Biggest Covid Vaccine Study Ever Finds Concerning Links
https://truthpress.com/news/biggest-covid-vaccine-study-ever-finds-concerning-links/
Adverse reactions to COVID-19 shots were found in a massive eight-country study of 99 million vaccinated people, according to a study published Feb. 12 in the journal Vaccine.
Myocarditis — inflammation of the heart muscle — and pericarditis — inflammation of the sac surrounding the heart — showed statistically significant higher adverse reactions than expected.
The international research project by the Global Vaccine Data Network was established in 2021 to see if adverse reactions to COVID-19 vaccines exceeded estimates.
The researchers analyzed negative reactions based on the types of vaccines given in four doses.
All vaccines reviewed indicated at least some higher-than-expected adverse reaction on the first dose.
Other high negative responses included Guillian-Barre syndrome, acute disseminated encephalomyelitis and cerebral venous sinus thrombosis.
Guillian-Barre syndrome is a dangerous but rare attack on the body’s nerves by the immune system.
Acute disseminated encephalomyelitis is a central nervous system inflammation that affects mainly children.
Cerebral venous sinus thrombosis is a blood clot in a vein in the brain that can cause stroke.
Also, while not as high, Bell’s palsy (facial paralysis), transverse myelitis (inflammation of the spinal cord), thrombocytopenia (low platelet count), idiopathic thrombocytopenia (increased bruising and bleeding), pulmonary embolism (blood clot in a lung), splanchnic vein thrombosis (abdominal vein clotting) and various seizures in some vaccinations reflected statistically significant adverse reactions greater than anticipated.
The study credited its large sample size with providing high statistical power to its analysis and credited doing research in North and South America, Europe and Oceania with helping to provide validity to its findings.
“To date, the number of such large systematically coordinated studies across diverse geographical locations and populations is limited,” the researchers wrote.
Vaccines studied were from Pfizer, Moderna and AstraZeneca.
The research concluded with a statement that COVID vaccinations and possible adverse effects should be looked at based on risk-benefit.
“The safety signals identified in this study should be evaluated in the context of their rarity, severity, and clinical relevance,” the study said.
It also indicated that some of the adverse reactions of vaccination also can occur in COVID-19 infections.
“Overall risk-benefit evaluations of vaccination should take the risk associated with infection into account, as multiple studies demonstrated higher risk of developing the events under study, such as GBS (Guillian Barre syndrome), myocarditis, or ADEM (acute disseminated encephalomyelitis), following SARS-CoV-2 infection than vaccination,” the study said.
I totally understand...lol
Yep...and look what's entering down south...infinitely worse.
Texas High School Legally Punished Black Student Over Hairstyle, Judge Rules
The district says the student’s hair violates the district’s dress code.

A Texas school district that punished a black high school student for refusing to change his hairstyle did not violate a new state law that prohibits race-based hair discrimination, a judge ruled on Thursday.
Darryl George, 18, is a junior and has not attended his regular classes since Aug. 31 because his high school in Barbers Hill ISD says his hair violates the district’s dress code policy.
The Houston-area school district filed a lawsuit arguing that Mr. George’s hair exceeds the length permitted for boys. Mr. George has locs tied and twisted on top of his head, but the district says his hair would fall below his shirt collar, earlobes, or eyebrows when let down.
The district said other students with locs have complied with its hair length policy.
State District Judge Chap Cain III ruled in favor of the district, saying its ongoing punishment of Mr. George over the length of his hair is legal and does not violate the CROWN Act.
This is a breaking story and will be updated.

Letitia James Threatens To Seize Trump’s Buildings If He Can’t Pay Massive $350 Million+ Fine
https://truthpress.com/news/letitia-james-threatens-to-seize-trumps-buildings-if-he-cant-pay-massive-350-million-fine/
New York Attorney General Letitia James threatened to seize former President Donald Trump’s New York properties if he can’t come up with the money to pay the $354 million civil fraud fine he was handed down last week by a New York judge.
James, who accused Trump of making misleading financial statements to banks to secure better terms on loans, said that she would take over the former president’s assets if he couldn’t come up with the money for the fine.
Trump, who is mounting a comeback campaign for the presidency, is planning to appeal the decision that barred him and two of his sons from doing business in New York in addition to the fine.
“If he does not have funds to pay off the judgment, then we will seek judgment enforcement mechanisms in court, and we will ask the judge to seize his assets,” James told ABC News. “We are prepared to make sure that the judgment is paid to New Yorkers, and yes, I look at 40 Wall Street each and every day.”
James was referring to the Trump Building, a 72-story building with 1.3 square million feet of office space on Wall Street right by the New York Stock Exchange.
Trump has denied any wrongdoing and claims that the judgment was politically motivated election interference. Alina Habba, Trump’s lawyer, said she expects them to have the decision overturned at the appellate level.
In his response to the ruling, Trump pointed to statements James made during her campaign for attorney general in which she promised that charges should be brought against him. At one point, she even went as far as to say she would help remove him from office.
“I believe that this president is incompetent,” James said in a video promoting her campaign.
“I believe that this president is ill-equipped to serve in the highest office of this land. And I believe that he is an embarrassment to all that we stand for. He should be charged with obstructing justice. I believe that the president of these United States can be indicted for criminal offenses and we would join with law enforcement and other attorneys general across this nation in removing this president from office.”
Soros To Take Control Of Massive Radio Conglomerate With Conservative Stations
https://truthpress.com/news/soros-to-take-control-of-massive-radio-conglomerate-with-conservative-stations/
Democratic megadonor George Soros is set to take control of a major Philadelphia-based radio conglomerate that hosts conservative stations.
On Tuesday, a bankruptcy court approved a plan for Soros’s investment firm to acquire 40% of Audacy’s debt, which would make it the single largest shareholder in the company, the Philadelphia Inquirer reported. The plan will now go to the Federal Communications Commission for approval.
If approved, Soros would hold major sway over the parent company of numerous conservative radio talk shows, including those of Dana Loesch, Mark Levin, Guy Benson, Sean Hannity, and Rich Zeoli.
The deal was revealed last week and approved by the court on Tuesday.
Audacy declared bankruptcy in January, prompting a scramble by investors to save the company. Soros has stepped in to save the company in return for obtaining a plurality of control.
Many conservatives panicked over the decision, seeing it as a left-wing equivalent to Elon Musk’s takeover of Twitter, now X.
Other analysts aren’t so sure.
“It’s a long way from managing billion-dollar funds to programming local radio stations. It’s hard to imagine Soros getting involved in the day-to-day issues of radio stations,” Andy Bloom, a former WIP program director, wrote in Barrett News Media.
“Audacy has enough problems now without trying to program its radio stations based on the political beliefs of one debtholder.”

Concerns Rise As 3 KFC Restaurants Close Doors In Chicago
https://truthpress.com/news/concerns-rise-as-3-kfc-restaurants-close-doors-in-chicago/
Chicago has a problem with retailers closing their doors, pulling up stakes, and getting the hell out of the city’s most dangerous neighborhoods.
Without warning last week, a KFC franchisee “abruptly” shuttered three South Side locations. One outlet, located in Chatham, had been “undergoing renovations for months” when the franchise owner apparently just gave up and boarded up the windows instead. According to the same Fox 32 Chicago report, the Great KFC Vanishing came “less than one month after Cinema Chatham, a local movie theater, shut down.” That closure also came without warning.
Sixth Ward Alderman William Hall said, “A closed business is not only a sore eye, but it’s a gateway for violence because when you see abandonment, it looks as if there is no love, no hope in the community.”
“There was no communication,” he added. “I saw what the residents saw, disappointed just the same way they are.”
A commenter on the Fox 32 story wrote, “What’s killing business on the south side of Chicago is no one feels safe anymore. I frequented both the 35th and 75th Street locations, and the food was great. But I’d never go after dark. There’s a whole different feel to those streets when the sun goes down.”
I was about to write how sad it is when a well-run restaurant can’t survive the lawlessness prevalent in parts of the city, but it’s worse than sad, isn’t it?
Some folks, like Twitter/X user Jay here, had fun with the bad news. “I went to that same KFC,” he posted. “When I got my order I walked out and I was chased by these two guys with red hats and they were yelling ‘This is MAGA country’ in a Jamaican accent… no wonder why it’s shut down.”
Aside from the crime problem plaguing mostly the city’s poorer neighborhoods, “inflation, rising labor costs, and changing consumer habits” forced so many local businesses to shutter that Axios devoted a lengthy year-end roundup to it.
It wasn’t racism that forced longtime local favorites like Seven Treasures, Metropolitan Brewing, or Vesecky’s bakery to close (after 118 years!) — it was economic reality. Inflation and higher interest rates are national problems and nothing unique to Chicago. But the closures of national chain outlets like CVS, Walmart, and now KFC are because of a different kind of economic reality.
Unlike inflation and higher interest rates, this economic reality is self-inflicted.
This is where I should remind you that these neighborhoods didn’t used to be so dangerous — so what changed? Why was KFC happy to operate on the South Side for years but now feels the need to shutter three popular locations?
We know exactly what happened. In the Summer of Love following the martyrdom of St. George of Minneapolis, Chicago’s political leaders embraced the same crime-friendly policies as the political leaders of so many other Democrat-run cities. When given a chance to change course in the 2023 mayoral election, Chicago voters chose more of the same.
They could have gone with Paul Vallas, who ran Chicago Public Schools for six years, is a reliable Democrat, and who ran against outgoing mayor Lori Lightfoot’s lack of accountability on crime. Instead, voters chose soft-on-crime county commissioner Brandon Johnson — by a convincing 52-48.
It isn’t racism taking convenience, options, and jobs away from the parts of Chicago where they need them the most. It’s the voters, overwhelmingly in the places losing convenience, options, and jobs.

Donald Trump Says Possible VP Picks Include Kristi Noem, Ron DeSantis, Tim Scott
https://www.lifenews.com/2024/02/21/donald-trump-announces-possible-vp-picks-include-kristi-noem-ron-desantis-tim-scott/
During a town hall on Tuesday night, former President Donald Trump disclosed that he has at least six individuals under consideration for his vice presidential shortlist, with pro-life Florida Governor Ron DeSantis among them.
Fox News host Laura Ingraham mentioned that the audience had been polled on their preferences for vice president, listing some of the choices: businessman Vivek Ramaswamy, South Carolina Senator Tim Scott, DeSantis, Representative Byron Donalds of Florida, former Hawaii Representative Tulsi Gabbard, and South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem.
Inquiring whether all of them were part of his shortlist, Trump affirmed, “They are.” He later commented, “Honestly, all of those people are good. They’re all good, they’re all solid.”
Each of the potential vice presidential candidates are pro-life, excluding Gabbard, who supports abortion.
DeSantis signe a 6-week heartbeat law that would protect unborn babies with beating heats from abortion, Ramaswamy ran as a pro-life candidate during the Republican presidential race, Scott has a 100% pro-life voting record as a U.S. senator ad does Donalds in the House, and Noem has signed pro-life measures into law protecting babies from abortions.
Trump, maintaining his position as the leading contender in the GOP, expressed his desire for a vice presidential candidate who can offer assistance from a voter’s perspective. He emphasized the importance of selecting someone with “common sense” regarding crucial issues like border policies, electric vehicles, and high interest rates.
Continuing his remarks, Trump singled out Scott, who was present among the audience at the town hall event, praising him for his backing.
“I have to say — this is in a very positive way — Tim Scott, he has been much better for me than he was for himself,” the former president continued. “I watched his campaign and he doesn’t like talking about himself, but boy, does he talk about Trump.”
In the GOP primary on Saturday, Trump is pitted against his sole remaining challenger, former South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley. According to polling averages from The Hill/Decision Desk HQ, Trump holds a commanding lead over Haley, with 63.8 percent compared to her 33.1 percent.
You're probably right but I hope some heads roll.
Very nice, looking better every day.
