling, I guess we all know where it is coming from.

Looking forward to the next few weeks as well. The company is FINALLY showing a lot of promise. I don't anticipate the share price "going to the moon", however a slow steady rise over the next few weeks/months is more sustainable and just fine with me. They still need to begin filing financials again and they need to show increasing revenue each quarter.

Azstoney - to assist you in the future, I'm going to repost my post to Aelalfy because the same applies to you.
Aelalfy - I bought shares today at because I know how awesome this SRI/Magnum technology is and how commited management is to making this company a huge success. You need to decide if you are trading this stock or plan on being a long term investor or a combination of both. If you are trading the stock, you should learn how to read charts if you don't know already so you know where to set stop losses or trailing stop losses at. If you are long on the stock, then you use pull backs as a buying opportunity. You can also maintain a core position and trade a portion of it as well. This company's technology is one of a kind and you'll see that unfold within the next couple months.

Great update firetamer - I just want to clarify that your understanding is that the company doesn't plan on diluting shares to obtain their needed financing which is how most companies normally go about it, especially when dealing with private venure capital sources. The fact that you were told that they want the share price higher to get financing, leads me to further believe that they anticipate that there will be some share dilution, but want to minimize it with a higher share price. What's your understanding?

Like I said when I posted the chart, if we break through and close above $.15, it then becomes a strong support level. Monday should be interesting.

It appears that drones are becoming the survelience tool of choice - keeps our troops safe and provides critical info. I like that figure of 1.3 billion shifted to pay for drones and drone support facilities. AirStar could land some real meaty contracts in addition to those they presently have. Looking forward to more info on what AirStar has done to Mundus bottom line.

The NR came out right after the close on Friday, so lets hope it stirs some buying on Monday.

MNDP Chart The stock looks to be consolidating, with resistance at $.07, storing energy for the next breakout.
MDOR Chart - The stock has formed a solid bottom above the 200 DMA support level, and is consolidating and storing energy for the next break out.
TSHO Chart - You have to go back a year to find resistance at around the present level of $.15 and it held strong for several trading sessions. Once the stock breaks above that level, it will become a support level and should provide very strong support.

Aloha Parthox - I don't expect these bargin basement prices to be around much longer. The company has announced the AirStar aquisition, but no hint yet of what that does to the Mundus bottom line. Considering the company hasn't had any revenues to date, this aquisition should give them a solid balance sheet and the stock should be valued accordingly.
Like you said, AirStar has a great reputation and has contracts with the US Government. If not provided by a news release first, I'm sure we'll find out just how valuable those contracts and newly aquired assets are at least by the next time the company files financials, (The company's second quarter ends July 31), and hopefully that will be their first 10QSB SEC filing.

You can dig it out of the NR "Although this product (Shameez) is not one of the several exclusive products we're planning for television infomercials,... but it's stated in an "oh by the way" manner. The company has been limping along for quite awhile now - it will be nice to see revenues start to flow again.
Makamai
Welcome to the MDOR board - you got your shares at a good time and an unreal price. The SRI/Magnum technology will begin bringing in huge revenue streams in the near future. Enjoy the ride.
Makamai
MNDP Chart - Indicators are starting to turn bullish. Hoping for a slow but steady climb now that the company has assets.
I can make accomodations for that if the urge hits you.. in the meantime, it's nice to have interests/hobbies to keep you busy other than TV where if you are fortunate, you can even earn a buck or two...
Take care,
Makamai
Hope it helps - Post what U can re IR call - it would be appreciated. You might see if he has a big hammer to break through that $.15 resistance level
Makamai
Bobby - Sounds like you need a Hawaiian Vacation to get your life back on track

Hopefully the company will back the news up with a promo. Need to get more investors aware of the company and it's potential. Also, the company needs to file SEC financials. Hoping for more follow through tomorrow.

Do you have a problem with employee incentive programs?
Do you always answer a question with a question?
Razor - from the last NR, the CEO had this to say:""I am excited to see us forge a stronger path in this $150 Billion industry", said Luniel de Beer, CEO of Tradeshow Marketing. He continued that, "We are setting strong revenue goals for our new fiscal year and are keeping our focus on growth while tightly controlling costs. I firmly believe that strong talent, strong products, and the right strategic approach are the keys to success, and we're paying a lot of attention to that."
As the company continues to build out its existing operations, including its newly announced jewelry refining business, there's also great excitement about its plans for new products with TV infomercials at a time when there's renewed interest from the business world in the direct response and infomercial industry.
As far as immediate news - I would be looking for more info on their newly aquired jewelry refining business.

If you look at the chart - it looks like there is a lid on the stock price at $.15 - can't stay there forever I guess...

You say "only to make profit on newcomers" Prove to me that CC has sold even 1 share and then I'll believe you.
OK Fsmith, first of all, who that's credible says there is no room for profit with their multi-million contracts? Do you know for sure that the $15 mil financing hasn't happened and won't be happening? If that were the case, the company would have to put out an NR regarding it. And finally the tire dump aquisition - property aquisitions in the present market take time. It took me 3 1/2 months to refi my house which in the past would have taken 3 weeks so yes I have no reason not to believe the NRs.

Interesting to look at the chart for the last two years. You can see when the reverse split took place and what's happened since. Looking forward to renewed action in the near future. At the time of the reverse split, the stock traded as high as $1.70.
Makamai
I have no reason not to.
MDOR Chart back by popular demand. By the way, past charts automatically update themselves so you can look at a past post to get the latest chart. Today a spinning top was formed - the stock price is bouncing off the 200 DMA (the red line on the chart).
Makamai
Unusual volume today - we must be close to hearing some good news from the company.
I read NRs.
I agree - I've averaged down at these levels which is a no brainer as the downside is very little based on past history. Just waiting for the aquisition NR and what's to follow. More importantly is filing their financials which I hope they do soon once the aquisition is complete to show the market what they are worth with the aquisition in place. Market needs that to properly price the stock.
