According to the BK documents they belond to xtend medical. They list the value is not yet determined. So, I think Xtend has control of the patents due to the fact that Lee signed them over. If they had been handed back to Lee, seems like they would not have the patents listed as an asset. Just my opinion. No way to know for sure one way or the other.
I was thinking the same thing. I almost bought more last week because I figured this was going to turn into something big. But I waited and now I am kicing myself. However, looking at their website, updates, and Jeff's track record, it is very possible they have NO intentions of staying a .pk for long. These guys look serious and that is not something you see in pinkland.
Boys and girls, the pps just jumper for "no reason". I love it when that happens. Something is coming.
Should take it out easy. Just had to get a few sellers out the way. Healthy climb north is always good.
Good Morning. We had a few sellers and now she is ready to move up. .02c was the old support which turned to resistance. A key level to keep in mind as we climb north. I think it will be interesting to see if we can break it.
Oops. I meant to say .02c. That was the support that changed to resistance a while back. If we could break .02, we would have a blast.
Locked and loaded. Looking for a penny with buying pressure.
Accumulation line dropped a little. A few profit takers and it will run. This should be a hot stock this week.
I have seen stocks that scottrade would not let me buy go up 2,000% in a week ( I can give you a list from the past). I look for LHPT to run this week. Just my thoughts on it.
I moved to zecco for the same reason. I have found that when scottrade does not let you buy that the stock is about to run. I think they get caught in a short position or they want the pps down for some reason. They come up with stupid excuses. I tried to buy lhpt on scottrade and it would not let me buy either. So, I went to zecco and doubled my order. I always load up on zecco when I see scottrade doing that mess.
Lee has the most invested in the Bio Harp. It is the reason why he fighted so hard to get out of the deal with Paul. But when he signed over the patents, it was a game changer for Xtend Medical. The apa does not matter much with chapter 7 just around the corner. Sam must play ball or it is all gone.
That is a great point. This technology was invented, researched, and designed in Korean Hands. Now, if Sam lets this slip into chapter 7 next week, it will be liquidated and more than likely end up being sold to another American company. Sam will get nothing. So, they are just going to give up and let the Americans have it without a payday? We have talked about the APA and the legal battle for a while now. Looks like all that is going out the door with the chapter 7 just around the corner. I do not think Lee should pay his lawyers a dime. They have given him some very bad advice telling him to sign the patents over to Xtend Medical. The chapter 7 strategy by Xtend will force Lee to work this out. Lee's lawyers should have warned him in advance that this could happen before he signed the patents over. Now he is forced to negotiate and I think we will wee a new deal next week. Paul and Knobbes had this planned out from day 1. The change Paul made to the share structure was for more than control. It was a power play that would reduce anything Lee got in chapter 7. Just do the math. Smart guys and a strong play.
Thats is good news. They are now the TOP INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LAW FIRM. They did not get this far participating in scams and sending their clients into ch7. Looks for the game changer in overtime. Maybe on the steps of the BK courthouse when Sam says "ok ok, I change my mind. The stuffs in the trunk".
Yes. I agree it is looking bad. Possibly the end of a long list of things:
Xtend Medical
Paul's job, reputation and credit score
Ben and Nadines job
Lee's chance to make a penny
The Bio Harp (someone may put it on a shelf to keep their magnets making them more money)
All of our investment
The fun group of posters on the Ihub message board.
And many other things will end and all for nothing.
The boys can not let this happen. Got to be a game changer in overtime.
XMDC is not over yet. The Bio Harp has not generated 1 penny in revenue. If we go into chapter 7 this week, Lee will never get a penny for all the work and time that he invested in the Bio Harp. He may hate Paul with a passion but I seriously doubt that he wants to see a total loss.
Did he want to negotiate with Paul last week and stop this trainwreck?????
Probably not.
Does he have a choice considering the circumstances???
Probably not.
Will xmdc keep the "Q"?
Probably not.
It is all just my opinion based on 1+1=2 and Q+Q=0
My bet is the madness ends and xmdc turns north.
I do not know if the our law firm could legally buy our stock based on the material events they would know about. They would not risk doing anything shady. But I can tell you this. There are a lot of eyes on xmdc for sure. If we see any buying or the "q" goes away monday or tuesday, we will have a MAJOR buying frenzy when the sideline money starts rolling in. That is my prediction for next week. It could be crazy to say the least.
Yes. Knobbes is the key. In fact, Paul could have been working with them on manufacturing, marketing, distribution, technical support and everything else. It was right under our nose and we did not see it. Kind of like the "Q". everyone fears we will see BK7 but there is much more we can not see. Like a new deal and this stock comes back from the dead. The "Q" goes away and XMDC proves to be the wild card. It always has been.
I am glad you said that but let me clarify one thing. Knobbe is in the "start up medical device" business according to their new website. That is very very interesting to say the least. They happen to start it up around the same time we were going into mediation. Ok, well maybe that means nothing that the #3 largest intellectual patent law firms decides to go into the medical device business. They have secured many patents for major companies over the years. All kinds of different technologies and yet they pick medical devices.
part 2. Knobbes knew that Paul did not have the 500,000 dollars they would have to bill him just to get the patents for Xtend Medical. These people had to know beyond a shadow of a doubt that the device would work. Period. Also, Knobbes had to also know that Sam may back out of the mediation agreement. So, they advised Paul on what to do. They are the best at what they do and I think the "q" was Knobbes idea. In fact they probably suggested that Paul change the share structure so that Sam would have less shares if it went to BK7. These people are a brilliant.
I say it was an end game strategy and they have a deal worked out with Paul to help him kick start the technology. Why would they do it. If the Bio Harp is real, it will change medicine worldwide. The third largest patent law firm teams that has a full staff of scientist and experts working for them up with a man that only has furniture and patents that do not work?????? And they do it on credit (500,000)??? Not a chance!!!!!!!
No it is not over yet. They have waited to the last minute to resolve this. I remember in the the court docs that the judge really hinted that these boys should talk this out. The judge also hinted about the cost and everything else. The "Q" proves the judge has been around the block and seen these situations before. I do not think the judge really knew much about the technology. They made the comment that neither party knew what to do with the technoogy. That was a stupid statement. Lee had been working on it for 14 years. His company in Korea that sells animal health products could have sold these devices. UNI Bio Tech. Remember plantation was screaming that the company did not exist and the whole thing was a scam. Well news flash from Friday night DD. Sam's comany Uni Bio Tech is very real and has been in business for 30 years. Problem back in 2009 is that they did not have an english version of their website. They do now.
http://ubtech.co.kr/en/
One look at the website and you will see the same stuff that was on our original marketing material for the Bio Harp. We did not need to merge with that company because they are into vet supplies and everything else. It was just chanaged to an asset purchase so that we could get the Bio Harp to market. The patents were all in Sam's name anyway at the time. My point is that everyone just went nuts thinking that UNI-Bio Tech did not exist because they could not find it online. Kind of like the device itself. Just because you have not seen one does not mean it is a scam.
No heart attacks for me. However, a stroke is possible if we do not lose the "q" next week. I am looking forward to checking the otc bulletin board list for our symbol change next week. BK7 is not how this ends. Think about how much time and money Sam has in the Bio Harp. Then all the expenses for the last 18 months for Sam and Paul for legal, travel, and everything else. We are talking about over a million bucks at least and the Bio Harp has not generated 1 penny in revenue yet. Who knows how much Sam and UNI-Bio-tech had in it before Paul ever came into the picture. I say the boys toss out the original APA. Both sides just make a new deal. Sam takes shares and walks away. Paul calls off the chapter 7 and starts production. Happy ending and no more heart attacks.
I hope you are correct. I just can not see xmdc going into chapter 7 next week. What would we do for fun??????? I do not own any other stocks.
Yes it will. Words and agreements will not cut it anymore. Time is up and the only thing left to do is get her done.
Looks like 1,400,000 buys today and 1,373,760 sells. Texas Hold Em for sure. I wonder how much money is sitting on the side lines waiting to see which direction xmdcq goes?????? Without the "q", she will fly. I say 100,000,000 in volume if the fat lady does not sing the chapter 7 song.
Thanks. In fact, ask him to tell you everything he can remember when he witnessed the Bio Harp in use. I know this is asking a lot but there are a lot of us that would love to hear that testimony. So, if you do not mind, please get in touch with him and get back to us as soon as possible. Also, check your messages. You are going to get a pm soon. Have a nice weekend.
No and it looks like the ask went up just before the close. They liek to do that when you are trying to buy. I think Monday should be fun. Wishing all the longs a great weekend.
Sorry I did not mean to pm you a second ago. I hit the wrong button and sent it pm instead of public reply. One of those days. LOL
You said a while back that you know someone that has seen the device in action and that you have talked to them. Does the Bio Harp scan through clothes or does the sensor need to touch the skin? I was just curious about that part. The old trade show photos showed them holding the scanner close to the people but there is no way to know. Also, the scanners they were using back in 2008 had a wire going to the lap top. I was wondering if the one that guy seen used was wireless. Sorry to ask so many questions. Thanks.
Chapter 7 is beyond stupid. The Bio Harp patents are what is referred to as "breakthrough patents". This is when you get a patent for a "New Technology". It is not in the same category as all the junk patents for "closet Organizers", or "orange cleaners". Breakthrough patents are worth huge money when the products hit the market. Problem with the Bio Harp patents is the market has never seen the device in use. Sam was paid 32,000,000 for the technology (in stock). However, there was a target price for the pps. And I think it was a lot higher than .05c pps. So his 500,000,000 shares could have potentially made him a huge fortune. I just can not see this going to chapter 7. Way too much money on the line. Just my opinion and I could be wrong.
That is an interesting question. But I think the big factor will be Sam. They could literally make a new deal and end all the madness. That is only my opinion but BK is not a good resolution for Sam or Paul. So, we have a wild bet.
Exactly. The stock that was on the list with us the day we got the "q" did not end up going into BK. They canelled and the "q" is now gone. I have the dd on that. So, it is not over until the judge stamps it and that has not happened until they meet the creditors next week. So, this situation can change fast. I believe it will and I have a buy in place for more shares.
I think the odds are that your statement is correct. Sam will not lose it all and walk away with nothing. He has fought for a year to keep those patents. Chapter 7 and they are gone for good. We should see a final resolution soon. Possible game changer has got to be in the works. Just speculation on my part. Lots of opinion on what is going to happen.
Yes it is. I picked up some shares today on the bottom.
That is good point. Lets say I buy a car and they give me the title for it but they never cash my check. I should legally own it when my name is on the title. Then I get a lein put on the title because I lost a big superbowl bet. I also file bankruptcy in the middle of it all. Sounds like a mess. Not good for me, the person that sold it to me, or the lein holder. And top it all off with a big hangover because my team lost.
this is the kind of situation that Paul, Sam, the shareholders and Knobbes are in. The only logical solution is for Sam to take his shares and let Paul market the Bio Harp. Chapter 7 will not work out good for anyone except Knobbes.
I like what you said and it is a bold move. Game changer one way or the other. Why do you think he picked 7 as opposed to 11 ??? Also, according to the court docs Sam did not take possession of his shares. They were prepared to give them to him but he did not take them. So, in chapter 7 what would Sam get? The apa issue is still unresolved. I am no so sure he would get anything because the patents say Xtend Medical. I do not see Sam getting much of anything if he lets this go chapter 7. Maybe that is why Paul picked 7 instead of 11. I guess 11 would have entitled Sam to more based on the unresolved APA issue.
It is better than vegas. The house does not get a cut on this play.
Based on that date, do you think Sam has had some time to stress over watching it all go away?????? Chapter 7 is a total loss for him. That is a given. XMDC's debts will be taken into consideration when the patents are sold but Sam will be stuck with a ton of legal bills on his own.
That is funny you say that it would be the only event we could predict. I was just typeing a post about how xmdc has been the unpredictable b word that changes directions when you least expect it.
Goes back to my theory that XMDC stock is the b word. Everytime you think you have it figured out she changes directions. We thought everything was fine at .08c pps. We held our shares and BAM it end up going to court. Stock tanked and a lot of us thought that we would never see the patnets or any assets. Well then she changed again. We got the patnets and the pps rose from the grave. Only to drop back down again when more issues with Sam came up. But there is one thing that changes the dynamics of the outcome. The patents. The security interest is what will save us. Sam can not let it go to chapter 7. If history holds true XMDC will be the b word once again and do what people least expect. She will rise from the grave when the "q" goes away.
Sam had already invested a lot into the Bio Harp long before Paul came into the picture. So, a year long legal battle from Sam was only another percentage added to his investment in the Bio Harp technology. I could see Sam putting up a fight to get out if that is that he wanted to do. Looks like he got bad legal advice if they did not see this potentially happening. But I can not see Sam knowingly taking a TOTAL loss on how his time and work. That is beyond financial suicide. I do not care if he is from a different cuture, if he is from earth he will protect his investment. I say chapter 7 never happens. Guess this really is Texas Hold Em for us but it has got be a no brainer for him.
Rain had given us some numbers on what it cost Sam in just patent Fee's and stuff when this deal started. Like 70 countries or something. Then the 14 years of research, clinical trials at Chemco, electrical signal processing circuit board construction at Gehocho, and all the other expenses in research and development. Then we can add all of Sam's legal bills in the past year to the total amount he has invested just in those patents. I have no idea how to guess how much money thta would be. Hundeds of thousands for sure not even counting his time. It all burns to dust if we see chapter 7. Period. Not happening.
Now Paul, he does not have nearly the amount of time or money into this project that Sam does. He will drop that match on the carpet next week. I seriously doubt this is a bluff. Sam does not even need a smart pill to figure out that this can be worked out for his best interest. Everyone makes money and no one calls a fire truck.
permanent vacation when she saw the treadmill.
