the reason for the "change" here should be obvious. if any material news came out PDIV and other "insiders" would not be able to buy for a certain time period. over 5 billion shares have traded hands since the CL. i don't think it was retail.

why would they IF there really is a 200 billion short here. they announce a divvy (a foregone conclusion at this point imo) and people along with gncp mgt would forget you and 0.0001 quickly. certain things you can't do until pink current, and it appears those things will take 2-3 weeks to complete. you want to leave massive piles of cash on the table? that's your business and not gncp's mgt's.
