It's not that we don't need a gap, we don't want a gap... if everyone that wants in, buys at 9:30, what about 11:30, 1:30, 3:30?... is everyone willing to just sit there with vary little trades for the rest of the day or are they going to start getting nervous and selling little sh*t orders at the bid for the rest of the day, so we end up down after opening up with a gap... just don't be impatient IMO.. so many runs die from gaps...

I disagree. There were five market makers closing on the ask @ .002 on Friday.. there are shares available there.. the only thing that would screw that up would be newbs throwing in their order above .002 since a). their buy will be overpriced and b). it could potentially screw up the run.. we do NOT want to gap up as it will fu*k everything up.. plz people do NOT put in an order for more than .002 until you HAVE to.......... or, screw up the run and buy overpriced stock.. up to you and is only my opinion..

How bout this.. Stop right there... Nobody knows yet.. If this stock was truly legit, do you think your order at .002 would be anything more than a joke.. There is still speculation and this is why we are here, at .002.. Maybe there is 'less' speculation now then when it was at .0002 and maybe there will be even less speculation when it is at .02... There is speculation at every price of every stock.. but I'm sure you will know if/when it is 100% confirmable and legit and you probably won't be getting shares at .002 in that case.. people bought in here on what they have seen ECFL progressing towards.. the changes with the secretary of state, the merger, talks with the CEO... numerous confirmable items... feel me?

Again I would disagree, alot of extremely jittery investors down in sub-penny land, and most just want their hand held with constant clarification and confirmation every ten seconds as the other hand is over the panick button at all times... A sub is a sub for a reason, everyone is cautious until proven otherwise and its up to the company to prove the otherwise.. Also the 1st PR a company puts out when they are merging is very rarely the finalization of said merger.. Know what I mean?

if you want my honest opinion.. pull your order for .021, you will get .002 if you want them at that price and are putting in the order this early.. why overpay, get yourself more shares for your dollar.. Most traders use multiple orders at multiple prices, you don't have to get 'em all at once... as much as I would love to say, "smack that ask, put the whole order in for .0021 to make sure you get them", that isn't a wise decision and I don't recommend it... If you like the stock and want to ensure that you are in, grab some at .002 maybe, since that's the current ask, see how everything goes, maybe grab a few more... you get my point.. but buy the dips, don't just throw it all in right away... there will always be dips.. and if it gaps, just leave it, they always fill IMO...

ECFL is supposed to have another PR on Monday, Tuesday at the latest according to the ECFL board who is in contact with the CEO.. Would that change any predictions?

IMO, what you saw Friday was profit taking, day traders, flippers etc.. Some of the shares that were gobbled up on Wednesday at .001, popped back up at Friday at .002.. Now .002 is a thick area as well, the shares that get swallowed up here at .002 are not all going to be pure long shares and go into strong hands, some will resurface at say .003 for 50% and .004 for a double.. The volume will need to be higher in these areas to keep going due to profit taking and resistance in the past from the charts, and will require more volume, but less and less as the price inches up... The reason you don't want to see 400 million shares trade, IMO, is because even though that would form a nice base up here for those who already have a double, all these shares will resurface again as the PPS goes up and would be a sign that we have NO longs... There are only approx a billion tradeable shares and for us to trade half in a day, is very excessive IMO... and actually would scare the hell out of alot of traders...lol.. now we all just need to forget that 400 million number...lol..

The point was just that everyone is going to have different theories, hence the PPS projections anywhere from $.02 - $1.00. We just have to stick with what we know, like when the PR's are coming, etc.. and let investors play it however they see fit.. If they lose, they lose, they win, they win... & good luck to all, and I hope you win.. Almost everybody who has arrived here within the past few weeks and bought in, is up money, so they are all doing something right...

I like the pressure analogy, and your right IMO.. Now here's the 3 bears analogy..lol. We just have to keep positive pressure, not too much, as the stock will run away pre-mature and not too little, or people will panick on a single downtick and turn it into a bloodbath. It seems that Dez is timing it just right so far and is keeping investors constantly on their toes by spanning the PR's apart perfect distance and keeping you in anticipation of the next PR and what it means to ECFL. This IMO is what leads to a long, steady, sustainable increase in PPS which will lead to the 1-1000 baggers we all speak of.. IMO, everything is playing itself out incredibly well here and if things keep on track the way they have been, ECFL is going to change the lives of its investors...

What can ECFL shareholders expect next week?

1). PR (Monday/Tuesday I believe you said?)

Phil, your right and I apologize for the way the post comes across now that I re-read it.. What it should have read is, every ECFL shareholder greatly appreciates the transparency and information that you provide through Dez. However, each trader has a vastly different strategy and hence view on ECFL, where it is going, how it needs to be traded, etc.. I think we should leave as much of the 'personal' strategy and opinion out as possible to let investors decide for themselves what they feel is going to or needs to happen. I'm all for people making a prediction but if newbies are going to expect us to trade x on Monday and come Monday they start getting nervous and asking why we havn't traded x, especially when technically its a baseless number, you can see my point.. you'd be surprised the ridiculousness of what gets asked on the boards and the panick that can be created from a response that isn't favourable... and we would hate to setup for a situation like that.. but i won't bring it up or mention it again, you know my stance... maybe I'm wrong.. Again, sorry for the way I worded the post... It could have been done better...
